We really just took a chance and found this phone number online. I had contacted another company but they were pretty limited with their availability. Louie came out on a Friday afternoon, and he was outstanding. My wife was working from home that day, and you still have to always wonder if contractors will try to unnecessarily charge for work just because of a bias that women can be manipulated. Louie explained every single thing to her, he took extensive pictures, and he offered two solutions to our vent route. They called me at work and I chose to go with the route that would exit an outside wall, rather than the roof, so I could see things when our dryer operates. This was a more difficult job for Louie but he did excellent work all the same. Its been a week, and our dryer runs great. I dont worry about lint accumulation or humidity in our laundry room any more! We are so fortunate we landed on Superior Dryer Vent Cleaning. He even told us simple maintenance that would only mean a follow-up visit in about 5 years! So many companies would strong-arm customers into much more frequent visits. Cant recommend this company and Louie highly enough!

They did an amazing job! Sadly, they had to fix what a different company did incorrectly. Superior took before and after pictures and assessments to prove the changes. Now, our dryer works perfectly with the clean vent.

I used Superior a few years back due to my dryer catching on fire. They came out and discovered my vents were completely blocked. Thanks to their before and after pictures I was able to see the difference. Vents looked brand new. Now I have my vents checked regularly by Superior. Honest company with professional technicians!

Superior sent an expert technician within two days of our calling. He comported himself expertly and efficiently but also very courteously. We were delighted to have our stopped up vent cleaned so promptly. (Of course, time will tell whether our newly installed vent performs as advertised.)
