The ducts had never been cleaned before, so it was definitely time. Landon, our technician, was exceptional! He put in a few solid hours of work and made sure to address any questions before he left. The icing on the cake was that our final bill was lower than the initial estimate. This was attributed to two factors. Firstly, our new furnace and ac system were relatively clean and, secondly, we had fewer vents than initially assumed. I was particularly impressed by Landons honesty in adjusting the bill due to the clean state of our furnace and ac. Without his transparency, we wouldnt have known any better. In addition to the air duct cleaning, they also serviced our fireplace and chimney. Were genuinely pleased with the service provided by Summit Air Duct Cleaning!
