    Jimmy and his co-worker were very informative and professional. They did a fantastic job. I would like to have them back out for more work. You have excellent employees. I also had great interaction with Irene. She was very responsive and tentative when I initially reached out via phone and email. Thank for restoring my couch like new again.

    Joe and jimmy were great. We had an emergency with our dog making a mess. They came quickly and was able to make are carpets look brand new and kind enough to clean the dog bed. Very professional, kind and understanding.

    Jimmy and Joe M. Weā€™re so professional they worked really hard on getting the stains removed from my carpet. My carpet has not looked this good in a long time! We had taken our mattress off our bed so that the carpet could be cleaned underneath the bed. They offered to put the mattresses back on the bed for me! I thought this was extremely thoughtful since I was going to have to wait until my husband came back from work to help me. They made sure that they took their shoe coverings off if they had to go back to the truck for any reason. I used to use Stanley Steemer but they have become over priced and they are arenā€™t any better than Steamers Carpet Care.

    Jimmy and (I think) Keith did a fantastic job cleaning my sectional, carpet, chair, and ottoman. I have had my furniture cleaned before but this was the first time my furniture looked brand new.     Jimmy and Joe were a GREAT team. Having a cat that has stress issues combined with a teenager who forgets to clean the kitty litter has resulted in a few critical issues in my daughters room. They treated the room and the hallways with enzyme to neutralize the ammonia and the smell is gone.Both men were professional and answered questions with concise and informative answers. Super glad we used them (EXTREMELY reasonable with NO surprises) and will definitely use them in the future.

    5/5! Scheduling an appointment was so easy and they have the best customer service! After our carpets were done, there was such a clean, pleasant scent that was left behind. I have used other companies in the past that seemed to be using dirty equipment because our carpets would be left with wet-rag smell. We did not experience that at all with Steamers Carpet Care. I recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning service!

    Bobby and Keith were very professional nice men!! They prepared for my 5 bedroom clean in a vacant house expecting to find it a disaster. They were pleasantly surprised to find my new carpet was an easy job. Despite being easy they were very thorough. They were very clear about a particular stain and provided me with feedback about it. They made sure to take their time and get every inch of my carpet even the weird corners. Both men were happy and good tempered, in their conversations with us as clients making us feel more like friends or family. This is my first ever home and they were both happy for me as if Id known them for years. I will always recommend this company for any needs like carpet, upholstery, and tile. Just as their website states there are no hidden fees and everything is clearly marked. The quoted price I was given over the phone when booking is exactly what I paid at time of service! Great company!! Highly Recommend!!

    If I could give 10 stars I would! HUGE kudos to Keith and Larry who removed ALL the stains from our 5-year old carpets and brought back to life our 2 area rugs that we thought were beyond repair. They were fast, efficient, helpful, super kind, respectful, careful and gave us great advice and tips along the way! They worked tirelessly and until they left us with excellent results! I always hired Steamers when I lived in San Antonio then tried a few others more local to me -- never again! I will ALWAYS use Steamers! Oh and btw -- the quote Irena gave me over the phone is exactly what my final charge was! Give them a call! Its beyond wonderful to have fresh smelling and clean carpets again! OH! They even got all the hair and body oil out from our 3 Golden Retrievers!

    Had 2 areas cleaned today. Matt was the tech. Im extremely happy with the results. I have a German Shepherd and teen kids who spill stuff everywhere.     We have used Steamerā€™s for years. They always do a great job, and never judge the toddler and pet messes they are faced with. We highly recommend them. With their reasonable prices for quality and service, I wouldnā€™t hesitate to schedule even quarterly. Keith was our technician today, and weā€™ve had him come out several times in the past including damage control from an elderly dog. Heā€™s always professional, thorough, and detailed. He is thoughtful and cleans as if the rugs/carpets were in his own home. He is kind to our dogs as well, and just really has a great overall attitude. Couldnā€™t be happier unless I got a brand new rug.

    Guys came in and did a great job. They helped set expectations and how to take care of the carpet afterwards. I did notice a few stubborn stains left, but they were hard to see and were very easy to knock out. They helped me immensely in getting an older carpet with nicotine stains and smell to acceptable levels. Would 100% hire them again.

    Wonderful service. I called for help on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to be there Wednesday morning. My dog had gotten sick over the long New Years weekend, and I needed my living room carpet cleaned asap. They arrived and quickly got to it. Although all of the stains could not be removed due to the yellow permanently changing the color of the carpet, they were able to get almost all of it out and make it smell wonderful in the house. I couldnā€™t be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend this company.

Today we were absolutely thrilled with the carpet cleaning that Keith and Matthew provided.     The house smelled so good when I got home. The furniture smelled clean and the stain on the mattress from an upset kitty tummy incident was gone. I have used this company before, they do fantastic work. I took a star off because I felt it was a little pricy this time. For 2 couches, 2 loves seats, chair/ottoman, two queen size mattresses, it was $673, plus tip, for a total of $695.

    The 2 guys showed up very promptly at the beginning of my hour window, they had everything at the door shoe covers on and masks, and they worked hard from start to finish.     We hired Steamers to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. It turned out our air ducts did not need cleaning, and they were honest about this and provided a referral for a different type of service. I appreciated the integrity of these technicians. It isnt something we see often these days.They did a great job cleaning the dryer vent and were in and out quickly. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly. They wore masks the entire time and were respectful in our home. We will definitely hire Steamers in the future for any service they provide!

    I have had work done by Steamerā€™s Carpet Care on a couple properties and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Irene in the front office is wonderful to talk with and makes scheduling and answering questions a breeze. I like that I get a call a day beforehand to confirm my service window. Every time Iā€™ve made an appointment, the technicians have been on time and are great to work with. Today I just had the floors of my rental property cleaned. There was a stubborn area in one of the carpeted bedrooms and Keith worked on it so that itā€™s hardly visible. They also did and incredible job cleaning my tile and grout. Keith was wonderful to deal with and had great communication with me back and forth. I also like that Steamerā€™s offers specials! I will continue to use them as my go to for floor and upholstery cleaning.

    Should have left this review years ago but we as a Property Management company have been using Steamers Carpet Care for years and are always fully satisfied. Every time we call we are greeted professionally and politely and each job we give them is done exceptionally well. Steamers really goes out of their way to take care of their customers. I was in a bind a few times needing carpet cleaning and Steamers ALWAYS comes through and always have a nice, good attitude with helping.     We recently had our carpets cleaned with this company and were very pleased! I came home from work and instantly could see and smell the difference and it made me very happy! The customer service to get an appointment was very quick and friendly. Tim and Matt actually cleaned our carpets and did a fantastic job!!     We highly recommend Steamerā€™s Carpet Care. Jimmy and David came in and quickly had a game plan and got to work right away. They were very professional and careful moving through the house. They work very well as a team and are highly efficient. They were careful as they moved furniture around. I am very pleased with the way the carpets have been cleaned and the house smells terrific. Steamerā€™s Carpet Care also has an eye for detail by making sure they address stubborn stains. In the past, we had rented carpet cleaning machines but that was always a hassle and sometimes we werenā€™t sure if it was even cleaning the carpet or making it worse.     Jimmy and Joe provided quality carpet cleaning services in my home on 4/15/22. They called before heading over. They were friendly and professional. They wore clean shoes covers as requested upon scheduling an appointment. They mask wore in the home taking covid safety precautions which I appreciated due to my sons genetic lung and liver disease. My carpet was clean and smelled like citrus when they finished. They cleaned it so fast, in a blink of an eye they were done.     This time on 1-22-21 I tried Steamers for a Dryer vent cleaning because my clothes were taking an hour to dry and a red light warning button would come on my dryer. The team of 2 (Keith plus one) were on time and got right to work on my dryer which took some muscle pulling it and the stand out from the wall. They located the output vent on the side of my house and noted a huge plug of lint blocking it. They brushed it through to the dryer, then brushed it from the dryer to the outside, to make sure they removed another clog. They kindly showed me how to clean the area over the screen myself as regular maintenance, so it doesnā€™t build up again at the duct exit. I had also asked for an estimate of a whole house duct cleaning because another company called The Steamers had told me my ducts were full of mold and would cost me extra to clean them. I did not trust them. So Keith told me my ducts look great and didnā€™t need cleaning! I really appreciate the integrity of Steamers Carpet Care and will be trusting them with future maintenance needs on my home!

    My stubborn chihuahua decided to potty on the sofa, I tried cleaning it myself but felt it was not sufficient. I called Steamers carpet care, used them in the past for carpet cleaning. Larry and Jimmy came out, educated me on the cleaning process and got right to work. My sofa is as good as new! We discussed the other services they offer such as tile/grout cleaning and pest control. They kindly sampled the grout cleaner and WOW!     12/31/14 - Bobby: Bobby and his partner did such a good job on my carpet that I immediately got them to come back and clean and seal the grout in my house too.     I had originally planned on having new carpet installed in my house from a mega retail company, until I received an estimate and nearly fainted from sticker shock.     8/7/2014I am 100% happy with the great job that Keith and Jimmy did on the floors in our home! The tile and grout are beautifully clean, and the carpet looks way better than it has in years! Our carpet has survived years worth of kids, pets, and spills, so we thought it was on its last legs. Keith and Jimmy got stains out of the carpet that other cleaning companies had not been able to do previously! We are amazed and so very pleased with the results!     We hired this company to clean our dryer vent. Our dryer had not been drying well so getting the vent clean was a priority.     Initially called New Braunfels Cleaning & Restoration; however, they were booked up and recommended Steamers Carpet Care. Thank God he did. I can not say enough good things about this company or the 2 gentlemen that were sent over to do the job.Keith and Matthew were courteous and professional from the introduction and continued throughout the job. The worst of the job was my daughters room with multiple spills and food ground into the carpet, I had no idea it was that bad initially. The job these men did was unbelievable and so much better than I would have thought possible.     Wonderful people that do a wonderful job! On top of having older carpet, we have two big dogs that tend to track in quite a bit of dirt, mud and anything else they can find.     They are great!!! Im currently living in an apartment complex and my dogs are not behaving, so I had a few urine spots in my carpet.     Techs arrived within scheduled time, they were professional, polite, & efficient. Techs wore shoe covers to protect the flooring and they wore masks for my comfort and everyones protection. They also protected the doorway corners, turned off the lights in the rooms and left the ceiling fans on to help the carpet dry, all of which I appreciated.     Just moved to the San Antonio area, and I looked these guys online, and decided to go with them. I was very surprised with how everything went. They were very friendly over the phone when I Scheduled my appointment, and they were available next day, which was awesome for me. I was told they would arrive in-between 3 and 4pm, and they did and were very friendly and walked around with me to the areas I needed cleaned and noted any spots that needed a little extra assistance. They also placed corner protectors around the corners of my walls and stairs to protect them, which was another plus for me. They got done vacuuming and cleaning my carpets in 45 minutes to an hour from the time they arrived. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone else thats looking for a great Carpet Cleaning Company.

    I had Steamers come out and clean out my air ducts on July 8, 2015. My lead tech was TJ. I was very happy with the service. The men who did the job were very nice and respectful. We cleared out of my house for about an hour to get out of the way. When I came back they were finishing up and sweeping my floors. You need to be aware you will have lots of dust everywhere to clean up. Better on my furniture and floor where I can clean it up than in my air ducts. They had come highly recommended to me after some air conditioning repairs.

    Our carpet was not in very good shape, Bobby and Donte showed up promptly at 8:00 am witch was very nice because I was informed they would show up between 8:00 - 9:00 they were both very professional and knew their stuff.     We lived in a one bedroom apartment for 5 years. The first 3 years, we had Steamers Carpet Care come out to clean our carpet. The carpet always looked great! The last 2 years we neglected our carpet and it was pretty obvious. When we moved out, traffic areas looked very worn; spots on the carpet along with furniture marks were very visible. We were sure there was no saving the carpet but had to have it cleaned according to our apartment lease. On the day of my appointment, they called me when they were on their way and I met them at the apartment and we discussed my concerns. The technicians were very knowledgeable and as always, made me feel like my carpet was in good hands. They quickly got to work with vacuuming and treating stains. I had to go back to work so I asked them to lock up when they were done. The next day my wife and I went to the apartment to take a look at the carpet, when we walked in, we were in awe! The carpet looked brand new, smelled great and the raking of the carpet helped remove furniture marks. Also the raking helped fluff the carpet in the high traffic areas. We were very impressed and were able to get our deposit back. We cant thank you enough for the great work and for putting our stressful minds at ease. We will definitely use Steamers Carpet Care in our new home.

    I have 4 dogs, including 2 seniors with bladder issues, so I get my carpets cleaned regularly.I did a lot of pricing research and you cant beat their whole house price if you have a house full of carpet. They are always on time, even usually early. They have all been super nice. I just pay for the basic cleaning, no special treatments, and they make it like I dont have 4 dogs at all!     They came to my RV and finished the work for a loveseat and carpet in less than 20 mins. While the RV isnt big they simply were trying to finish in record time not even trying to do a decent job. They were supposed to vacuum then clean the carpets and when finished I came inside to inspect to find it didnt even look like anything was even vacuumed, same dirty spots and even random dust that shouldve been picked up by my home vacuum. I asked them to come back inside, showed them how everything was still dirty and they re-sprayed and redid all the areas I pointed out...this is the reason why I gave them 2-stars. Even though they tried to correct it they were only going over each area once and extremely quickly as if they were in a rush to get going. Sometimes is not about speed but is about quality. The carpet still looked the same as it did before, next time Ill just get the job done myself.Update: I had originally given this a 2-star however I have to say this company went above and beyond to make me change my mind. The owner sent me a personal apology letter explaining the misunderstanding of the circumstances and included a full refund check since my space was so small and I basically paid the wrong amount. He also left me a voicemail following up to make sure they could make it up to me...with that kind of customer care Im giving these guys a 5-Star!! What a come-back...wish more people actually cared for their business like this. I will definitely seek their services again in the future.

    On June 16th, Bobby and his assistant came over to clean my downstairs carpet and stairs.It has been about 7 years since it was professionally cleaned. In the interum Ive been using my personal one and thinking it was doing a good job. There was a chest I never moved when I cleaned and when we moved it. It was almost night and day between where the chest was and the carpet. Those guys did an amazing job and it was almost a perfect match to the carpet that wasnt exposed to any dirt. I didnt even want to see the tank because I could imagine how much dirt was in it.Both Bobby and his assistant were very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. I couldnt be happier. The other service I used 7 years ago didnt even do near as well and the carpet was much newer.I have already recommended Steamers to a friend who is moving and would recommend highly to anyone else.

He made it clear that customer satisfaction is his top priority and he refunded all of my $140. So while this experience didnt work out well for me on this particular day, I believe this is a good company with a good owner. Everyone has off days, but its how you handle it that counts... And they handled it perfectly. I would definitely recommend them or give them a second chance myself.**Came out to clean spilled paint from carpet. On the phone they said no problem. Once the guys got there they said theyd try, but probably couldnt clean it. In total, they spent about 45 minutes messing with it and steam cleaning the area around the spill, then gave up. It looks no different. Charged me $140. At the very least they could have charged me the $99 minimum considering they accomplished nothing. Not happy.**

    The techs Bobby and Matthew came in and went right to work. My wife made me move the furniture the night before not knowing that moving some furniture around is part of the service offered. They did the entire house, stairs and some furniture for a very reasonable price. Way more beneficial to use their service than trying to do it yourself with rented equipment. Jon came in at short notice for emergency water extraction in our home due to flooding from a burst pipe.
