    Danny and Herbert deserve raises that no one would be able to afford to give them! They are two of the most kind hearted people I’ve ever met.Herbert got to our house less than an hour after being called, and worked super fast to get all the damage stripped out. He immediately started working directly with our insurance company, which took a huge stress off of us.Danny took over from there throughout the week, and caught even more things we had missed. He kept us in the loop the entire time, and made sure we knew every step of the plan, even though we never had to lift a finger.These guys took care of us through one of the most difficult times we’ve ever been through. It never once felt like we had strangers in our house, because they were always so friendly and caring. Our toddler appreciated all the high fives and fist bumps every day too. There’s nothing we could do to show them the appreciation we have for them in the way that they deserve!

    I cannot sing their praises enough. We had a pipe bust in the upstairs of my mom’s house but didn’t know until the ceiling came down in the bathroom downstairs. These guys came out right away and went to work!!! They demo’d the mess and hauled it off then placed fans and dehumidifiers throughout the damaged area! They came back each day to check the progress until the house was completely dried out. My technicians were Danny, Taylor, Jose, Wesley, Zeke and Hunter. All were very professional, thorough, respectful, honest, knew their job and did it well. I would recommend Danny and any of his crew hands down….every time!!! 100%!!! ServePro…. You have very valuable team members in each one of these men. I vote they each get a raise!!!

    Danny & Jose did a fantastic job in getting the affected flooring and walls taken out & dried after a water leak. They are very professional and courteous. I had to remove 1 star because of one person who came and removed all of the fans and dehumidifiers from the house since I had to go and get him before he left to clean up the mess left behind. I know his name, but will not say it since he informed me he is leaving the company to become an insurance adjuster. Really nice guy, but not as thorough as Danny. I will be using ServPro to do the reinstall of the flooring, walls & baseboards. Hopefully the construction crew is just as good as the water/mold remediation crew is.

    The techs who came to our home were James and Jose. They were wonderful: respectful of our property, and professional in every way. They did a stellar job of explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. We had never experienced any problems of this sort, and their knowledgeable expertise and direction helped us immensely. They came quickly and returned every day to check on the fans and dehumidifiers that were required for the drying-out process. While I hope you wont ever need their services, I highly recommend them if you should find yourself in a situation that require their services.

    We are so happy we chose ServPro for the residential flooding issue we had last week after obtaining three bids to do the water clean up. Their service technician, James, was outstanding and we cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the services he provided on behalf of ServPro.     As a new property manager, the unfamiliar experience of a flood in one of my buildings overwhelmed me with anxiety and worry. With no prior knowledge of what to do in this situation, I searched and landed on SERVPRO. Thank goodness I did! Rachelle was assigned to our site, and promptly called me, full of kind and reassuring words. I felt better just talking to her. When she arrived on property, she helped my Maintenance Tech, and myself, haul out furniture until her specialist team arrived. They all worked quickly, and before I could even process everything, the building was filled with fans and dehumidifiers, and an enormous weight was lifted. We were able to survive the fiasco with zero property damage. The entire crew was polite, efficient, and honest. I dont normally write reviews, but this squad saved my rear! They genuinely took great care of us, and hopefully I never need them again, but if I do, Ill feel comforted knowing I can absolutely depend on them. Great work guys!

    Last Monday, we came in to our office to find it completely flooded due to a broken hot water heater. The complete building was 2-3 inches under water. At first, I panicked but, once we had a minute to assess the situation, we called SERVPRO. Within one hour, Taylor arrived and took over. He knew exactly what to do and called his crew who showed up within 45 minutes. I am extremely happy to report that just one week later, our building is dry and we are in the process of putting everything back together. I want to give a huge shout out to Taylor, James, Jose, Christian, Jimmy and Porfy. Everyone was very professional, and truly wanted to help us in this very difficult situation.I can not say enough good about all of the guys and ServPro of Tyler.     ServPro performed an extensive cleaning of our communitys carpets and upholstery. When initial contact was made, management staff came out quickly to check out our needs, asked specific questions, and delivered an estimate in a timely manner.     Our house was struck by lightning and a part was damaged extensively. One of the firemen told me about ServPro and it’s the best advice I could have ever been given.     We called Serv-Pro because one of the apartments at our housing authority had been severely neglected by the previous tenants and had offensive odors due to smoking, neglect of pets, and very poor housekeeping over an extended period of time. Matt Pearson called me back promptly and scheduled a visit to our property site to assess our situation. Following the visit, Matt wrote up a thorough proposal for what repairs and remediation services were recommended to correct the unsanitary conditions and poor air quality, including prices for each of the services. Matt made it clear that Serv-Pro could provide all the necessary work, but we could also opt to do some of the work ourselves. We chose to do some of the less technical work (such as cleaning and painting) using our in-house staff, but authorized Serv-Pro do all of the more advanced work, such as air duct cleaning and air-cleaning and odor remediation.Austin, the crew chief, was assigned to carry out the work done by Serv-Pro, and he and his crew did an excellent job. Throughout the process, which involved several trips to our facility, Austin kept me informed of their schedule, including their times of arrival, estimated amount of time the work would take, and what type of work they planned to do on each trip.Throughout the process, all of our dealings with Serv-Pro were completely satisfactory and were conducted in a professional, but friendly and personable manner. This is company that is providing excellent customer service at a time when good customer service is a rare commodity. And we felt that their prices were very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of work they performed. I highly recommend Serv-Pro to anyone who needs the type of services they provide!

    I had a house flood and then a house fire last year. (Yes it was a tough year). Servpro was great throughout both of those disasters. The people there are friendly and helpful and theyll answer any questions you have (even if you ask them a ton like I did). Kyle was the contractor for rebuilding my house after the fire and he was always very available and answered all the many questions I had (and I had a lot). He was also very observant and was able to get a feel for the design that I liked and for what I didnt like. He worked tirelessly to get it all done in time and Im sure there were probably many late nights.

    This company sent two wonderful teams to help clean up after a small electical fire in our attic the night before Christmas Eve. They cleaned all the dust, insulation, damaged drywall, and the water from the firemen putting it out. Matt contacted me through a friend the night of the fire and talked me through first steps. Manager Herbert came our personally to check everything. Austin and Andreas did a great job removing the damaged area and removing the smoke smell. Michelle, Heather, Lulu, and Lillian came in and did a great job cleaning everything. They kept us informed and worked so hard so we could come home to a clean home. Thank you all so much.

    My A/C clogged up and flooded part of my bedroom and living room on a Friday evening. I called ServPro because we had used them previously when the kitchen flooded at my parents house. They were there within an hour on a Friday night and removed the damaged flooring and set up fans quickly to dry everything out. They work with your insurance and are very professional and extremely efficient. Quick response and excellent work as well as friendly people.

I always provide customer service above and beyond, no matter the situation. In these changing times, I have a hard time finding proper customer care and concern for the customer thru out the process but the crew that we dealt with from Tyler Serv Pro surpassed any expectations that I had coming into this transaction. Rachelle and her crew contacted me in route, as they got close to campus and kept me abreast of arrival, break and departure times. This may seem like meaningless things to a layman but when you have several projects going at one time like I do, it is like have a serv pro schedule at your beckoned call. Your staff, admin and crews are courteous, kind and considerate of time restraints. They went thru the process step by step and asked me to ask questions. Serv Pro Tyler hs no idea how easy of a week I had on my job because of Rachelle and the crew doing their job. Performance, courtesy, patience and persistence were things I thought my people on my team and along with plenty of communication, the rest will take care of itself. One good experience on one day is odd in today’s service market but I had the experience for several days I’ve most of a week and that isn’t just a great day, it is a great crew of people.     I cant say enough good things about the Tyler ServPro office here in the Tyler area! My rep Rachelle Stewart is the best and Dennis, Brandon, Herbert, Quincy, and the rest of the crew members are top notch. I have had two water/flooding issues in the last year, the more recent one was just last week. Within 20 minutes of my first call, my account rep showed up at the scene and in another 10 minutes, the clean up crew arrived. Because of the quick response, drying time didnt take as many days, wall and document damage was minimal. They followed up each day and took care of most of the paperwork with our insurance company. I would highly recommend them for any commercial restoration or clean up job!

    After discovering a terrible flood in my home, I contacted this business. Matt sent a crew to my home immediately. The source of the flood had not yet been discovered. After the crew arrived and begin to work, they found the source of destruction. Their hard work and diligence in stopping the flood and starting the cleaning/drying process was very reassuring . They were so prepared, they had the room picked up of sewage, carpet picked up and disposed of cleanly, and , sprayed the area to kill bacteria.     Unfortunately we had a water heater issue on Easter eve around 8 pm. The heater is in the attic had completely flooded our spare bedroom from ceiling to floor. So much as it looked like it was raining in the room. We shut off the water and called ServPro of Tyler to see what could be done since it was a holiday weekend. Our call was answered by Matt and he quickly activated his team. ServPro was at our home by 10 pm to mitigate the flooding. They removed all the wet ceiling and wall insulation and ventilated the areas with fans to dry the room out. They finished at approx 2:30 am on Easter. The water heater was repaired by a plumbing company that same evening, so we were back to normal. We were very impressed, and satisfied, with the workmanship and timeliness that ServPro provided in our time of need.On Monday we contacted our homeowners insurance company who quickly set out an adjuster. We then contacted Kyle with ServPros restoration team to see what it was going to take to rebuild the room. Kyle came back to us with a competitive proposal and we agreed to begin the rebuild. It actually took approx 7 days to return the bedroom and other areas to their original condition which involved Drywall, Insulation, Painting and Carpet. Kyles team was on time every day and were very professional with their work. Kyle followed up frequently on the jobsite work and was always available for our calls. The ServPro restoration team was a pleasure to work with on the project.Bottom line is that if you need someone to respond quickly to you time of need ServPro is who you should call.     ServePro of Tyler, in particular, Rachelle Ewart & her crew came to our house late this past Sunday afternoon. We had come home after being gone 3 days at a wedding to find a refrigerator hose had sprung a leak. Our wooden floors were covered in water and our sunken living room had close to 3 inches of water. They were there quickly and took care of everything that needed to be done in getting the water out of the house. She was very efficient, caring and professional as were her crew.     I was so thrilled to have ServPro as our clean up experts in a tough time for me and my team. They were on scene within an hour after i called to clean up a burst sewage pipe coming from the ceiling of our backroom where most products were stored. They explained what they needed to do and how i could help. Christian and Dillan immediately explained to me and my staff what they needed from me and what they were going to do to execute a professional clean up. They cleaned up the area within hours, and continued to follow up daily with morning check ups as soon as i opened the store. They brought in industrial size fans to cleanse the air and ensure the sewage waste would not stink up the backroom and sales floor. You never hope to have to call a professional clean up crew but I’m glad we called ServPro for this difficult situation because without them none of this would have been possible. I truly believe they gave the best service to my business as well as the two neighboring businesses on each side of my business. As a new homeowner a less honest team could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and convinced me the problem was a lot worse.The professionalism of a company taking care of something small shows you how diligent they would be for something big, and I most certainly will be using them for anything else that comes up.I work in property insurance, and this company is what everyone who works in the local industry uses for their personal claims because we know they do the best job.
