I cannot rave enough about the service I received from Toby, Austin and Casey! I had an exterior pipe leak/bust causing water damage to my bedroom. I filed my insurance claim and adjuster recommended ServPro in Waxahachie. I contacted them and they were at my door in about an hour! I was shocked to get same day service. I thought they’d just access what needed to be done and return at a later date to do all. Nope, they came in and went to town getting all the wet carpet up and out of my room, placed fans and humidifiers and were in/out in a little over an hour. I’m just in awe of the professionalism and fast action of the company and the three outstanding men who were sent to do the work! If you’re ever in need of a restoration company, I highly recommend ServPro Waxahachie!

This company did my long overdue duct cleaning. This was the first time since house built in 1997-98. It was recommended by Rapid Response who recently did some A/C work. The team arrived and got to it. Started at 10:30am and finished at 3:15pm working non-stop. They acted professional and courteous (Austin and Jason) explaining what and where they were going to work. They took careful note of furniture with photos and put everything back in place. They do bring there tanks/hoses/vacuums into house and careful moving it around. One vent was noted to be very clogged and they cleaned it and made suggestions for a long-term fix. If you have pets I would suggest make plans for them to be elsewhere due to noise and traffic in/out door.

Our insurance assigned a different Servpro location to our case. After 3 messages to their emergency line, we gave up and contacted Servpro of Waxahachie/Midlothian. They not only answered the phone, they arrived very soon after. Alexis and Jose were friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We couldnt have been more satisfied with the service we received (and are continuing to receive.) We hope we never need their services again (ha!) but if we do, we will absolutely be calling them.

We had flooding in utility room, hallway and part of the kitchen. Kevin V. came out within two hours of our call. We were able to clean up most of the water with a water vacuum before he arrived, but we were concerned about potential undetected damage to cabinets an baseboards. Kevin quickly took moisture readings and measurements. He set-up several air movers to dehumidify the area impacted. He is going to return in the morning to reassess the situation and determine if any additional mitigation is necessary. We are very satisfied with his performance. He was prompt, thorough, and took immediate action to attempt to mitigate damage, all while being very professional and polite. Possibly more to come….

ServPro came to the rescue a few years ago after a faulty pipe and had top of the line customer service, I seen that service 2 days ago outside of the regular line of work when I was broke down on the side of the highway and (didn’t catch his name, or maybe I did but it was so hot my brain was fogged) I jumped out on my crutches to get fluid for my car out of the back and he stopped and stayed with me until my car cooled down and filled it up for me! Great customer service goes along ways, and if you’re reading this my girls and I THANK YOU! We made it safely to our destination💖

Came home from vacation to find our home was flooded while we were away. Called SERVPRO and later that same day, they sent out their team to assess the damage and start the extraction, cleanup, and other moisture mitigation processes. Toby, Wesley, Addison and Casey were very professional, explained all processing steps and worked hard for several hours, to get our home in a less disasterous state. We are only in the first 24 hours of the process, but I feel confident the SERVPRO team will continue to be excellent while we navigate our disaster. So far so good. Great job SERVPRO!Update: As SERVPRO continues the process to restore our home, we have had excellent service throughout the week from the team including Beau and Austin. Thanks again everyone!
