Rodney and his team did an EXCELLENT JOB of packing and storing my belongings during my home renovation! They brought everything back in perfect condition and set it back up, exactly as it had been! These men were extremely courteous, organized, and professional!They protected my new carpets and walls and did not damage anything during the move! These guys went above and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer!I would recommend Stanley restoration for any of your family needs!Elsa, Dina and Maria were in charge of packing and unpacking all of my personal belongings. These ladies worked very diligently and were extremely careful when packing my items. They were very courteous and placed everything back just as it was before they started. We worked with Stanley Restoration after a hot water heater broke in our attic flooding the second level, and first level including destroying our kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bathroom, and countless other floors and walls. The team of contractors they brought together was excellent. Not only did they complete the work the insurance company determined necessary, they dug further and brought other items needing restoration to both my and the insurance companys attention. We had a great experience with Stanley Restoration. They made an otherwise extremely stressful situation pretty easy and smooth. They came and packed out all the contents of our home for an insurance claim and then brought it all back at the end. They took care with our items and communicated very well. Richard was a great project manager. Ashley and her team (Josefina, Claira, and Dina) did a great job packing up our contents then unpacking and putting them all back where they belonged. Christi was also wonderful to work with. They were all very professional, very communicative, and did a great job!

After a contractor flooded our house and our original reconstruction company backed out just days before the job, Stanley stepped in and exceeded every expectation. They handled our last-minute request with professionalism, expertly packing and unpacking our belongings—including heavy natural wood furniture—without a single scratch. Their care and attention to detail during the pack-out process made a stressful situation so much easier. We can’t recommend Richard, Ashley, and their team highly enough!

I can NOT recommend this company enough! I had the most horrible experience with my movers previously, so I had PTSD, and especially after a flood, Stanley went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, cataloged, and went perfectly back into place! Seth and his crew came and moved the furniture out first, and they were great and super careful. The next day Ashley and her crew came and packed up and not only were they meticulous, but very caring. I felt like they were friends and didnt want them to go! I felt 100 percent safe with all of my high end belongings in Stanleys hands. They were also very fair with the billing. I highly recommend this company and am grateful for what they did for me.

Richard & Landon were also there to help speed up the process of the initial mitigation to make sure it was done in time for me to pickup my kids from school. Johnny was also very helpful in setting everything up for the visit when I spoke to him over the phone and made sure his team was well prepared and professional. Two weeks after we moved into our dream home, a historic house near Bluebonnet Circle in the TCU area of Fort Worth, it caught fire. The fire wasnt very big, but were learning that any fire is a BIG one. The good folks at Stanley Restoration have been one of the few bright spots in this ordeal, starting with David, who heads us our soft goods team, and Mark, the project manager, as well as Travis who has spent untold hours preparing to get started on the actual restoration of the house. They are compassionate professionals who to a person care about their clients. They have been so accommodating, holding our hands as they ably guided us through the beginnings of this project. Even the owner got personally involved and came out to help boxing up some of our personal items. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We picked up our first large group of restored items like clothing, jackets, shoes, etc. from their facility in Cedar Hill today. From the personal attention we received, I had anticipated seeing a much smaller, family sized operation, but their facilities are much larger than expected: several buildings and a fleet of trucks. While there, we felt like we were their only clients.If disaster strikes, ask that your insurance use them. You couldnt be in better hands.Dorothy Barra and Bruce Payne

Our water heaters in the attic flooded through to both floors of the house late in the evening and Jay and his team showed up within an hour and began the drying/dehumidification process immediately. They were polite, courteous, and even gave us advice on how to proceed since we had no idea what we were going to do. And they did all that without waking our 1 year old! 10/10 recommend going with Stanley when life throws you a curveball.

Whats worse than the monsters scratching in the closet or hiding under your bed? Hearing water running in the middle of the night when it shouldnt be! Had to call Stanley Restoration after our hot water decided its time was done. It burst and tried valiantly to establish an indoor pool in our dining room. The technician Stanley Restoration sent, Ivan Dixon, was professional, courtesy, knowledgeable, and to top it off, a really good guy. Even though this experience is every home owners living nightmare, Ivan made it as painless as possible. Thank you.

They were very professional, punctual, and very aware of the belongings I had in my home. Richard Smith is the true total operating heart of Stanley. He works long hard hours to get things done. We are repeat customers and he has been here for all three of our water clean up problems. Goes out of his way to help and thinks of all the other conditions that might affect and cause other problems. A true worker that knows what he is doing and gets things done. A true self starter and doesnt stop until all of the job is done. He was here when the firat major water leak had happened when we saw water running out of the garage when the water heater had blown apart. Water was spraying out all over some of the previously packed up boxes and he got on the problem moving and repacking the wet boxes. He called in to get more equipment to start drying the area and we were very lucky to have had him here when this leak started. This third leak and we called and he was right on top of everything and got it all started very quickly and always comes and checks on how things are going and ready to help in anyway needed. This company is very, very fortunate to have him.

From day 1 she was on top of everything and made scheduling so smooth.Before their crew came and packed everything up for me, Cheryl came out to my house with a camera guy who took 4k, 3D images of the place to make sure everything got unpacked and put back where it belongs. This was really cool to see.The packing crew, Ashley and Angel, were also so quick and professional. They packed my whole house in an afternoon while still keeping attention to detail. That same afternoon the movers, CJ and Jon, moved all of my things out of the house.After my hardwood floors were redone and it was time to move back in, Stanley Restoration sent a cleaning crew over before moving anything in (they also did a fantastic job). I constantly received calls asking about fragile items during the pack out which took 3 days.The return of our items went just as smooth and only took 2 days. I did not get to meet the crew who returned our furniture and other heavy items, but was able to meet Ashley, Josh, and Claira on day 2. This team was outstanding and returned everything in great shape. They even put books on bookshelves in their original positions.I thank all of you for making this part of our whole ordeal painless and stress free.

They worked fast and provided a high quality service. While one of the items got damaged, they recognized the situation and documented the damage to report back to the main office. While we havent been contacted by anyone from the main office to discuss the damage, this does not diminish the quality service Calvin and his team provided. Should we ever have the need for restoration services we will definitely reach out to Stanley Restoration again. We highly recommend this company, for service but also for job seekers. They appear to take care of their employees very well. It definitely shows.In addition, we also had a female team who was tasked with the tedious work of packing and unpacking all of our household items. This team was led by Ashley and her crew consisted of Brandi and Maggie. I believe there were at least two more team members on the pack in but I do not recall their names. My apologies. We were deeply impressed how efficiently the team worked and packed up so many rooms in just 2 days. I also appreciated the detailed process of not just cataloging the items but also documenting their location to use that as a guide for the pack-out. They stacked the packed boxes neatly for the male crew to collect on their turn. Upon pack out, all paper and packing materials were quickly cleared away and within 1 day, all of the rooms looked as if nothing had happened. The ladies were professional, caring, courteous and super punctual. They understood the stress related with such a massive disruption of our lives and made sure we wouldnt need to stress at all about this part of the process. The speed and efficiency of their packing skills are definitely noteworthy.Unfortunately, one of our collectibles got severely damaged and we have not been contacted by the main office with a process or confirmation of this situation. Hopefully, this is only due to the fact that this all happened right before the holidays and the company will contact us soon to provide us with the process on how the damages are being compensated or repaired. Despite being out for 7 months, my house looked exactly how I left it once I moved back in. I actually know where all of my stuff is. The folks were extremely helpful and focused on pleasing me (even if it went over and beyond the scope of the project). HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this crew. Well worth every penny.

This post is to express our thanks and appreciation to Stanley and specifically to Brenda, Elsa, Maria, and Raquel. This Stanley Crew did a great job yesterday and today with a thorough cleaning of our master bedroom, master bathroom, dining room, office, kitchen and den. (The massive cleaning effort was required because of extreme water damage in those rooms when a lightning strike on our house in February 2021 caused a two-inch flooding of water). Restoration was completed early this week and the Stanley Crew spent the last two days (14 and 15 April 2022) cleaning every inch of the walls and floors. We mean every inch literally. Brenda, Elsa, Maria, and Raquel cleaned every inch of the walls, cabinets, counters, tables, furniture, windows, blinds, and floors of the six rooms mentioned above. They did a marvelous, thorough job and again we appreciate and thank them and Stanley.

I cannot say enough positive things about Stanley Restoration. Our home was severely damaged in a tornado, and they immediately got to us and packed our home beautifully. I was able to view the contents on line and ask for boxes to be delivered to our temporary apartment. When we moved home, the crew was so professional, and not one thing was broken. Every box was labeled and everything was wrapped in tissue. They came back to my house and picked up the broken down boxes and the debris bags. I wholeheartedly recommend Stanley Restoration.

Jon was positive, upbeat, professional and forthright about the ramifications of the water damage. He set our expectations realistically about how long the rebuild process would take. I was concerned about how some of the removed items (boards with nails) were stored in an adjacent room and he came at end of shift to move them to a safer location.
