I had the best experience today with this company. We have a dog and a toddler so we have multiple stains in our carpet and Chris Parsons and Jose Salinas were amazing! They were very kind and explained all of the services they offer. I have never seen my carpet this clean! It is a night and day difference. I will never use another company after my experience today. Jacob did a great job. I called around 9 am and they had someone out here by around 11am, and I didnt need it same day. No extra charge for same day either. I bought a couch which was a floor model and once I got it home I was sick with a cold within a day, so I called them to get it deep cleaned. He took his time, did a thorough job, explained all the additional bells and whistles he could offer, and once we agreed on a price he got to work. Prices varied from $109 without fees and tax to $450. Took him about an hour, maybe more. I feel much better about the couch now, it does seem cleaner to me.

I cannot recommend this cleaning service enough, it had been at least 3 years since our couch had been cleaned, it’s seen throw up on, hair balls, cats shedding on it literally every day, we had a sick cat leak butt mucus on it, etc, etc. This guy Jacob Leon spent a little over two hours making sure our couch sparkled, same goes for our living room rug, he did a fantastic job, deserves the highest praise for his work 🫡.

She scheduled my appointment and answer my questions sufficiently.On my appointment day, Ray called before arriving, as well as arrived earlier than expected. He was kind and courteous as well. He listened attentively as i explained what i was needing done, took his time explaining the services offered, answered my questions with patience, and didnt try to over sale me on services I didnt need.We didnt have time to perform the services that day (he came prepared to start the work) but scheduled for another day. Again, he showed up with his partner Chris, prepared to work, and after signing documents they began the work. Both of these young men were awesome to work with. I didnt have to watch over them and monitor their work. They explained things as needed, and completed the job.My furniture looks great (like new), smells awesome. 😊💜🌻I will be scheduling regular Upholstery Cleaning services with this Steam Masters location, as well as requesting Ray and Chris as my service providers.

Jacob and Matt of Steam Master Cleaning and Restoration did an unbelievable job cleaning 3 years worth of dirt off of my custom Italian porcelain flooring tiles throughout all common areas of the home. The flooring looks better than the date of install.They also cleaned my garage to expose the beautiful protective coating installed in “2016” which had been concealed by motor oil and dirt. The team of servicemen were courteous, professional and efficient. The pricing was also fair. Spectacular service.

Steam master cleaning is an amazing company!! I was able to schedule an appointment for next day and they are always on time! We had 3 rooms in our house cleaned back in September and just had them come and do the rest of the house. We had multiple pet pee stains and odor and Baron was able to completely remove all stains! One of our bedrooms had a big black stain, from makeup, and they were able to completely remove it. I don’t have a before picture but the after picture is incredible! I recommend them to everyone I know. Definitely will continue to use them for all our cleaning needs!

Embarrassingly, it had greasy food, alcohol, red wine, dog and cat hair and dirt that comes from living with furniture. Also, it hadnt been professionally cleaned in over six years. It looks brand new! The red is vibrant, the armrests are clean and the grease is gone! I cant say enough good thing about the quality of work Salvador and Stream Masters provide. Gabriel did an absolutely outstanding job steam cleaning and extracting pet urine from a five bedroom house. I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism I received. I had my carpets cleaned; technician Matt Lucio did a pet treatment level two and stretched carpets my on second level floors. It’s rare to get good service nowadays & with a great attitude while tending to my carpet needs. My carpet floors look amazing! I can’t express enough how happy I am and I highly recommend Steam Master Cleaning and Restoration to anyone wanting/needing carpet cleaning. My regular carpet cleaning company was unavailable and I was in desperate need of my master carpet cleaned. We have a new puppy, so you can imagine potty training a large dog that likes to have accidents in your room! The floor was disgusting and couldn’t wait! I looked online and found Steam Master cleaning…read the reviews and made the call. They were out the same day, gave me a reasonable quote, and I schedule for a couple days later (I needed to move some furniture out for them to do a thorough clean). Salvador arrived the day of cleaning with the best attitude and so professional. He knocked it out of the park! He was done quickly and it looks amazing! I wish I had taken a before pic to show the difference! Needless to say, I was so grateful to no longer have the mess in the bedroom! Before he left I had him quote cleaning my travertine and some area rugs (wool and also a couple silk). I will be calling today to get that scheduled! I highly recommend them. Ask for Salvador Argueta! You won’t be disappointed!

Salvador Argueta & Nick were fantastic. They thoroughly explained the services provided as well as the cost of the job before getting started.Our couch was filthy from our dog and now it looks and smells amazing and fresh!Our playroom floor was also smelly and dirty from dog and cat droppings and urine. The smell along with marker stains from children came right out!! Very pleased with the outcome.

Wanted to take a moment to say huge thank you to Gabriel, who went above and beyond to make sure I get the top notch service. I am a realtor and I hired him for my clients million dollar house and it was extremely crucial that he gets the job done of getting all kinds of stains out of the white carpet. And he blew me away. When I came back to check the work.Also, during the process I realized the one bedroom was skipped which I realized I didn’t mention it - he came back a couple hours later, again cleaned the missing room…. And most importantly didn’t charge extra for it to make my experience even better. This company truly values the customer and is EXTREMELY competitive on the market. We had our couch cleaned by Jacob and Michael, and I gotta tell you, these guys know their way around a couch. I thought we had a brown couch, but when they were done, I realized it was originally white, and they restored her to her former glory. Tremendous. Our carpet was so clean, the minute they left I grabbed my wife, jumped on the rug, and put on Aladdins a whole knew world singalong and belted every lyric. 10 outta 10 👍🏻👍🏻
