I would HIGHLY recommend Speedy Services. They are honest, reliable, reasonable and great problem solvers. We have used them for many years and they have the BEST service and employees! Tim and Logan replaced our air handler this week and we couldnt ask for a better experience. They had to deal with some challenges from a remodel done years ago and they were able to come up with solutions that not only fixed our problem but did so in a very reasonable way. They take pride in their work and are very professional. Speedy Services goes the extra mile and not only explains what is wrong with the unit but shows you as well. Best HVAC company! Speedy Services $49 diagnostic is well worth the money and then some! William T was very knowledgeable. His expertise was very impressive! He brought my thermostat back to life, changed my air filter, and changed wire tips on my AC unit, keeping the total cost to half of what I expected to spend! I will be using Speedy Services again. Ask for William T!

Tim was great, I highly recommend Speedy Services A/C & Heating! Very responsive and came out on a Sunday late in the evening! He found the issue really fast and found that the unit had been over charged with R22 causing a strain on the unit. He had my AC cooling in no time and explained everything in detail along with showing me pictures. Very friendly and professional service!

I was in need of a new AC/heating system. I received three quotes from Speedy and two other local companies in Cedar Hill, TX. One company tech showed up smelling like alcohol and tried to charge double what Speedy and the other company was charging. The other company tried to bad mouth Speedy. From the time I called and spoke with Stephanie to the time Logan provided quote and installed my new system, I received nothing but excellent customer service and professionalism from Speedy staff. I would highly recommend Speedy and will be using them for all of my AC/heating services!

Speedy did a seasonal service call on my AC previously, warned me that our unit was at the limit of its lifespan (12+ years old). Ross put together a quote for me before he left the service call. Based upon discussion with friends and family who have had AC replaced lately, I thought the price was very fair, and for a very reputable system (Lennox). A few weeks later our AC went out, I called Speedy up and they had a tech back out within an hour. Compressor failed... My wife and I debated on it and went all in on a new system. The next morning Speedy had their crew out (Logan) and by end of day the whole new system was installed and we were sleeping like babies that night. Ryan (one of the owners) was very helpful and walked me through everything we were getting with the new install, as well as called us beforehand when they had to do some minor alterations to get the unit to fit. I definitely recommend Speedy for you AC needs.

This past Monday we had issues with the air being out. Called Speedy Services and Aaron was at my home by the time I got off at 5. He was very polite and answered every question I had about the ac unit. Even though he couldn’t fix the problem that day, he made sure it would be taken care of. Recieved a call the very next day to set up an appointment because the part needed had to be picked up, and the service manager was professional and assured me that they would take care of us. I had to work and couldn’t miss so they met me on my lunch break to finish the job. Now that’s what I call Speedy Services. Needless to say we are very cool and very thankful. They will continue to get my business.

It’s so refreshing when someone like Tim has a passion for excellence. It shows in the quality of his work and his care. I left a message on Speedy Service answering service Saturday night asking for a call Monday to book a service repair. They offered weekend emergency service but I didn’t need that. At 8:30 Monday, I got a call. By 10:30 Monday, Tim was at my house. He diagnosed the problem and found other issues that needed attention as well. Tim is a great guy and both efficient and effective. I have recommended them to my friends and am very pleased.

Roger arrived on time, clean and professional. His analysis of the problem was quick and his solution was fair and modest. He also discovered that the part requiring replacement was still under warranty and reimbursed me the difference on the spot. This is not the first time I have used Speedy Services....And while I hope that I never have to use them again, they will be the company I call and recommend if I do need their services.

Honesty, integrity, & down to earth company.I had a different company come out and they fixed my unit this winter but set it up to fail during summer.My neighbor recommended Speedy Services and it was the best call Ive made all year. Before Tim Roberson of Speedy Services came out; my house was 91degrees inside. We had been without AC for 2 weeks.Tim had to rewire and recalibrate my system. Its ice cold now.Honesty! The guy wouldnt even allow me to tip him and I kept insisting. He replied, this is what I do and have been doing for 27 years. You just dont meet people like Tim of Speedy Services any more. 😢😘😁I thank God for the whole experience. The owner was very accommodating and explained services offered very well. Offered to send a picture of who would be coming so I would know its not a stranger at my door. Also called personally to let me know field tech was on the way. William showed up on time introduced himself professionally and cheerily. He was friendly polite and professional. He allowed me to ask questions and understand issues. He was neither condescending nor impatient like others might have been. He excelled at customer service and relationship building. He was here to fix an issue with our gas fireplace but I would gladly call again and request William for any AC work as well.

He answered all of my questions and gave me recommendations on the upkeep of my unit. In addition, he educated me on some additional HVAC questions that I had. Next time I need service I will request William.

Ive been using Speedy services for 13 years to service my A/C and Heating check ups through there Fall and Spring (PMA) Preventative Maintenance Agreement program which for a nominal fee has help to catch problems from the normal wear and tear that would have been more costly if the condition was left to degrade when if you consider the cost to replace a A/C and heating unit. With that being said 3 weeks ago in April during the Spring (PMA) my 20 year old A/C unit, Thats right I said 20 years old A/C unit was found to be on its last leg though still pumping cold air and that longevity was I believe attributed consistent care. So since starting in January 2020 government regulation will require the use of the latest environmentally safe Freon and the old type will start to be obselete I decided to it was time to replaced the A/C and heating unit.The guys did awesome job and at a great priceFrom the office staff to the technicians in the field this company has been A #1.Thanks Speedy Services for 13 years of great and awesome service!!!

I purchased my house new five years ago, The first summer that I was there I began having issues with my York HVAC and had the home builder come out and fix issues while under warranty. Pretty much they put band-aides on the system until the warranty expired.I called Speedy and learned that the damper system was faulty which was causing my system to freeze up. Finally after 5 years of having to de-ice my system I called Speedy and got a price on the new Lennox system with the 25 seer unit.Ronny gave me a great price and I was able to get financing with the help of Amber at Speedy who was extremely nice and helpful. The date was set for the install and the installers were there promptly when they said they would be there which was at 9 am.Adrian and George did most of the removal and installation of the old and new unit. During this portion of the process Adrian and George only stopped for a short time, 10 minutes; to eat some lunch then they were back at it. Skipping ahead to midnight they were STILL working as they did not want to leave without me having air. Although I appreciated the gesture I had to tell them to leave, I had been without air off an on for five years and could go one more night.Adrian came back early the next morning and finished the work. After work was completed my garage and the other areas where they worked were cleaned up.The system that I got had zones with controllers throughout my house. Scotty went through the master control with me and helped me install the App on my phone and got set up.After having a faulty system in my home for over five years has been a beating but Speedy was able to keep it going during this time. Based on the experiences that I had with them during that time I knew that when it was time to totally replace my system they would be the ones that would install it. Speedy is a top notch honest company! Thanks again!

WHen someting needs doing, they do it; when things need fixing, they fix them. Had an issue with my gas fireplace pilot not staying lit, I investigated and realized I could not fix it. Called Speedy and Logan came in and verified that I had a bad gas valve. The new valve took a bit to get in due to the Christmas holiday (the old one had been discontinued), but when it came in Logan came back with Tim and they put the new gas valve in. Happy with their service and price.

Went above and beyond, they had to take both my units apart entirely, and rebuild the platform it was sitting on in my house to stop it from leaking. They worked 5 hours straight in my hot house, and fixed the problem, and didn’t charge me 1 cent over what they quoted in the beginning (which was at least $500 cheaper then the other 3 companies I called in the Dfw area)
