I filled out a form requesting a consultation on Monday and they were able to come out Friday for my consultation and do my cleaning the following Monday. We just bought our couch but between a toddler and dog, it already had quite a bit of dirt buildup. My tech was amazing and efficient and the bonus aside from the couch looking brand new was it having a great and subtle lemon smell (unlike when I tried to clean it myself at home). Pricing was fair and competitive and I’ll absolutely have them on speed dial for my next cleaning!

Just bought a new rental home and previous owners had not kept up with carpet cleaning. There was heavy pet odor and soiling. Steam Master sent Rudy to save the day. Rudy was very polite and professional and thoroughly explained the different service options to attack the issues. What an amazing turn out! The enzyme treatment, Sanitizer and Turbo Power Scrub made a huge difference compared to other carpet cleanings I had received from other companies in the past in different homes. Will most definitely be using Steam Master again and recommending them to all my friends and family.
