    This is my 2nd time using this company and im still very happy. Scott was amazing, not only did they get me in same day...they arrived within 1 hour of me making a same day appointment. Even though my camera picture doesnt show what I see in person as well, my carpet went from a dirty brown back to very clean and new beige color it originally was. My technician Scott was beyond professional but also polite, very informative and didnt pressure us to get anything we didnt want or need. Would highly recommend asking for Scott as your technician and would use Steam Master Cleaning again.

    After calling around San Antonio, I contacted Steam Master Cleaning and was quickly connected to an agent who arranged for someone to come out the same day to provide a quote. The price was very reasonable, and we scheduled an appointment for a tile cleaning/grout sealing and carpet shampooing/cleaning. On the day of the appointment, Daniel and Nick arrived on time and ready to start the job. After reviewing the expected job and agreeing on the price (which matched the quote), they began working. The quality of their work was outstanding, and I plan to be a repeat customer for all of my floor cleaning and other professional cleaning needs.In addition, there was an issue outside of my and the workers control, which was addressed with the office. They handled the matter very professionally to the best of their abilities and to my satisfaction.

    Brian and Nick came to deal with my unusual situation. My dog (no longer a puppy) peed on 2 of my sofa cushions. They completely cleaned my sofa including use of enzymes and smells great. Recommend using Steam Master Cleaning as that is the only company I will use!!

    Anthony Luis did a great job on our home. We have three dogs and we clean daily but we will always need regular deep cleaning to keep our house feeling brand new. Anthony was able to recommend the right cleaning options for our area rug and couches as well as our bedroom and he got the lingering musk stains and discolored spots out ! Will definitely be using again. The carpets and couch had changed color slowly over time and I didn’t even realize until Anthony cleaned them out. Fantastic job!

    Happy customers here. John Delatorre came out a few weeks ago and cleaned all of our carpets. He did a great job, explained everything, and even went the extra mile helping me move some heavy items out of the way that I was unable to move due to recent surgery. Positive experience with this company!

    I cannot recommend John and Eddy enough! We were met with a last minute military move which meant we had to sell our home, and sell it quick. Unfortunately, our guest rooms had some tough makeup stains and no matter what i used or tried, they would not come out. Our realtor advised that we replace the carpet in one of the rooms due to the stain not being removed, and upon recieving many offers the lowest we were quoted was $1,000 (ouch!). As a last Hail Mary we looked up local carpet cleaners and called steam masters. The VERY NEXT DAY, John and Eddy came out to our home, thoroughly went through our needs and gave us a quick and fair quote! Once approved, they immediately started the job. The entire process was quick, efficient, and thorough. In a matter of minutes, we had brand new carpets and a lovely smell of mint in the air. I cant recommend John and Eddy enough, they were incredibly friendly, connected on our mutual love of our fur babies and saved us a huge amount of time, money and stress!

    With four cats and a German Shepherd, I though my carpets needed to be rejuvenate. Jay gave me a fair estimate and was able to finish within 2.5 hours. I was highly impressed with his professional appearance and quilty of work. I would recommend this business and will use them again.

    The customer service from beginning to end has been great. From the day I called to schedule an appointment up to the technician Hector Rodriguez arriving at my house, the whole process was simple and easy. He was informative on the pricing, didn’t suggest any services that weren’t needed, and when he was done with the job he even walked through the rooms with me to see if any spots were missed.     We had a great experience with our tech John D. He and his partner. They were very professional and did a great job of cleaning our carpets.     I had Steam Master come out to clean the carpets for the rental property we were moving out of. They did a great job. Will called me a little before they were supposed to be coming to let me know that the tech was going to be there closer to the later end of the time frame given for the appointment and told me the tech would call me when he was on his way to the house. The tech did call me about 45 min after Will did to tell me he was on his way and hed be there in about 30 min. Logan was very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpet. I would definately recommend Steam Master especially since they have such great deals for carpet cleaning.

    They just finished cleaning our carpets and although Scott did great and was very nice, we were charged TOO much. After he left, I was doing some digging and research and asked around for average price and we were up charged and I even questioned about certain charges I was shown. I will probably not go back to this company and find another with reasonable price, but Scott did a great job and was very polite!

    Jay did an awesome job and he was very professional. I thought the carpet was basically unsavable and was ready to replace it. The kitchen tile was filthy and has never come clean, but after some consideration it was decided to have it cleaned. Now the whole house looks amazing!

    When I called this company, they were very honest and friendly. They explained to me that their services were a bit pricier, but very well-done. Ive always been skeptical about companies trying to overcharge me, but he seemed really genuine so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. That weekend, a cleaning technician named Brett arrived at my house. He explained everything that he was going to do, and went to work for about an hour. The carpet looked really good, just like when I first moved in. He even was able to get rid of hard stains like juice and pet vomit. (Ugh.)All in all, the experience was worry free. Yes it may have been pricier than what I had wanted, but it was a fluid process and my carpet looks great. These guys obviously care about what their customers think of their service and I do recommend them to anyone who needs their floors to have that really clean treatment. Just call em.

    This company & its employes offer great customer service. I called STEAM MASTER CLEANING and received same day service. I moved to SA into a rental property and the carpets were still dirty with stains from the last tenant. I would ask for Bryan Davenport as your technician because right away he knew what treatment to use for each stain. As far as the carpets, they felt new again and Im very pleased with the service I received for a great price. Also I want to add that not only do they work on carpets but Bryan was able to restore my sofa that I had in storage and made it look and smell like new. Im very happy the service I received and thank you Bryan for doing an excellent job!

    I called Steam Master because of the Google reviews and was not disappointed. The person on the phone was very nice and courteous, he explained the options told me of the current promotion and set the appointment. Jacob R. called a half hour early letting me know that he had finished early and would be right on time. I found Jacob to be very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job; I am down in SA for 18 months and am renting this house, I dont think...I know the carpets have never been this clean. Thanks Jacob for a job well done! Will call Steam Masters when were ready to move out for final cleaning.

    My carpet was in horrible shape. My kids stained it with paint, slime, and marker. We also had a lot of pet stains that we tried to get up before.     Scott Salas from Steam Master cleaning was amazing! He took his time and was very thorough with our carpet cleaning. He came right on time and gave us updates on each part of the process. I took advantage of the 4 room for $98 special and got a pet enzyme treatment. We were able to do our stairs, landing (game room), and other main living areas. He also got us deep cleaned with the Turbo Power scrub. The carpet looks better than it has been in years, and is ready to help our house be sold.

    I had technicians Brian and Jay service my first floor with a tile and grout cleaning, grout sealing, and an air vent cleaning. The guys were punctual, and very knowledgeable regarding the whole process. Before starting, they took the time to go over the current state of my tile and grout, and informed me of what I can expect from the service.After the service was complete, my tile looked as if it was brand new, not to mention the grout lines were level, clean, and sealed with great detail. It only took a few days to notice the difference after the air vent cleaning. The AC is blowing faster, and the air seems cleaner. I am sure this will minimize my routine maintenance including sweeping, dusting, etc.-Very satisfied with the service provided, I will be using steam master in the future.

    This business is just seriously the best. Ben and his assistant came and they were so incredibly kind, friendly, and funny. They made me feel very comfortable having them there and they did such a good job deep cleaning the couch. Ben was professional and definitely knew what he was doing.     I didnt know how dirty my floors were until I saw the DRASTIC difference once Brett came to clean my tile and grout. Spring cleaning feels complete with Steam Masters!Brett was right on time and very professional as he educated me on how to properly clean and maintain my floors. After all, as a new home owner this is a huge investment. I had some chairs that I didnt even think about cleaning, but he noticed them and told me he could also clean upholstery. Those stains were there for over 5 or 6 years and I was planning on selling or reupholstering them... not any more, my chairs look and feel great! I dont always leave reviews.... but when I do its for a job well done- so thanks Brett for your hard work, and thank you Steam Masters for a great experience!!

    We hired them and they sent Keegan who did a deep cleaning of my memory foam mattress. He was very quick and thorough. He explained the entire process of what going to happen and any add-on we wanted and if it was necessary for our mattress, which most of them were since our bed was unfortunately ruined by a bed accident from one of the kids and a couple of stains from a 4 year old mattress. 😅 He took great care of it and would definitely recommend them to anyone. We also got the add on of the quick dry and that sped up the process of not having to wait for 3-4 hours for our mattress to dry out and with young ones it was necessary. Thanks again y’all!

    They did a great job. I was surprised when 3 rooms for $89 turned into almost $500. We were charged per stair and$150 for deodorizer which was a bit much to me but they did do a great job so not complaining too much.

    My technician Brett was so polite and helpful. He suggested i use scotch guard on the couches and i did pay a little extra but it was worth every penny. My son spilled a drink the other day and the liquid literally sat on top on then fabric and i wiped it right off. He took extra care of my house by use shoes covers and corner guards. The only problem is that the scheduled window was 8am-12pm, but the cleaners didnt show up until close to 2pm, so we had to move some afternoon plans around.
