I had a great experience with Stanley Steamer. They did a great job with my duct cleaning. They took great care in the prep to get ready for the cleaning, and were extremely friendly and helpful when I asked them to show me the process. The two guys that did the service (Lance and Eric), worked super hard all day…I have never had my ducts cleaned before so I had no idea how tedious it is but the guys were absolutely on it!!!! I would highly recommend Stanley Steamer!!!

Amazing with details of how Home Owner Cleaning devises differ from Profession.. regarding Temperature of water and Pressure and PH levels of the stain matter... my experience was more of a last ditch effort of stain removal than basic carpet cleaning.. but Ladarion really new the contract side of the business and opened my eyes to grout cleaning and annual schedule contract... he was amazing!!

I had an 8-1am appointment, Victor showed up around 8am which was amazing. He was professional, explained the process well, and even explained to me why I was having a certain issue with my flooring (we had carpets done and noticed the issue). Victor protected my furniture and was very courteous of my home and animals. Highly recommend Victor!

The 5 Stars is for Ives as I have yet to determine the full extent of the job as I am waiting for the tile grout to dry. Ives is a very professional, kind, young man. When he arrived he introduced himself, came in, look over what needed to be done, we went over pricing and he went to work on what needed to be done. I never heard a word out of him. He came in and took care of business. He did let me know the stages as he went but other than that he was doing his job. I am very pleased with this young man. I have come across several young people in the services industry that could take a few lessons from Ives. Thank you Ives, it was nice meeting you and a pleasure to have you in our home.

My initial plan was to have them re-tiled with another company because the grout was black. However, someone mentioned that SS has colored seal for grout. Im glad I chose SS and grateful they have professionals like Adrian. I attached before and after pics (Malibu sand color seal).

The service was excellent! Gerardo, the technician, was courteous and friendly. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet, removing the bad odor from a leaking water line. He applied deodorizer at the end of the cleaning, and now the room has a pleasant smell. He took the time to wipe the floor with his prints from the rain. Im very satisfied with the job and the professionalism displayed.

Everything looks great and Albert was just wonderful to work with. There’s nothing I could recommend to change about him.One little thing in the scheduling, however. I can understand having only a 6 hour window in the afternoon, but is there a reason why someone could not let me know once the day gets started, that they would arrive after 2, for example? I know it’s hard to do schedules, and maybe it’s not possible. But that would be a good thing. Especially for people who have to make plans for their dogs and kids and whoever. Thanks for everything, Albert! And when I call again someday, I’ll request you because I can’t imagine anyone doing it better!

The previous company also never cleaned from the duct connector. As result we did not realize that the flexible hose was kinked. Bottom line we now have a clean system. Thanks Trent. They’ve all been very nice and have done their job well. I just never felt a connection with a technician before. Brad and Luis were different. They were very professional but, at the same time made me feel like my me and my job were the most important things going on. I am very grateful to have met them. They are special guys. This is the first time the carpet in my home has been Professionally clean. Ive been living here for over twelve years. My first thought was to get all of the carpet in my home replace. I decided to see how my carpet with look after it has been Clean. After the job was complete. I didnt think after 12 years my carpet would look this good. Ive decided to hold off on replacing the carpet and instead start getting mycarpet cleared every year. My area rug will be dropped off this wednesday. I cant wait to see it. Im more than Pleased!!!!
