South Texas Steam Cleaning worked a MIRACLE on my couches. I was on the verge of buying new ones, but thought I would see if steaming would give them a little more life. It literally made my couches brand new again. They hadn’t been cleaned in almost 10 years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOUTH TEXAS STEAM CLEANING!!!I had South Texas Steam Cleaning come out to clean my dryer vent. Thomas texted 15 minutes before his arrival and was right on time. He cleaned the vent inside and out and when he went to check the dryer, he realized it still wasn’t flowing as expected and discovered a complete clog deep in the vent system (2 story house and venting goes up in between stories and over the width of the garage to the outside). Thomas worked until he had the vent completely clear, which took a couple of hours.I cleaned my vent out before on my own, but only what I was able to reach with a vent cleaner I purchased online. I recently had a nagging feeling that I should have the vent professionally cleaned. After seeing the pictures I have no doubt that the clogged vent was a disaster waiting to happen. Thomas did an incredibly through job and I’m eternally grateful. Learning he is also a fireman was a huge plus because he knows the disasters that clogs like I had can cause. I will be using South Texas Steam Cleaning yearly to clean out my dryer vent and will also be calling him up for his steam cleaning services as well.If I haven’t said it enough, I just want to say thank you, Thomas for truly caring about the work you do and for being so thorough.

We called South Texas Steam Cleaning after our dogs had a bad reaction to new dog food on our 10x8 rug. They gave us a reasonable price, so we decided to also clean our 2 year old couch, recliner, and smaller runner.On the scheduled day, the technician texted to let me know he would arrive in 10-15 minutes. He arrived timely, came in, and chatted with me about my bird feeders and bird bath. He actually figured out my bird bath has a leak!He completed all items within the time frame he initially stated. He provided suggestions on future rug mishaps. (Dont use vinegar!) He gave us a quote for future carpet needs. He even helped salvage my carpet padding!Overall, I had a great experience, and my house is so much cleaner because of it. Thank you!

I have 2 kids and being a doctor myself .. getting the carpet cleaned gave me some sleepless nights. They had the right equipment and were extremely professional.. the high temperature and pressure steam was just what the carpet needed.. Thomas fixed my problem with the carpet drying. There was decent water leakage from the bathroom, which spread to the carpet in the kids bedroom. The amount of water Thomas sucked from the carpet was enormous, which I didn’t observe initially. It was an exceptional service! I was so happy I asked for professional help and didnt let it dry by itself, which most likely could take several days and resulted in hidden mold. After that service, I asked for another visit for steam cleaning in all my rooms and was surprised by the result. I could find any single stain at all. The carpet looked brand new. Thomas definitely exceeded my expectations in service and quality. I gladly recommend his service.

I was looking for someone to clean my couch and spot clean my carpet due to my wifes dog peeing wherever he wants in a feeble attempt to show me who is boss. I was hesitant at first because there were no reviews, but I seen that it was firefighter owned and operated and I thought, firefighters are great at cleaning and washing trucks so I figured, hell, why not? Well, let me tell you, he was very professional. He called to confirm the appointment and let me know he is on his way and what time to expect him. Once he showed up, I showed him what I wanted to be done, and he explained a quick run down of what he was going to do. He made sure to protect my entry way doorway and corners of my house and proceeded to spray my couch down. He explained what he was doing and what the enzyme spray was going to do. He focused more on the problems spots to make sure they get a good cleaning. Long story short, my couch looks and smells brand new. Carpet looks excellent too! I highly recommend South Texas Steam Cleaning services.Also, my wifes dog peed in a different spot on the couch about a week later so ill definitely be calling South Texas Steam Cleaning back to spot clean my couch...

Everything turned out fantastic. Complete surprise how clean and new everything looks. I thought it was a lost cause and was just delaying replacing the carpet but it LOOKS GREAT!!!! Honest and dependable. Five stars for the carpet and tile.
