Jacob was sent over to assess the condition of my floors and grout, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and honesty. Yet again Stay Fresh Carpet Cleaning has come out to refreshen my carpets! This time I was serviced by Garcia. He was on time, he explained everything regarding pricing and cleaning process and he worked FAST! Would highly recommend! My dog made a mess on my couch before an important family visit and the office staff was able to schedule me in same day! The technician, Garcia, was kind and knowledgeable, and most importantly got the smell out! Cleaning lasted less than an hour.

Garcia was my service guy. When he went to and from the truck to hook up the equipment, he actually joggged. He did a fantastic job on a dirty bedroom carpet and polished up a dirty kitchen floor, all in under two hours. Price was reasonable and I got a good value. Picture is my kitchen at the half-way point. Ill be using Stay Fresh again. Hope they keep Garcia on board.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! Calling to schedule an appointment was super easy. The team member I spoke with surprised me with an appointment time in 2 days. Confirmation of appointment was done via text and with 3 hour arrival window. Jacob called to confirm he was en route. He was so personal & professional asking what we wanted done, explaining the process, pointing out things to keep in mind & recommending ways to keep the floors well maintained. He measured the square footage & presented me with price options which was most appreciated. From there, he hooked his system up to our water source and got right to work. He started with a shampoo and then literally used a brush to scrub each and every grout line in both directions before steaming(!!) and then sealing the high traffic areas. It took longer than I expected but the end product is so worth it…looks like we have brand new floors!!!! The pictures don’t do his work justice. No doubt, we’ll be calling on Stay Fresh & Jacob to clean sofas, rugs, curtains, etc. in the future!

I can not be more happy with the results. I honestly didn’t think there was any hope for the carpets, I even had one cleaning company tell me I just needed to get new carpets as these could not be salvaged… then I came across Stay Fresh and Will, my technician. This man not only made them look salvageable but made them look brand new!! i wish i had before pictures because youd see exactly what Im talking about!! i highly recommend Stay Fresh and I would request Will to do the job! I can go on and on about how shocked and happy I am. pictures are the finished, I didnt take before but imagine wine, urine, high traffic and just grime complete black before Will!

Will came out and did an amazing job. He showed up right on our appointment window and called first as well. He walked me through our couch options for the year old stains I had and got everything except some gel uv nail polish that had cured into my pillow. He was very thorough and even helped me out by moving the couch so I could sweep. I should have taken before pictures but my beige couch looks like I don’t have kids. I’m very grateful and will book again for my 6 month clean.

My dad has mobility problems and mild dementia, my mom has full Alzheimers. Their house was neglected and the carpets were absolutely awful. I felt bad for them and it was just unsanitary. My sister and I happen to be in town (neither of us live close, we live hours away) at the same time. I contacted Stay Fresh and they were able to come out the same day! Jacob arrived and was incredibly sweet and understanding of the situation. He spent the next few hours cleaning my parents carpets and the results far exceeded what I thought could be obtained. I truly appreciated his hard work and wanted to cry and hug him for making my parents home safe and healthy to live in again. Garcia did a great job removing stains from my light colored carpet. Stains were from detergent that spilled when my washing machine was carried out of the house. He was very friendly and professional with me and the 3rd party he had to call for payment (the company that removed the washing machine and spilled the detergent). I greatly appreciated that because it took all the stress of getting in contact with them off my plate.

I have never had carpets cleaned because I have never had carpets. So, we are listing our home and I was going to rent a shampooer. Home Depot has them, but all 8 were out of service. But, when I called Stay Fresh they were able to schedule in 2 days. Wow, I was ecstatic and booked them for the service. They were prompt, explained the process and was very professional. I asked for the total price from the tech and he told me $180.00. I agreed thinking it was JUST 180.00 for all of the carpets with the specific treatment that I selected. I was originally charged over 300 and Sarah reached out to me right away after hearing my complaint. I appreciate the quick response to solving the misunderstanding and appreciate the help. Carpets were cleaned quickly and was completed within an hour!

Stay fresh Steam Cleaning is the way to go! Mr.Garcia was our technician for our cleaning experience of three rooms. A previous owner had a dog and in one of the rooms was extremely pungent with pet odor and stains. He tackled that room full force and my boyfriend and I are ecstatic how clean and fresh that room and the others are! It’s a transformation to say the least! There was a post treatment to make the room smell like baby powder which was nice!There was some miscommunication over the phone on pricing the day prior but, Mr.Garcia was very patient explaining the situation at hand. Going over numbers and costs to find what would work best for us. Thank you again Mr.Garcia for the hard work!Everything was sorted and this was an amazing experience overall! Will definitely call again for future cleanings!

I highly recommend this place for your delicate curtains. My curtains looked grey (the original color was white) due to dust and dog hair. They kept my curtains longer than expected, but the wait was worth it, they did a great job. My curtains are white again!
