    Ray was great! We needed someone to be qualified, honest and fair in price and he was all of these things. Ray installed two primary bath faucets that desperately needed replacing.     We ended up with Sunny Service after purchasing 2 new AC units through Costco. From our initial consultation with Brendon to the installation day with Matt and Alfonso, everything was seamless. They showed up in the morning and worked straight through the day until nearly 7pm on one of the coldest days of the year so far to ensure we had heat now and AC in the summer! They were punctual, professional and very respectful of our home.

    Sent a tech out for our Annual Heating Inspection and the entire AC system stopped working. Didnt notice until the house became an oven and the tech, Micheal (would not provide last name) had already gone. Spent the night without AC and couldnt get anyone out to fix it until the next day and no idea when specifically.Review edited: Michael came out and fixed what he described as some loose wires. He insinuated that the fan was off when he showed up, which we clarified we did because it was just circulating hot air but he acted like that could have been cause for the problem and it felt patronizing. He did admit his error, which was respectable, and they were prompt in fixing the problem.

The installers who accomplished this work, in less than 5 hours, were Alfonso M. and Julio S. They were great, easy to ask questions of and very knowledgeable/efficient. Once again, Thanks to Sunny Services in having top-notch people working with and for them.

    Dustyn made a great service. He was clear on explaining the problem as well as the solution. The problem was solved in no time, and I also took the opportunity to learn something new. I do consider calling them in the future if needed. Luckily, they had appointment for the same day. Of course, this quality has a price, and it is not low. I paid the visit with diagnostic and the fix of the issue. It would be perfect if the visit / diagnostic would count towards the service to be made. I got a perception that I ended up paying twice.

    They had a guy named Andrew. Placing a water heater in my home He did a wonderful job. The only thing that happened was when he turned off the water and turned it back on air was still in the line and no water was going through the lines. It caused a backup to where I had to flush it out, and they didnt know what it was saying it was something else ,but he was great with service .

    Great communication, speed, quality and price. So glad I called them for a quote. I have a larger home and another plumber quoted me lesser equipment and said it would be fine but my research showed I needed larger volume equipment. These guys immediately knew that and quoted the right stuff at a lower price. Trust is important and they earned it.

    We interviewed a bunch of companies for replacing our 27 year old AC unit and are so glad we chose Sunny Services. Awesome attention to detail, left the area cleaner than when they started and most importantly, did a great install with highest quality!     Our 18 yr old system finally bit the dust and Sunny Service to the rescue!! They responded promptly and gave us upfront pricing on our options.     I would highly recommend Sunny Service to anyone! My technician (Mason) did an amazing job!—Mason is very knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate. He explained everything before he did the work as well as after the installation was complete. Now let me explain how this company, and specifically Mason went above and beyond to get the job done. I live in an older home and everyone knows older homes come with some surprises. As Mason was installing the unit there was some difficulty with the inside closet due to some makeshift fixing by the previous owners which required Mason to have to come up with a way to get the new unit to fit correctly. In a sense it was almost like getting a square peg to fit in a round hole, but Mason Amazingly managed to get everything in properly. I would say he is a puzzle master because it definitely took some extra work. Another thing I want to point out is that we have 3 dogs in our home and Mason and his assistant Alfonzo went above and beyond to try and make sure that we were capable of taking the dogs in and out for potty breaks, even if it meant having to ask them to stop briefly. I can say that a lot of technicians would not do this. This company is not a get in and get out type of company. They truly care about their customers. Sunny Service has a customer for life and will definitely be my go-to for all of my future AC/Heating needs! Thank you to Mason and Alfonzo and Sunny Service for taking care of my familys AC needs... you are AMAZING!P.S. (Sunny Service if Mason hasnt had a raise in a while he definitely deserves one!!!)

    Really quick response time. And I didn’t have to pay an emergency/after hours fee. Chase and his team showed up at 8am and stayed until the job was done 8pm. Chase truly went above and beyond in how he explained everything and what was being done. They do offer financing incase you have a bigger job like myself but I appreciate the honesty of him and his team.

    Dustin is the man! I am pretty much sold on this company and Dustin. After having problems with my a/c he came out same day.Close to dark, and diagnosed the issue. He was very very thorough with his inspection, and the level of detail provided coupled the knowledge and experience he already posses was above and beyond. I cant thank him enough.     Our water heater began leaking over the weekend. We requested a quote through Yelp, received a text quickly from Sunny Service, and they were able to send someone out within two hours on a Sunday. As we suspected, we needed a new water heater. Chase said they were running a special that included the water heater, supplies, service fee, permit, and taxes for $650 less than a bid we received from a competitor. They scheduled an appointment for the next morning, and Chase and a co-worker got it installed by noon. They did a great job, scheduled the appointment with the inspector, and it passed. He also explained how to flush the heater regularly to extend the life and provided warranty info. Im very pleased with the results and would recommend Sunny Service and especially Chase to anyone who needs plumbing services.

    If you want excellent customer service along with knowledge and I dont mean just talk to talk knowledge and spit out all the terminology, I mean really knowledge broken down to where you 100% understand what you are getting then you need to use sunny service! Not only did he break his companys terminology down but he helped us understand 2 other companies as well to ensure we were getting the best service for the right price. You get what you pay for, and thats exactly what we wanted. We wanted to ensure that we were getting not only the service but the product for the price we were about to pay.     Casey came out and fixed a drain problem we had that was causing both the primary and secondary drains to fail due to clogging. He came out same day, in the earlier half of the window of time I was given. Within an hour my issue was fixed. Whats most important to point out are the little things. He was a genuinely nice and happy person. It felt comfortable just having him around. When he was finished he vacuumed the floor including the mess I made, which was way more than he made 😅. Every time Sunny Service comes out Im somehow happier than before I had a problem! Invite me to the company year end events so I can buy you all a beer. Truck is always stocked, have never had anyone from Sunny have to leave and come back because they didnt have something. Its always a perfect experience and I think their rating shows that.     This is my second time working with Sunny Service, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Worked with them to replace the compressor and TXV meter in my AC unit. And the technician JD went above and beyond to fix the issue. The clear and concise way with which he explained the issue and what he was about to do was very useful. And he traveled quite a bit to secure the parts and did all he could to accommodate us as soon as he could. And a lot of the work had to be done in blistering heat.     Our contactor went out today and Sunny Side was able to send a technician out within 2 hours of calling. JaDarren (JD) was our technician, who was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. However, the original quote came in quite inflated to average market rate. I expressed frustration at this, and JD went above and beyond to communicate our frustration to corporate and they were willing to work with us on the pricing. The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact their pricing is usually going to be higher than local competitors and it shouldn’t take verbalizing frustration to be provided reasonable pricing. That being said, the only reason I’m leaving a review at all is because of JD and his PHENOMENAL customer service. His willingness to provide quality service and his genuinely kind demeanor is rare in today’s world, and company’s such as Sunny Side are blessed to have an employee such as him.

    We had an problem with our 30 year old hot water heater, a while back and found out that Sunny Service does plumbing. We decided to give them a try. It was determined that our heater had reached its limit and was time for replacement. The technicians at Sunny, not only replaced our heater but also upgraded the site where it was placed to todays standards.All done in a single day.Should the need arise, Sunny Service will be our first call.Thanks Sunny.

    So glad we went with Sunny Service for our recent plumbing issue. They had done our HVAC, and we had a good experience with that. So, when we had a plumbing problem, we decided to see if they could help. Dale, Andrew, and all the crew had the equipment and expertise to diagnose a problem that three other plumbers did not diagnose! Unfortunately, they had to replace all of our waste water pipes, but we felt that they shot straight with us and that we were in good hands the whole time. Also unfortunately for us, in the process they revealed even bigger problems with our house, but they patiently lent their expertise to help us navigate and think through how best to approach that issue. It was a huge help. Dale and Andrew were so generous with their time and expertise. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

    Most important to me in hiring anyone for service or repairs on my home is honest and integrity. Its my home, the largest invest ment in my life. I have to trust anyone working in or on my home.I had a huge water bill, thus a leak. The leak was either with my sprinkler system, or slab.I took 3 companies. The first one didnt check the sprinkler, but almost right away said it was a slab leak. Est between $10k - $15k. Geezuss.I had Sunny Service scheduled right after. They checked to main line to the home, ruled it out. They checked the irrigation system. Boom, sprinkler leak.They suggested I call an irrigation specialist. They could easily have raked me over the coal, but are straight forward and honest. I was super relieved. The job went from more than $10k, to less than $400 Thanks to Sunny Service.

    Updated to Dec. 9, 2024We had our seasonal service scheduled for 12/9. On the morning of 12/6 we noted one of our furnaces was not operating to thermostat time settings. We placed a service call at that time instead of waiting on the maintenance appointment. Chase was our responding tech. He’d been to our home in the past, was familiar with our home and the location of the furnaces. We’ve found him to be very conscientious and explains what his testing finds. He didn’t have the exact part on his truck but was able to use an alternative that’d keep us with heat until Monday when he’d return with the OEM part. He also took our ticket for the Maintenance appointment for our systems. He returned today, Monday with the needed part to finish the Friday repair. As usual he arrived by the scheduled time, went about his maintenance tasks and finished with the troubled unit with minimal impact on our activities. I mentioned before that Chase has been to our home before, we trust him and Sunny Service. He’s a great customer facing representative for the business.Prior & Older Review…Very timely response. Left message describing our A/C issue Wednesday evening and we had a tech out Thursday morning. Brendon was professional and personable. All the technicians were working so the owner himself came to our home so we would not have to wait in the heat. Felt very safe with them in our home and never had to question their skill after talking with them. The previous install was done very poorly.     We just had Sunny Service replace two 4 ton systems in our home. We got bids from four contractors.First off, Todd Truly at Sunny, was the only estimator who truly (pun intended) listened to our goals and issue we were having with our current systems. He spent well over an hour, walking our home and analyzing exactly what could be done to improve our environment and address the hot and cold spots in our home. He developed a plan to improve our living spaces and correct issues in our current system. Not one other contractor did this. Todd provided a competitive price and we were sold.The lead install tech Mason, was outstanding, as was his entire team. They minimized their intrusion in our home and executed the plan Todd had written up timely and with minimal disruption. Mason is a great attribute for Sunny Service.Today the City of Keller inspector came out to check for code. He said everything was perfect. He added that he knew it would be as soon as he saw Sunny was the contractor. The inspector said he sees everybody in the areas work, and he personally feels the Sunny installation team (Mason) is the best in our market. The job is always perfect. He identified exactly what was wrong with my AC, which was pretty tricky to do because the problem wasn’t readily apparent. The service was reasonably priced, and my historical experience with this company is that all the technicians are super professional! I would highly recommend this company!I think the preceding is what I wrote a while back. But Brian came to do my semi-yearly tuneup on my heater. My heater wasn’t working well, and he identified the problem immediately and found the part for it and fixed it quickly. As before, he was kind, polite, professional, and instructive. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone!

    Things I appreciated after having switched from another company: Thoroughness, detailed reports on each unit, communication from office and from tech. Michael explained some of the tests that he ran prior to the completion, and each unit has a very detailed analysis. Cleaned each unit, which other companies say that is part of the maintenance, but this is the first one to actually perform it. Very pleased, wish I’d been using them since we moved here!

    My new Lennox HVAC was installed yesterday and, although I love it so far, I will have to spend some time with it before I review the equipment. What I can say immediately, is that the installation was better than anything I have had to have installed on this house in the 35 years I have owned it. I am so used to having minor issues and missing pieces when Ive dealt with AC, plumbing, roofing, etc. that when I got a picture perfect, meticulous, detailed Lennox installation, I was a bit flabbergasted. No one meets my expectations, much less exceeds them, except that Matt and his crew did exactly that! I explained every issue (many) that I had with old system and Todd, the Sunny salesman, did a great job addressing every item in detail with his quote which is why I picked Sunny Service out of the four quotes I had. But promises before install are easy - delivering on those promises is magic! Careful, clean, tidy - closet and all openings sealed, piping properly insulated, no wires hanging, no loose parts, no klugey mechanics, and everything meticulously tested - that was an install to behold. Truly cannot say enough good things about my Sales and Install experience with Sunny Service!Edit: Service call 8/11/2024. My AC wasnt getting the house down to the temp I wanted. Of course this is on a Sunday. I called Sunny and got an immediate call back and the tech, Michael, was here in about 35 minutes. Turns out I didnt realize the outside filters could get clogged so quickly and the lovely system was giving me as much AC as it could without letting the compressor fry. As soon as the filters were cleared (it was easy), Im get lovely cold air again. Michael was so clear explaining things, showing me how to maintain this in the future, and putting up with my noisy dogs. I was grateful to get quick Sunday service from a very professional and friendly tech.

    When Austin came to the door, it wasn’t long before I could easily see why he is the company trainer and recipient of the Service Technician of the Year Award. He appeared highly skilled and methodically searched to locate the problem with our HVAC system. Once he knew what the problem was, he knew how to fix it. He did not hesitate to explain everything to me that I asked him to explain about the work he was doing. And although the system issue may have required several visits to complete, he managed to get everything done in one day. He is furthermore a very nice guy, easy to talk to, very respectful and polite. From all this, I can be sure that his company considers him to be one of their very best assets.

    Michael serviced our 3 HVAC systems, changed filters in 2 but didn’t have a 3rd 20x25x4 filter. He suggested buying a filtret one at Lowe’s o Home Depot but forgot to tell me to buy a 20x25x4 “slim”. Lowe’s took the ‘fat’ version back and I grabbed the last slim in stock. All’s well that ends well. Overall I’m very pleased with the competent personable professionalism of the Sunny Services technicians.Todd came out, looked at the system, determined that the existing heating unit could be used with a replacement, modern cooling system, walked me through the various options, answering my questions in detail, and arranged for the installation (yes, he sold me on a new system but definitely not high pressure or hype). As with everyone from Sunny Service, whom I have encountered (or spoken to on the phone), he was personable, professional, and extremely competent!Mark did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our bedroom AC, replacing the condenser on the cooling unit and installing a new, modern thermostat. He also pointed out that that particular system had reached its service life and recommended that I meet with Todd to see if the heating unit could be used with a new system.Austin and Dan did an excellent job of installing a replacement drain pan and vent connector. They also ‘fogged’ all 3 systems. I really appreciate their care and professionalism.Also, Dustin worked long and hard last Thursday to diagnose and correct the blocked primary drain for our biggest system and to identify the need for the replacement drain pan and vent connector.Based on the excellent and timely service, we have subscribed to their “Comfy Club” for maintenance of our 3 systems.BTW, we were recommended to Sunny Service by Mark Sutherland of Chaval Sutherland Interiors, which we have used extensively (and with exceptional satisfaction) over the past 15+ years to renovate our house.31Oct22Austin came to do the Comfy Club heating systems (3) survey. He was polite, competent, and explained that our 20 year old upstairs system had reached (way beyond normal expectations) the end of its service life,. He identified a potential safety issue and offered options to keep it running for a while (indeterminant). We agreed it was time to consider a new system.Todd came back to discuss the options for a new system and worked through them in an understandable manner. We selected a complete HVAC system to replace the old one. It is scheduled for next Tuesday.We have been very satisfied with the professionalism and care we have received from everyone at Sunny Service and look forward to continuing with them.8Nov22Nathan and helper came today to install our replacement HVAC for the 20 year old one upstairs. They were very careful not to track dirt, etc. from the old unit and to the new unit. They spent the day replacing everything inside and outside. And then Nathan showed me the differences in the new unit from the old and walked me through the paperwork for the tax abatement and requesting the city permit inspection.Nathan demonstrated the professionalism and care that we continue to receive from Sunny Service. Again, we look forward to continuing with them.15Mar23Chase was very thorough and competent. He was not bothered by our dogs (was friendly to them). He checked all 3 AC systems, replace a capacitor and a 4” filter (he checked the other 2 and decided that they did not need replacement). I’d be pleased for him to do our next ComfyClub service.26Feb24Chase did our ComfyClub spring inspection of the 2 units Sunny Service installed a year plus ago plus one we had done half a dozen years ago. He spent ~5hrs going over the systems , checking their input/output, cleaning the coils, etc. he walked me through the report on each system, taking the time to explain what the numbers meant. As always with someone from Sunny Service, he was pleasant, professional, and competent. I/we continue to be very pleased with Sunny Service and highly recommend their services.

    I called Sunny Service to give an estimate on cleaning my air ducts. Austin found they were in good shape and cleaning was not needed. Based on my health symptoms, he proposed installing an air scrubber on the a/c system instead. The UV light will kill bacteria, etc before it enters the air duct. Austin did not try to up-sell. He was professional, honest and answered all questions thoroughly. When he came to do the work, he kept shoe covers on when inside the house. He kept to his estimated time needed to complete the job. Also, before the job, I called with questions and talked with Matt who was so patient and informative. This company is great to work with and is now our permanent a/c service company.
