Brandon Murray was my service technician and he was AMAZING! He was super reassuring and confident about the whole process. I am actually a business owner and we got a small paint stain on my clients carpet. Called Steam Master 2 days later and they quoted and cleaned the same day! I could not recommend Brandon enough. He reassured me multiple times that he would do whatever it takes to get that stain out. If I ever need a carpet cleaning not only will I be calling Steam Master Cleaning but I will be requesting Brandon specifically! Attached some before and after- 1) the day of the stain, 2) stain the morning before the cleaning, 3) after Brandon finished. Whole room looked amazing!

Very happy that they could get me in their schedule quickly (within the week), fixed the cat damage to door jams, and for a very reasonable price! John did a great job, and my carpets look new! He showed up and communicated timing and processes very nicely!

Paul did a great job cleaning carpets and a rug. He worked really hard to do a good job and get it done in a timely manner. He used corner protectors so he was careful not to cause damage. He also treated for pets and allergens.

Once upon a time, I had cream-colored carpet...I could only tell by the tiny spots where my DVD shelf sat. I wanted that color back! Shane was very friendly, provided reasonable recommendations to revive my puppy & hubby-stained carpet back to its original color and removed stains our consumer grade carpet cleaner couldnt tackle. He didnt rush his work, was very transparent with what could be done and seems to have good taste in music :) For a carpet that was laid during the 1st Obama Administration, he did an amazing job! Both Jamie & John made the cleaning experience a pleasant one. Knowing their product in and out, they laid out all of my options w honest recommendations and tough work. Stains were removed from a rug I had given up on saving and with all of the toys, furniture and kids around they were able to get every inch of the job done and in a window of time that didnt disturb the kiddos nap schedule. Hoping to replace the carpets w wood some day, but in the meantime, STM will be my resource for the dog markings, kid accidents and wine spills ;) Much appreciation for the extra sweat labor, guys!

Ben was very knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning and wood flooring. I had bad pet stains that other companies couldnt remove or that came back after the cleaning. Ben made them vanish and smell great. My wood floors look fresh and clean with a new seal coat that makes it pop! 10/10 would recommend!

I would like to thank Ben Bravo for his professionalism and his high attention to detail. On our first visit Ben carefully walked me through the process and explained what needed to be done. He took the time to help me understand the challenges. He then gave me a written estimate.When Ben came back for my appointment a few days later, he and his co-worker Riley worked so very hard to restore my travertine floors back to their original state. They are so beautiful now. Completely restored. It was a very manual process because two of the areas were small and confined. Only reason I am posting is because the tech showed up and hard sold my wife on tiers of quality wanting her to pay way too much to take the rugs away for the best cleaning. She agreed to tier three which was $450 to basic clean a $1000 4×8 rug. May need to just reach out to a carpet cleaner WAY before reaching out to them if you dont have heirloom rugs to be cleaned.
