Chris B. and Adrian were awesome! Chris B with 21yrs of experience definitely showing what he knows best with excellent service and professionalism. Adrian def learning from the best. A service I will be using again. Team was able to guard corners or door trims, slippery floor signs were placed and door guard was used so the house was secure from any damages. Team cleaned up all their items and wet spots leaving carpet looking like a brand new carpet and smelling like one too. Thanks again for a great service.

Our technician gave us a detailed description of what he was going to do during his visit. He was polite and helpful. He was also very detail oriented. We were pleased from the scheduling process to the actual cleaning. I wish I had a before picture…Our laundry room is a heavy traffic, but our final results were better than we expected! I will definitely have them come out again. Also, our price was fair as well. Zero complaints!!!

Stanley Steamer has been to my home twice in the last few years. Both visits have been wonderful. Quality of service is excellent and the employees are always kind and considerate. The second visit had to be rescheduled due to an error on their part but they returned the next day and finished the job quickly without skimping on details. I will call Stanley Steamer for all my floor cleaning needs.

We used Stanley Steemer out of Scott, La. They came at around 2:15pm they were done around 3:30pm. Whatever they used to pre-treat the carpet smelled amazing. They were able to get the stains and dust out of the carpets and make them look new again until we could replace them. Service was professional and done promptly. The price was reasonable. We are satisfied with the job done and would highly recommend you all to others for service.

Want to know how impressive Stanley Steemer is? They can clean your carpet so well that old stains reappear! After my service, I thought they had accidentally splattered paint around my house, but after checking the before and after photos, I realized there was just a small stain that had been hidden beneath the dirt and grime. Their cleaning was so effective that it revealed what was once covered up.Stanley Steemer did a fantastic job on my floors and tile, going above and beyond to address my concerns. In the end, it turned out to be my issue, not theirs. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. I felt a bit embarrassed, but I just have to say—theyre so good at cleaning that they can uncover old spots!

I highly recommend Stanley Steamer. They did a great job and did it so efficiently. We had them clean 5 areas in our house and I was happy to see what was able to be cleaned and the carpet looks so much better when considering the amount of abuse it took prior to our cleaning with our 4 boys! Unfortunately, SS wasnt able to get rid of the gak/play slime that my kiddos dropped on the carpet in 2 rooms, which they tried with citrus solvent. I was ok with that given how it was particularly impossible once it had set in. I really love how there is no cleaning smells after the cleaning since Im sensitive to smells. Michael who did the job and his helper were very professional. He certainly know what he is doing, and he was great at answering all my questions I had. Ill be giving SS a call again in the future!

The house already smells better, the carpet looks better, and the sofa looks like new.Chris and Jimmy, the Stanley Steamer technicians who cleaned my house, were professional and friendly. Both worked quickly and efficiently, while being very thorough and making sure they didnt miss anything on the carpet or sofa.I looked at prices and booked my appointment online. Stanley Steamers prices for carpet and upholstery cleaning were lower than all their competitors. The discounts Stanley Steamer offered made carpet cleaning for 3 rooms and upholstery cleaning for 1 sofa very affordable. Booking an appointment online was very easy, and I even got a weekend appointment at a time that was convenient for me. I received a confirmation email when I booked my appointment and a reminder email 24 hours before. On the morning of my appointment, I received a text telling me Stanley Steamer was on the way, and the Stanley Steamer technicians were at my house within 30 minutes. There were no surprises when it was time to pay the bill. My online estimate was the price I paid for the great service I received.Stanley Steamer gave me great service, a great price, and great service people. This was a 5-star experience. I will definitely book with Stanley Steamer the next time I need to clean my carpets and furniture.

Derek and Tre were such a pleasure to work with. As soon as they arrived we met & went over the work that needed to be done. They immediately got to work and didn’t stop until they finished everything.Our list included not only cleaning carpets, it also included cleaning furniture with dog stains and mattresses with “who knows what”stains. After they were finished with an area they would have me approve the cleaning job before moving on to the next area.Both Derek and Tre were very accommodating and professional. They made this cleaning day so easy and stress free. I had a wood stair case cleaned as well as a tile bathroom and grout cleaning with sealant that weren’t done well at all. They were still fairly dirty. The service was very expensive so this was a huge disappointment. The techs were very polite but left their shoe coverings sitting on my carport. I would not recommend this company. I had used them years ago and had a totally different experience.I was contacted by the manager and they’re coming back. Wonderful customer service!
