Eddie did a FANTASTIC job on my carpets! For months I have tried to remove the stains off my carpet but nothing ever worked. When Eddie showed up, he did an inspection on my carpets and assured me that these carpets would look as good as new. He was extremely professional and friendly. My three year old vomited and peed all over my new sofa and rug while I was out of town. I couldn’t tackle the problem until I returned a couple of days later and was so anxious about whether my furniture could be salvaged (and whether the gross odors could be removed). I was able to schedule an appointment with Steam Master cleaning the next day. Ryan came over to my home, and assessed the situation very well. He extracted the stains, sanitized, deodorized, and had such excellent attention to detail the entire time. The entire time took less than 2 hours (not including drying), and I’m incredibly amazed and grateful to have a clean home once again, thanks to Ryan.I would highly recommend that you do not try to treat stains yourself, which in the past has left my furniture with bleach spots and discoloration. Instead, reach out to Steam Master immediately and put their expertise to work.

John and his trainee Were able to come out the same day I called them for an emergency carpet cleaning.I was just going to have them do one carpet and my couch, however, after seeing how clean and incredible those came out, I ended up having them stay and do all of the other rugs in my home.I hired a different company years ago to clean my rugs and couch and you could barely tell the difference and they did didn’t get any of the stains out and it still smelled like dog pee.I cannot believe what a difference using one cleaning company makes Vs using another.Now I know they are NOT all created equal.I will definitely be using them in the future, and I’ve already recommended it to two of my neighbors that live next-door to me!Thanks again, John!

After 18 years of raising three kids, several dogs, cats and guinea pigs on cheap contractor grade carpet, it desperately needed a good cleaning. I called several companies to get quotes and all but Steam Master Cleaning gave me a quote over the phone. I was hesitant because I had a tight timeline, but the receptionist reassured me they could do the work the same time as the appointment. Still leery of a super high price, I made an appointment to get a quote just in case. Ed came out and talked through all the options for the house, including the costs. Their prices were very reasonable and close to the other local companies I called. Pleased with the price, I scheduled the cleaning. Ed came back a few days later, protected all the corners of the walls, and began to work his magic. A short 1.5 hours later and whoooaaaa what a transformation he made! Stains were gone, old embedded paint remnants were gone, high traffic areas looking new again, and we were amazed! Remember, this was 18 year old contractor grade carpet that looked almost new again and we only did the basic cleaning! Checkout was a breeze and they even offered Veterans a military discount! Highly recommend this EXCEPTIONAL company for your carpet cleaning needs! Be sure to ask for Ed!!!

Y’all!! This was such a great experience.. I NEVER expected my worn Berber carpet to come clean, I just wanted to sanitize it because this had been a rental and I wanted to know it had been steamed. It was super stained so when I showed back up and found this!!?.. Ive never been so happily surprised.. it looks and smells brand new. From the person I spoke to on the phone, to my technicians Eddie and Raul, the entire customer service experience was top notch. Ed and his partner did a supreme cleaning job for us. We had a sick puppy, so the furniture and one of our rugs needed major attention. When they were finished, not one trace was left of the mess on the furniture nor carpet. Both gentlemen were personable and knowledgeable. I overheard Ed talking to his partner about how important it is to him to give great customer service because he takes great pride in his work, To his credit, he did not try to “sell up,” but instead carefully talked with us about our options and outcomes with each. We asked the scheduler to make a note on our file that we would love to have Ed be our selected cleaner for future cleanings. Highly recommend!

Daniel and Matt were an absolute pleasure! Not only did they take every concern I had into deep consideration, but they were so patient and kind with me! They went over wax stains, unknown stains, and pet urine spots with ease. They made it a point to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my cleaning. Daniel took extra care to double check with me about areas of concern, gave some great advice for upkeep, and gave me in depth explanations of why I was experiencing certain issues with my carpets. The cleaning was done in an hour (granted, small 2 bedroom apartment), but they made sure to dry out the carpet fibers properly before leaving! I couldn’t be happier with my service! So, I called the office and was surprised how quickly the manager took ownership of the problem and scheduled their top technician (Luis) to come out the next day and re-steam the carpet.Luis was fantastic and he took the time to determine the problem and solution. He even spent extra time to make sure everything was perfect.Some of the best opportunities to “wow!” customers is taking ownership of problems and going above and beyond to fix them. He sent out Bryan’s crew just a few hours later and they did a spectacular job, both at explaining the details and scrubbing and treating our grout correctly to get it as stain free as possible without painting. The Technicians showed up Fernando & Joseph exactly on time. Fernando explain the process, they did an inspection of the rooms and provided an estimate. Fernando explain each option in detail, and how we would benefit from each treatment. Very professional, detailed, and knowledgeable of each treatment and service provided. We decided to agree on a treatment. And they actually started the same day. They took the necessary precautions to protect our furniture, the moved the couches, protected the walls to ensure no damage occurred. These guys were 💯% on top of their business. Explained everything along the way to ensure there were no miss understanding. The technicians were easily identifiable with their uniforms and the company truck. They accepted all forms of monetary payment methods. Fernando also briefed us on all the other services they provided and provided estimates for tile cleaning, and granite countertops. We have used this company several times in the past and always been pleased. Ernesto cleaned our carpets today and our carpet looks fantastic considering they are almost 20 years old… a super job! He called to let us know that he was on his way, offered me different options and services, was quick and did a great job. He also provided us details on drying time so they are thoroughly dried.Good price and good quality!! Well use again next year.

Daniel and Javier were beyond professional and went above and beyond. They were set back by having to switch vans but sacrificed their own family time to get the job done right. I’ll use this company again due to the work they put in and won’t stop from requesting them by name for the next service. They did not upsell me but gave me some knowledge about a couple things ie duct cleaning that I should look into. There is no way to truly express how overjoyed my wife was to have engineered hardwoods not coated in a half decade of mistaken wax treatment. See you again soon men.

The guy that completed the work on my carpets was excellent. For example, normally when they clean the carpets they drag the hose throughout the house. This guy gently placed it down and I didn’t have to tell him to not scratch the walls. I will say that the recommended 4 hours of drying was not true though. It took a good 24 hours. I was worried about it smelling musty but after 24 hours of drying it was great. The few stains from my dog were out and I will definitely use again. Very fair on pricing as well. Took about an hour and he worked hard. Thank you

Mike and Eddie were the consummate professionals. This review is for a job completed on April 6, 2024. After requesting a quote from the company, they promptly showed up and even called that an earlier appointment was available. The quote was clear and complete, so no surprises at all. Prices were extremely fair for all that was done. They kept everything clean and orderly and requested feedback with each part of the job done. Services included power-steam washing of driveway, back patio, porch and house as well as exterior washing of all windows. The results were fantastic and I’d highly recommend Steam Master, and especially Mike and Eddie. What a terrific team and experience.

We had our tile grout steam cleaned then color sealed. Javier came out to give a quote and rendered a sample of his product. Javier and Ed were the perfect examples of professionalism and knowledge.
