    I was very impressed with Israel. He did a great job cleaning my very old tile & grout & educated me on keeping the sealant intact with the correct type of mopping solution. Our tile had never been professionally cleaned, and it made such an extraordinary difference.

    You get what you pay for! Tried cheaper cleaning services but was never satisfied. For about the same price I got an extraordinary cleaning of my carpets and tile floors, a professional doing the job, no hassles, no extra clean up. They even protected my wood floors and bannister, so the hoses didn’t touch them. Couldn’t be more happy with the cost, the service, or the results!

    Keith was great. He covered everything he was going to do and made sure he cleaned the rooms we needed. He even helped move some of the furniture that I couldn’t by myself with out any hesitation. He made sure multiple times that he service was up to my standards.     Corey was the epitome of professional this morning! I am SO pleased with my results! My carpet looks brand new!!!!!! I would recommend Corey as a technician 100%, he is efficient AND had a wonderful disposition!I am an 8 month pregnant stay at home mom and was concerned with the process of having my carpets cleaned before my new baby arrives. Corey made this process so pleasant and easy!!!!He was all business from the second he walked in the door, explaining every step of the cleaning process and what to expect. He then helped me immensely by moving a heavy chair that I was unable to move myself due to being pregnant- so that he could clean underneath.

    This is the third time using Stanley Steemer and once again they didn’t disappoint! Not a spot on our white carpet which we have in our formal dining and living area. Just my wife and I so we seldom use that part of the house.But, we have three grandchildren that take over our house when visiting, so you can just imagine how soiled the carpet was.Thanks again

    Great job! They scheduled me quickly and got the job done the same day! We had our HVAC unit replaced and the workers trashed our cream floor during the installation. Angelo came by and completely erased all the tar footprints.

Jeremiah did a great job on our couch and chair. He made sure all the little crevices were cleaned and both pieces were stain free. The price was good and we will definitely use them again.     Fabricio, of Stanley Steemer, went above and beyond to clean my house, including my non-standard request to clean my rubberized pool deck! My pool deck attracts dirt, stains easily, and requires intense labor to clean, but Fabricio cleaned it in a flash and used safer chemicals than what I had tried.

    Johnathan and Rafa were amazing! I had to have them come back after another cleaner cleaned my main living room. The first man had a rough day and you could tell he was really tired. There was nothing wrong with him. Specifically, it was just the end of the day and the gentleman was just exhausted. Jonathan and Rafa came about 830 the next morning and got to work. They were very informational and professional. I greatly appreciate their help on the matter. My son, who has cerebral palsy, had some issues on the carpet, to which I called Stanley steamer to fix. They left after about an hour or so, and even told me about their two room for $300 plan, to which I obliged. The next time I have people out to do my carpet I want it to be Jonathan and Rafa. They are professional and wonderful all the way around. Thank you for such a great experience.

    Keith was super helpful and nice! He cleaned a carpeted room and 2 couches for us and helped us with recommendations for the couch cleaning as it was very loved by my Grandpas dog. Very great service and would definitely recommend Keith and the company in general to a friend!

    He was very nice and kind. Gave me information that I did not know anything about to save me some money, and where I can call them back three times and get two rooms clean for free and this was a blessing for me by me having pets. It also follow me when I move into my house. They clean everything from carpet, to hardwood floors , tile, Furniture, and more. That was nice to know.

Our AC company recommended Stanley Steemer for our dryer vent cleanout (instead of charging us more to do it themselves).     Dagoberto was phenomenal. It was pouring rain and upon his arrival he ensured we were made fully aware that the cleaning hoses were wet and would make our other floors wet.     The ducts needed cleaning and the technician showed me the results. Our is so open and we still have to keep the thermostat around 79 or 80 to be comfortable or warm. It could be be some other problem. But we needed the ducts cleaned.

    Had a great first experience. Daniel came on time and was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Results speak for themselves in the attached picture.Updates: 5 stars again for my second service with Stanley Steamers, this time for tile cleaning and grout color seal. The floor now looks like brand new. Michael did a great job helping with color selection (i went with his suggestion) then finished the job in a reasonable time and with super high quality result. He was courteous, efficient, and a clear pro.

    Appreciate Stanley Streamer working to ensure that customers are satisfied with their service. I wasn’t completely satisfied with how the tile on my kitchen and bathroom floors turned out initially and they came back out and cleaned them again.     I had Brad come out for the second time today, and our experience was excellent! I have worked with many carpet cleaning companies before and its hard to find both quality and professionalism around here. The cleaning quality is amazing, especially since we have a full house here with 5 dogs, 3 cats, and 3 kids. You couldnt even tell how dirty it was by the time hes done.Not only is the service excellent, the employee is excellent as well. Brad is particular is great, every time we contact him he immediately works with us, puts us on his schedule and is always on time (which is super important when youve got a packed schedule). Hes very efficient, dependable and you can tell hes very passionate about his work. Looking forward to our next cleaning!

    The techs arrived as scheduled. They gave good explanations of their procedures and were respectful of our home. We had a slight glitch with one of our 3 wifi thermostats after they left. I called and within 30 minutes another tech was at our door and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. A nice group of folks to work with.

    Carpet in 1 room and a hall done yesterday morning. Akeem came to our home and was very kind and considerate. Very comfortable having him in this home. Well spoken and professional. One of the most professional, professionals to have ever had. I asked what he needed for me, he asked what I needed from him. Very straightforward communication. My carpet was in a bad way. And when he was finished it looked beautiful. Today is 24 hours post clean and it still looks and smells amazing no issues to report at all. After the cleaning I expressed to him more spaces in the house that I wanted to get done and he had taken notice to our need of cleaning on the stairs. And he recommended their service to me that is pay once and have multiple cleanings. I couldnt be more grateful for Akeem.
