    Lucas and Demetrius Both did a fantastic job! Extremely friendly and professional they were able to get our room back to the standard. It was when we moved in. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer as they do a wonderful job. They were also early which was great because we had plans today and got to go enjoy them earlier than expected. Thank you guys again so much! I apologize if I spelled their names wrong!

    Cody was very polite and even when he had issues with his equipment, he was quick to let me know. His Manager James ended up coming by to see what the issue was. The problem ended up being fixed and Cody continued. Again, these two gentlemen were professional and very knowledgeable of their jobs and I can tell they take pride in their work. Thank you Cody and James for making my move out process that much easier, by taking care of the carpet in each one of my bedrooms.

    Lucas and Etienne were fantastic representatives! They went above and beyond to meet my needs and ensure the job was done right. Although they had to reschedule once due to being short-staffed, they quickly set a new appointment and drove an hour out to my location. I was impressed with how swiftly they rescheduled, getting the service completed within two days. Overall, I highly recommend them for their professionalism and dedication.

    They were actually able to get here before the expected time. Yay! I changed what I wanted cleaned when they arrived and it was no problem whatsoever.They did an EXCELLENT job by actually scrubbing the tile by hand and removing a big spot on the carpet. Will definitely use them again!

    Quick to provide appt time. I used the website to schedule (easy to use) and got a appt within two days. Both guys were friendly and polite. Showing me progress between rooms and offered to go over any areas I wasn’t happy with a second time, but the carpets cleaned up beautifully the first round. They even showed up 30min early!     I called for an apartment move out cleaning in a place where I lived in for over 5 yrs. Jaden and his trainee Tracy came through and did an excellent job. I would have bought the products that Jaden was selling but the new place is very tiny with no rug. He and Tracey was prompt arriving. Thorough cleaning even gave a 10 day warranty if stains reappeared. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer.

    Outstanding customer service and quality work. This was my first time ever having my carpets cleaned so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I called and talked to James. He answered every question I had in regard to the services they offered.They showed up promptly to the appointment and didn’t leave me waiting at all. They offered me air duct cleaning after they explained all of the benefits and I scheduled for that too!My god. I didn’t know how thorough you could be. I would recommend having them out to clean your vents inside your home if you have not done it yet because the last company would only clean the vents in the attic.     I called them to clean the grout in my new home. Once they finished the grout was still the same color. He asked if I was satisfied with the service and I told him I really couldnt see a difference. He told me since I wasnt satisfied he wasnt going to charge me. He wasnt able to change my grout color but I still gave 5 stars. I can appreciate him not charging me. I will use him again in the future for my carpet because I know I wont be taken advantage of.

    These guys did fantastic. We have a 2 yr old coonhound mix who absolutely loves chewing. So, I made the mistake of giving him a giant greasy bone and it ended up leaving dark gray stains all over our carpet. They took their time and were very attentive to the spots. My carpet looks even better than when we first moved in now, and all those gross spots are gone. 10 out of 10 would happily go back to them.

    Brandon and his Team went over and beyond today. The Stanley Professionals were very respectful and gave their professional opinion on how to tackle the tough stains first. This was a real challenge, but somehow, they werent able to remove all of the stains, But Brandon and his Partner worked very hard and fast to go above and beyond there scope of work to help us out. They turned a 6-year-old piece of carpet that was in a 2-year-old abandon apartment, this thing had probably over 100 stains in it, the carpet even had stains from motor oil, where an engine used to sit on the floor, i guess! Yall Staney Steemer, In Lawton Ok smashed that carpet out of the park! Brandon and his Partner made it all seriously look brand new, all of the hard unforgettable stains are all gone! they did a professional job, and they had no problem at all answering all of the questions that i had. 10 stars and i also tipped them an extra 20.00 just for their great work! thanks again Brandon for you and your partners hard work today!
