We recently purchased an older house and our baby was constantly sick with respiratory illnesses, so we decided to get our air ducts cleaned. Servpro did an amazing job in a very efficient way! They stayed on top of the job coming daily to check the progress! Dusty Gilmore and his group got everything started and he explained all of the job’s description and paperwork so well! Thaddeus was here two different days and did a wonderful job as well as another group. I think that group’s leader was named Jarod. What I most loved was how the different groups knew what was going on from each other. They communicated to each other so well it helped to speed up the progress since each group knew what to check from the previous group.

I totally recommend this company. They were all very nice and helpful with their service as there were different staff (departments) that had to come to our home. A special shout out to Matthew Ray as he made sure he kept me in the loop and took care of all my questions I had. Dealing with insurance and other people can be difficult but he made sure it was as smooth as possible. Thank you for getting my garage back to new. They made a devastating time easier to deal with!

We woke to a flooded house on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. After calling my insurance company, I called ServPro. Right away, Lindsey got hold of someone to come to the house and called back with an ETA. Dusty was here in less than an hour and he and Jason worked all day to remove the water and everything drying out. They were professional, answered all our questions, and listened to all our concerns. Dusty explained everything they were doing and documented the damage for insurance purposes. When Thaddeus came out for our final inspection, he was a thorough and professional as the others. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend them. SERVPRO came out to our house after the most recent hail storm. They showed up early, which was a good thing, since we had water leaking in through our ceiling. The first day they were at the house for about 45 minutes getting everything sealed off and set up. They returned everyday to check the progress. The third day they showed up to take samples with extremely minimal damage (two small pen sized holes in the ceiling). Area was dry at that point so they took the equipment down. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone out there needed home restoration needs.

They told me all about the neccesary steps and how the whole process worked. Someone was there every single day, which included Saturday and Sunday, to check on the progress. Highly recommend this company. We had Jacob Potts out of Wichita Falls Servpro fixing both are bathrooms due to mold. He’s been very professional and has jumped through so many obstacles to get my bathrooms done correctly. We live on base housing and the company that owns the housing didn’t rid anything right and have been trying to get him to do things incorrectly. He’s sticking to his integrity and has been honest with me from the beginning. I really appreciate that. So again I highly highly recommend Jacob Potts and the Servpro company.

Carlos walked me through the process step by step and was very professional. The other gentleman that was with him made sure to cover the vent openings when they turned my ac back on to catch any left over debris. Overall I was very impressed and satisfied with Servpro. Ive usd ServPro for many of my properties. As a professional real estate agent I need to be sure that properties for sale and rent are ready for showing or move in. They are always responsive and trustworthy. I never worry about having to even be on site as most of the properties have lock box access. Their work is impeccable. I have also used them for water damage on a few properties after storms. Dees knowledge and expertise for rectifying what could be a disaster is incredible.
