Prior to selling a house I needed to have the entire four bedroom house floors cleaned (half carpet, half tile.) I got quotes from several companies but Steam Master Cleaning sent Hector to meet me the following day for a free accurate quote and he was ready to begin the job immediately. He went over all options and the price was certainly reasonable, and I was happy he could start and finish that same day. He did a fantastic job! The tile had a previous problem from a past owner and he explained exactly how it could be fixed, they even organized for Hector to be able to come back the very next day to take care of it. Again, he did a phenomenal job! He was very professional, friendly, and took care in his work to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend this company and if you get Hector as your technician, youll be super happy with his expertise, and attention to detail, and friendly manner. 5 stars, thanks guys!

My tech John came today and he was amazing!! I liked the fact that even before he started, he asked about trouble spots. When he finished, he asked that I look at the carpet to make sure I was satisfied. The carpet looks amazing and he even removed a couple of spots! I am beyond impressed with Steam master Cleaning, specifically their tech Brandon Murray. Brandon was professional, courteous, and had a very high attention to detail. He took the time to inspect our furniture, discussed cleaning options, and gave a fair quote. He treated our home with respect, took his time cleaning, and brought our couches back to new condition (we have 2 young kids and a cat). Brandon also called ahead to let us know he was on his way and showed up early. I have hired a number of different contractors and service providers in my years and I must say Brandon Murray is in the top 5 of techs who have provided services. John Warren did an excellent very professional job on short notice and helped us recover from an unfortunate and unexpected disaster in our home over the year end holidays. John came on Dec 20 and then again on Dec 30. When a ceiling drywall section failed, many years of blown in insulation ended up all over our new rugs and furniture. The job was overwhelming to us but John jumped right on it starting at about 4 pm on a Friday evening. I would recommend John and Steam Master of Austin without hesitation.

I have had this couch for five years now. It’s a fabric couch. I bought it right when I had my daughter and she’s practically grown up on it during Covid she would play all day and watch TV. It was her Jungle gym and we love this couch. Needless to say after all this time, it has taken every little beating and peanut butter fingers, and baby stains. On top of all that my dog loves to brush up against it every time she wakes up, so there’s a brown grease streak along the entire thing That has started the smell and drive me insane. I Figure we should wait a few more years before we change the couch since our child is still young so I had to find a solution to the overwhelming smell and hopefully get it to look more presentable as well.When I went online, I was surprised that all the options and didn’t know which company to pick but I knew that I wanted the couch steam cleaned. To be quite honest, I picked this company At random, Filled out a short questionnaire, set an appointment and a guy named Michael showed up by my door. Michael was extremely polite, very pleasant to deal with, and I felt safe to let him into my home. He listened attentively at all my areas of concern and gave me solutions and estimates for each one. Basically, we cherry picked all the options based on my budget and needs. Even though he could have started right there and then, we set a different date for the service.Michael showed up on the date we agreed and got right to work. He carefully cleaned my couch and worked slowly and methodically. I could tell he won’t miss a stain or a spot.I can definitely get a few more years out of this old couch looking and smelling new again. I don’t see or smell any of the stains and now I won’t be embarrassed to have company over.I’m really glad I found this company and I’m glad I didn’t have to buy a new piece of furniture yet..I should mention that I have a Bissell and I have tried to thoroughly clean this couch myself several times but after seeing what Michael did, I realize that some jobs should be left up to professionals.I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend this cleaning service! This company has to be preserved. They use water and steam powered vacuums, not just rotating brushes like those clowns from the Craigslist. These guys are legit.

I had the good fortune of having not one but two absolutely wonderful Brandons come by to deep clean two couches.Both gentlemen were beyond professional and well mannered with endearingly detailed consideration and thoughtfulness. They both showed immense respect towards people and their space. I felt safe around them.Brandon Murray was an absolute treat to coordinate with. I hired Steam Master Cleaning to clean all the carpets of a 4-bedroom house I rented for two years. There was a LOT of carpet - every room in the house besides the kitchen and bathrooms had brand new carpet installed right before I moved in two years ago and I really want my deposit back so I needed the place to look perfect when I moved out. Steam Master cleaning was completely transparent and reasonable about their pricing and I’m so impressed with the results. Shane and Mason were friendly and professional and really took their time walking around the house with me at the beginning of the appointment, making sure they addressed all my concerns. There were a couple small stains I was worried about and they came out completely! I think the carpet looks perfect. Shane and Mason answered all my carpet-related questions and even gave me some tips on how to get all the dog hair out of my carpets so I don’t have that problem in my next place.Communication with the company was also super easy - they were really nice on the phone, texted to confirm the appointment the day before and the day of (they also called and left a voicemail but I hate talking on the phone so I appreciated the option to confirm via text), showed up when they said they would, and cleaned the whole house in under an hour and a half. If you’re like me and this stuff stresses you out, just call and make the appointment already so you can stop worrying and start admiring your fancy-looking, lemony-fresh carpet.

Great experience from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was quick and they had 2 guys out in a day. Brian and Ed came up from the San Antonio location to make sure we were taken care. I initially reached out to several upholstery cleaners on Yelp. When Steam Master reached out, I had already scheduled a cleaning with another company. However, Steam Master was able to come out and give me a free in house estimate a day before the other guys as I was looking to get my cleaning done asap. I figured an estimate and opinion couldnt hurt. Dylan arrived, called my cell instead of knocking on the door because of my sleeping baby sign. He went through the process thoroughly, let me ask my questions, and gave great advice. I had an upholstered west elm headboard and a 4 hands couch that both had stains and body oils on them but they now look spotless. 5 star review for Dylan and the Steam Master cleaning process!

Phil was on time, respectful, knowledgeable and great with pets. I got a similar service done a few months ago when my dog tinkled on my couch and it was very expensive. Phil did the same thing as the previous guy but was less expensive by a long shot. Will be using them again for any other cleaning help.

Ben came out to initially give us a free estimate on cleaning our tile/grout , seal it and clean our carpeting on our stairs. We had two other estimates , one being slightly lower but didnt have as good of reviews so we decided to use Steam Master Cleaning. We are happy we did! Our grout went from this dirty brown color to almost its original light beige overnight! It brightened up the entire room. I am so happy with the results and wish I wouldnt have waited this long to get it done. Ben took his time and was very courteous. We have so much tile and grout, it took him about 6 hours to do our entire house and I think the poor guy only took a little 20 min break. He needs some help and a raise! We will be return customers for sure!

I was very shocked on well my carpets came out. I’ve always had other carpet companies come out but was amazed at how awesome Adam did cleaning my carpet and sofás. Adam was very efficient with his work and explained every service they offered. I will definitely have them come out again to do my second floor. Highly recommend this company and ask for Adam!
