The team at STOP Restoration did a fantastic job. We had an enormous amount of mold throughout our home. What started as a 10 day job took about 3 weeks. All of the guys on the team were very respectful, polite and kind. They did a great job of removing the damage, taking photos for insurance (700+) along the way and keeping me informed daily of the progress. Rodney & Noah, the Project Leads, were great and so full of compassion for my predicament. The crew cleaned up the job site every day before leaving and always informed me of their coming and going. Morris, the GM & Owner, was very informative of the ongoing cost of my project and did a fantastic job of explaining things to me. Morris also recommended a Public Insurance Adjuster, as my ins co was denying my claim. I am so incredibly grateful as this is going to be covered now! They got everything cleaned up and dried out quickly, and I was able to put my place back together easily. It was such a relief to have them there for me when I needed them most. We recently woke up to a massive flood in our garage! Our water heater had sprung a fast leak and the mechanism to allow water to flow outside was blocked. A personal recommendation to use this comapny was shared with my husband. They were prompt, neat and thorough. Once they had the fans and ducts set up to pull moisture out of our walls, they left with a promise to return the next morning before noon. They showed, checked the moisture levels in the walls, refitted the air tubes to insure moisture was still being wicked out of them and left with a promise to return again the next morning. Rodney Rodriguez was the lead on our job and he was courteous as well as very efficient. He was assisted by another employee both days. By the third day there was no sign of moisture in our drywall! After working in several restoration situations, I can say with confidence that 1) Rodney definitely knew what he was doing and engaged with his partner to get the job done; 2) while a little more cost in engaging a professional, I am certain the cost of rmoving mold would be considerably more!Thanks, Rodney, for your expertise and diligence!!
