    Wonderful service. Mario is truly awesome! Very professional technician. Took the time to explain all details. He kept me up to date on each step he was taking to service our systems. When he did encounter hidden issues that were not included in his original proposal, he brought each to my attention, actually showed me the issue, and then thoroughly explained the benefits of fixing those additional issues as well. Mario was very diligent in providing some fantastic before-and-after pictures showing the job he had done. I have included just a few of the many pics he sent me. I feel this was money well spent on this project. SADC needs to keep Mario on staff. He definitely adds value to the company.Mike R.

    Johnny did a great job of cleaning our dryer vent. He was on time; communicated regarding the progress of the job; cleaned up after the job. He was very professional. Had all the equipment he needed. Was great.

    If we could give 10 stars, we would, and that is saying a LOT, because our standards are very high. Mario was professional, punctual, and polite. Mario came out and gave us a free estimate on cleaning our plenum and duct work. He took pictures and showed us our situation - explaining everything in depth. Mario was exceptionally knowledgeable, and he showed extreme patience as he answered every one of our many, many questions. He didnt seem like our questions bothered him at all, and that is not common for people in the service industry. Oscar, Marios assistant, was equally as professional, and he showed us before and after pictures of each of our vents that he cleaned. The day after our vents and duct work were cleaned, we noticed how much fresher the air seemed. Mario also cleaned our dryer vent that required him to access our roof. We figure that vent hadnt been cleaned in 20 years, so now in addition to running the dryer no longer being a fire hazard, our laundry gets dry in one cycle instead of 2 1/2 cycles! We give Mario the highest recommendation we can possibly give.

    Mario did a great job! We wanted to get our chimney ready for the first cold front and enjoy a fire. Mario came out the same day and we spontaneous thought to get our dryer vent cleaned too. He did both the same day which was great! He was very professional, helpful, and didnt pressure us on getting both jobs done the same day. He respected our no shoes in our home rule, which I appreciated me not having to ask (it gets awkward sometimes). 5+ stars Mario! Thank you again!

    We hired a company to come out to clean our dryer vent last year and they were in and out in 15 minutes and accomplished nothing. They spent an hour here aggressively fixing and cleaning the vent. Phenomenal job. After about a year of having to do towels for hours on end after one run they’re practically there. Thank you for your attention to detail and professionalism. Great honest pricing

    Saw their ad in an issue of Home Concepts and decided to give them a call since wed just moved recently. Turns out they had availability for the same day and arrived shortly after I called. Unfortunately they did not give me any notice that they were on their way, basically showing up unannounced. This was a little inconvenient but nothing to get upset over. The two gentlemen who I greeted were extremely kind, friendly, and professional. They did a free inspection in the attic and showed me pictures and a video, and the vents were actually quite clean already from before we moved in. They told me basically there was no work that really needed to be done and, well, that was that. We shook hands and they left. Full transparency and honesty, which I really really appreciate! Next time we need work on vents done I know who Im calling! Thank yall!

    I had a n amazing experience with Mario and his team. I had scheduled other estimates with other teams. Mario was totally transparent with me explaining the entire process. He even told me that a specific service recommended by the other was not necessary due to the location of the blower. He also explained the nuances of air duct cleaning, going through the entire process. The AC person, forgot his name, also explained the entire process with the coil. I was so impressed that I didnt even follow through with the other HVAC company. The pricing was also very competive and was lower than Goettl, who I had used previously for other jobs. Mario and the team are to be highly commended for their professionalism as well as there friendliness and demeanor

    I am very happy that I called Southern Air Duct Cleaning. Mario was quick to respond to my request for a free estimate. I knew the air ducts in our home needed cleaning, but I was shocked to find out what terrible condition they were in. Our ducts were full of mold that we had been living with for years. On the day of service, he and his crew arrived early and worked for several hours until all the mold was removed. They were very careful to protect the carpets and anything else that was in the way of the cleaning debris. They also cleaned up after completing the job. I highly recommend that you call Southern Air Duct Cleaning for a free estimate in case you suspect that your ducts need a cleaning. I wished I had called years ago.

    My experience with Southern Air Duct Cleaning was great. Birds had conveniently built their nest in our laundry duct, causing a complete block. Scheduling an appointment was quick and my technician, Mario, was even able to come out a day early. He got right to business examining the outside of my house before coming in to work on the duct in my laundry room. He was quick and efficient and the whole process was done before I knew it. I ended up having to get the deep clean, thanks to the nest, but I knew the price beforehand so it wasn’t a shock. He even added a simple cage over the outside duct opening in order to keep future birds out. I will definitely go to them again for yearly maintenance. Thank you, Mario for the great work.

    We just had an inspection and cleaning service provided by Mario. He was very courteous (he even had shoe coverings for inside the house which is something most people dont think about and something we appreciate immensely). He explained everything clearly and showed us that overall our HVAC system was good. He informed us that we didnt need any expensive type cleaning. Since we were having so much dust from the nearby construction, we proceeded with a cleaning. For $98 he hooked up a huge machine to one of the vents and then vacuumed each vent in the house with a shopvac. We also had Mario clean out our dryer vent (also under $100). And thank goodness! There was so much lint! You can tell that Mario cares about customer service and doing an excellent job. I highly recommend Mario and we will be calling every year for our cleaning! Mario is one of the best persons and workers we have ever had in our home.

    Mario came to my home and arrived on time as he quote me. Got working on cleaning the a/c ducts. Showed me short videos before & after cleaning the ducts.
