Travion and Raymond arrived within a few hours and did an amazing job cleaning and fixing what the other company did not.     David and Jay were thorough but quick and also very personable and professional. We had them do three rooms of aging carpet where renters dogs had left a few smells and stains. Rooms looked and smelled great after the guys did their work. You know, it can feel kind of weird to be alone in a house with strangers doing work for you but I never felt uncomfortable with these guys. Very satisfied.

From the customer service setting up my appointment and advice on my needs to the actual cleaning of my house was impressive.I had the full deal including deodorant and stain guard application.The cleaner called to let me know he was coming and left my carpets looking great and smelling wonderful.     Edwin was so kind, professional, and did a wonderful job on my tile. It was a sight to be seen before he got here as it was located in a closed in carport that has just been a storage room for years. Needless to say it was pretty funky when we cleaned it out. Edwin made the clean up job a breeze for me and had all the dirt removed in less than an hour. A mop would have never been able to handle the job. Worth every penny.

    A’drian was very polite, and did a terrific job. The only issue I have is that the carpet is taking toooo long to dry. I feel that there should be some type of drying process, rather than using my fans and air conditioner. This is not a negative issue with the technician though, he is just using the equipment that he is given to work with.
