This experience was amazing! From start to finish! Robert was the dispatcher, he accommodated me even after hours of their regular work schedule, the communication was clear and professional. Bailey and the crew , Jakob and Tucker were on time, and called about 10 minutes before their arrival. Bailey was very professional and set expectations and process of the work. The team was polite and asked before taking pictures, and using the faucet, 100 % recommend, they are my new to go carpet cleaners !

The back of our house had water damage due to Hurricane Ida. We called Serve Pro and were so glad we were connected to Roberts team. He was so professional and understanding. His team was so wonderful to work with. Robert explained everything they were going to do. Bailey and Jacob would walk us through every step and answered any and all questions we had. Robert and his staff at SERVPRO gave us an excellent service, from the assessment to the final phase of the water remediation job in our house.The company took care of all aspects of the problem immediately after they arrived. They took care and monitored the water and humidity removal on a daily bases (including the weekend) with state of the art equipment and their professional experience.The quality of their services was above and beyond our expectations. They are courteous, professional and caring. A truly White Glove service hard to find nowadays. We are extremely grateful to this company and recommend it without hesitation.

This is the best experience I have EVER had with a company. Robert and Bailey were so polite, friendly and professional. They were accommodating to our work from home and upcoming birthday party. Not only did they do a great job with the water damage areas they cleaned up like they were never there. All of their equipment is top of the line and gets the job done fast! I will be looking to use their other services that they offer. I would 1000% recommend them!!

My husband and I discovered water leak in the laundry room and quickly realized it was going to be more than a DIY project. We called our insurance and they sent out a Serv Pro team to start the water damage assessment. Robert explained the process and what they would do once the insurance approved the job. Next day Bailey and Tucker called before they showed up and started the cleanup. They were thorough, quick and efficient. They were polite, courteous and respectful, something you don’t get much of these days, which I totally appreciate. Bailey or Robert would come by everyday to check the moisture levels and make sure it was drying. This team did a fantastic job , it took longer than expected , through no fault of their own it’s just my stupid house but they kept me in the loop the entire time. Everything is now dry and we can start the repairs.If anyone is ever in need of a cleanup you can count on this entire team to do the job right.

Robert, Nick, and crew were nothing short of awesome. We moved into our new home and found the ceiling had caved in... on moving day. They were at the house within a couple hours and had the mess cleaned in no time. They communicated with us better than I could have expected, and worked directly with our insurance company. Couldn’t recommend this team more!Robert first introduced himself to me and assured the quality of his team’s work, and they delivered. Bailey, Nick, and Charles came out to my house and were very prompt and polite. The work took a few days in total to complete (they were drying out the inside of my walls that had water damage) and they cleaned everything up good as new afterwards. Highly recommend this company for home restoration

If you are looking for a company to come in, be efficient, on time, professional, and most importantly have open communication from start to finish and great prices Robert’s ServPro is the company for you. Robert showed up not shortly after we contacted him and walked us through the whole water damage process from start to finish. We had a lot of questions but he had an answer for everything we asked. We started with paperwork and measurements. Then Bailey and her crew came to do the work in which Robert was involved and you could see the support between employer and employees. It was awesome 👏. Robert also came back and worked alongside the crew to get the job done. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. The whole process went so smoothly and honestly I do believe it was because of ServPro Universal City and not because of the work needing to be done. Robert and his team are very kind and respectful. They are very knowledgeable and always have the answers to any problem that you may have. I have spoken with Robert many times with issues regarding my home, and he always has quick answers and solutions to resolve my issues at hand. I woke up to a flood in my kitchen and thought I just needed to call the plumber and mop it up. After realizing I wouldn’t be able to do it by ourselves SERVPRO was recommended to us. They arrived promptly with in the hour and took care of everything I did not realize that our floor had already sustained damage and so did the walls and everything had to come up. Robert and his team were extremely professional and explained everything as they went along. I would give them five stars and recommend them to anyone who needs that type of help.

Had ServPro come in and clean our carpets before we moved into our rental. They were really bad from the previous tenants, but after ServPro, they looked brand new!! We also had them deodorize the entire house, because it had that old mildew smell. NO MORE SMELL!!!!! I will definitely be recommending them to EVERYONE I know. Their office staff was friendly and professional, and the service guy was on time and courteous. Great job ServPro Universal City!!!

We had a house fire in February 2018. After the shock of this tragedy, I contacted Servpro of Universal City-St. Hedwig. I spoke with Mack, Service Technician. The first thing he asked was are my husband and I all right, and then he asked for the details of the fire and damages to my home. He immediately introduced me to the franchise owner, Robert. We then had a 3 way conversation. The next day Robert and Mack arrived at my house. They put a plan into action. Once my insurance allowed for the tear down and rebuild to begin, Mack was at my house in a day. He and his crew started ripping out the damaged contents while doing an in-depth inventory at the same time. My damages were extensive, all the while handling my household contents as “special cargo”. Not one item was broken or lost while under their care. I trusted this franchise to treat my home as if it was their very own. And they did! My husband and I returned home to a house that has new floors, walls, electric, plumbing, painted, and cleaned. Robert and Mack are HIGHLY professional, HIGHLY skilled, sincerely compassionate, and provide fast, accurate work. Put your trust into Servpro of Universal City-St Hedwig. Let them put your burden on their shoulders. They can handle, tackle, and conquer any fire, water, smoke, and mold damage you unfortunately might have.

I didnt end up using this company for my 1st floor flood and we should have used them. We called 1am in the morning, received a call back immediately, the gentleman actually came to the home ready to work! We ended up going with Roto Rooter (decision based off a lie from the salmesman told). Later, several friends told me use Servpro for floods! Even a friend that works as a claim adjuster who said Servpro is great!

Servpro has done an outstanding job helping us with our home that flooded due to a burst water line.They came out the same day and stayed until midnight setting up the fans and dehumidifiers to dry out our home as quickly as possible.Mike is very professional but also very personable. He is quick to ease our concerns and answer all our questions. If we ask a question he doesn’t know, (and we ask a lot), he goes through the correct channels and finds the answer for us.I highly recommend Servpro.
