    The company I work for had to call on SERVPRO due to a water leak/flood. Zach and Kole and the rest of the crew came out ASAP, they assessed the damage and went to work quickly. The entire crew was great! They worked diligently and efficiently every day they were here. When their work was done at the end of every day they were here, they made sure to clean up after themselves. Once they were completely done with their task, they came back to do a final cleaning. Amazing company, amazing and friendly crew that was sent out. I would highly recommend them!

    We had a water remediation need at our house and everyone from Frank Reed to Bryce in construction to Jesse in Accounts Payable was amazing. Everyone takes their time to explain the steps of the project and really makes sure you are as comfortable and knowledgeable about what is needed and their services as possible. When your home or business might be at its worst, you can trust Frank and his to team to be their BEST. I could not recommend them enough.

    The whole team were easy to work with. The reconstruction team were great. Bryce did a fantastic job in coordinating and communicating the job to me. It was done quicker than I expected, and Bryce was always responsive and professional.     ServPro of Woodlands Conroe is a life saver! Fernando and Jesus responded quickly to an indoor water damage at our home on Sunday night (07 January 2024). We didn’t know it at the time but a pipe burst. The guys helped relieve some of the stress she was experiencing by talking her through the process. They put their dehumidifiers and fans to quick use within our home. They consistently came out to our home every day this past week 07-11 January 2024 and made significant progress. Thanks for all you’ve done to help during a very stressful situation!

    On Saturday 9/19/20 Julian & Andrew came to my house to clean up after a home invasion, there was blood all down the stairs and wall, they had to remove walls and carpet and then they sterilized my doors and cabinets.     We had a small house fire that did a bit of damage to the exterior and interior of our home. We selected ServPro based on recommendations from our insurance company and were so glad we did.     On March 20, 2020 I was woke up at 7:15 with a flooded house. I rushed around with every towel I owned trying to soak up hours of running water that destroyed all the carpet and sheetrock in eight rooms. I called my insurance and placed a claim. Within an hour the adjuster was on his way and told me to contact Servpro in Lake Conroe. They were at the house with an hour and a half, these people were wonderful they took charge moving stuff pulling up the carpet and placed dryers to start the cleanup. Four days later they were finished they picked up their equipment and I asked if they knew anybody that did construction to help me repair my damage and they said they also did restoration and had me contact Brent Hazelwood. Brent came out spent quality time with us about the damages and that he could have it all complete in a week and a half. Within a month and a half the construction began (took so long because of insurance adjuster) but when they got the go to start the work they wasted no time. I was introduced to I guess you would say my foreman Kevin. He was my lifesaver, he contacted me every morning to see if I needed anything or to let me know what was happening from day to day. He treated everything in my home as his own, he was very meticulous in everything he did. From Brent, Kevin, the painter, carpenter, and floor guys my hat definitely goes off to you. The job y’all did was beyond amazing and we are happier with our home than when it was built 8 years ago. Thank you so much for your honesty and caring. God Bless

    Janet and her team Lonnie and James did an incredible job cleaning my home in Daytona Beach after hurricane Ian.     Today Kevin and Mo with ServPro did an assessment of water damage caused by a roof leak at my house. Kevin did a thorough check of several walls and baseboards and provided immediate feedback. The good news for me is that most of the damage is only cosmetic and can be easily fixed. He also pointed me to one spot that retains moisture and needs further attention. He explained how it should be dried and repaired. He provided an estimate from ServPro to do the repair, and he also gave me some good advice in case I choose to fix it myself. I did have to pay for his assessment, and I found it was worth the small cost to have a professional evaluation and high quality advice. I would not hesitate to call ServPro again for their help. They were very responsive - I called them at 11 am and they stopped by only a few hours later.
