    It was New Years Day when our septic tank backed up into our brand new house. Roger from the Waco ServePro immediately came out to help us deal with flooded bathrooms and bedrooms. He cleaned and sanitized the rooms and set up very powerful fans and dehumidifiers. He was honest, professional and quite sympathetic. I highly recommend ServePro from Waco!

    Called Roger regarding an issue with our new home, and he spent over an hour of his time speaking on the phone. He was incredibly knowledgeable and ended up recommending a different course of treatment That would save me money. I have spoken to probably 10 different contractors since moving And he was by far lightyears ahead of all of them When it comes to being honest, sincere, and customer oriented. The best decision you will make is hiring this company when it comes to a remediation issue.

    I very highly recommend SERVPRO of Waco. Our rent house caught on fire and Roger was very responsive in helping take care of the property to ensure both the smoke smell and the damage was taken care of. He called me each day to let me know what was going on and sent pictures as progress was made. He also helped with our insurance and provided us with guidance on what we needed to do next. We were EXTREMELY satisfied with his service.

    I called Servpro with an issue of an odor from under my kitchen sink caused by a leak I had, and have been trying to deal with for a while. Roger answered and spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me to help me solve the problem. He was very helpful. He could have just as easily sent a crew and billed me. Due to this, if I ever do need the services he provides, he will be the one I call.

    We bought our first house in Waco knowing that it had a previous owner who was a prolific smoker. The house underwent renovations: painting, popcorn ceiling removed/updated, and extensive cleaning of ductwork. Unfortunately, the nose knows and I was beside myself with the lingering smell. Roger Bailey came to the house and offered ozone generator which requires you to be out of the house and once completed, you need to allow time for the ozone to dissipate. We were out of town last week, and Roger gave daily updates & photos of the rooms that were getting the ozone treatment over the course of 5 days. When we returned I was amazed, relieved and grateful that I could not only tell the difference, but so could my husband and a guest who visited over the weekend. Many thanks to the friendly, informative, and knowledgeable support I received from ServPro Waco. While I certainly hope we wont need them for future smoke mitigation, he is who I will call immediately if I do!

    I am very impressed with the dedication and customer service that Roger Bailey provided my family. Last week I called Servpro because I had a water leak at my residence. My insurance company recommended Servpro. Within a hour of calling Roger, he was at my house and started the water extraction process. Every day Roger came out and updated us throughout the process. He has a great sense of humor and is a great example of what customer service is suppose to be. I will definitely use him again.

    I had my warehouse flooded due to water line that broke from toilet. I called Servpro and within 1 hr, Roger showed up. He was very professional and courteous doing his job. He started pumping the water out around 11am and by 3pm, all the water was gone. He put up 6 high speed fans to dry the area. Am I glad that I called Servpro. This was a total diaster in business operation, but I was able to open by late afternoon. Thanks Roger for all you assistance. Highly recommend!!
