I had originally planned on cleaning our tile/grout myself. Once I realized how acidic the store-bought products are & how labor intensive it would be, I called Daniel and his team at Spotless Flooring. They were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Their products were safer and, combined with their equipment and their know-how, were able to make my 9 years old tile floors look almost new. Our grout is once again light beige & looks beautiful! (See picture below showing their “work in progress”—the upper right corner was the part they had cleaned at that point.) I would definitely recommend them!

Daniel came out to clean the floorboards in my car and did an amazing job. There was every stain possible on my very light tan floorboards and now there is no evidence of any of it. I was beyond impressed with the timely manner everything was done in and the results that were achieved. Definitely will only be using Spotless Flooring in the future and recommending to anyone in need of services.

Spotless did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Got rid of some really bad pet stains, moved furniture and went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. Daniel showed up right on time and was very professional. I highly recommend Spotless and will use his services again in the future and tell all my friends!

Daniel and his crew are very professional, I was amazed at his concern for my property when he had to move some furniture before cleaning my floors. Dressed well and clean cut, he explained his cleaning process in detail to me when he came to look at my floor and give me a price. He showed up on time to perform his cleaning job. I was skeptical about cleaning the tile in my house, I didnt realize how dirty the grout was until after Daniel cleaned it. He definitely knows knows and runs his cleaning business well. I hired Daniel to clean two rooms the day before our Thanksgiving dinner. The living room carpet looked especially bad due to the illness of our most senior dog that recently passed on. I had already decided we were going to get new carpet next year but figured one more cleaning before the holidays couldnt hurt. The carpet turned out so good that I may actually be able to wait a couple more years before purchasing new carpet. It really is surprising how good it looks.From a personal standpoint Daniel seems like a stand up guy. He takes great pride in his work and sincerely wants to do a good job. I appreciate that he was actually on time and actually did what he said he was going to do. I have several rent houses and have hired many different contractors over the years. I have learned that finding someone who actually wants to work, shows up on time, and does what they say they will do is half the battle. Daniel presents himself in a very professional manner and I will be hiring him again someday.

Spotless Flooring did an incredible job at our home. We went back and forth on replacing the carpet in our son’s room because it looked so bad after purchasing our home, but decided to have it cleaned first. Now, I’m so happy we made that decision because it looks great! He also did two area rugs and the before and after was amazing. This company is very professional- on time, very polite, very informative. It was a pleasure working with them and we will use them again in the future.

Daniel was very professional and efficient. He arrived promptly, did an excellent job and the carpets look great! We were very pleased with his work. I have used many companies in the past including Stanley Steamer and Spotless flooring has been the best. I like the fact you know who will show up and what type of work to expect. Bigger companies change out crews leaving work inconsistent. We will be using this company exclusively going forward.

They did an excellent job! I had a rust spot from where piano was sitting and it is completely gone!Communication was great as well- which is hard to find these days!
