    From the first call to ServPro of the Hill Country, all was handled very professionally, making a very difficult situation (leak in a refrigerator ice maker line that flooded the house within in a few hours) a little bit easier. Christian, in the office, was very helpful and the crew who handled the work (Matthew & Matthew) came out every day for six days in a row until their job was complete. They were excellent in terms of communication, kindness, listening, answering questions along the way, promptness, professionalism, and skills needed to complete the tasks. They dealt with my homeowner’s insurance company and quickly got approvals to remove wet carpet, flooring, baseboards, cabinets, while they dried out wet walls. I’m very impressed with their work. If a need arises, I’d highly recommend ServPro!

    Serve Pro came to my home after a pipe burst at 11 pm and stayed until 3:30 am. And we live way out in the country! Not an easy home to find at night.They evacuated the water and set up drying fans and de-humidifiers. They moved all my furniture to a safe spot..Their staff, Matthew R and Matt N were polite, knowledgeable and instilled confidence. They helped soothe a very stressful situation.They came every day to monitor the wetness levels and the humidity.When the drying was complete they moved back my furniture.I would totally recommend Serve Pro.     This group was amazing. Gavin and Josiah were the two gentlemen that that did our water mitigation and they were awesome in every aspect. They explained things to me in Laymans terms. They were so polite so courteous they were professional. they were prompt on time. They were just great.I used a different water mitigation company about seven months ago for some of our type of a situation and they were just a nightmare and Service pro these two guys just completely are at the top.     Wow! What a mess I had from raccoons living in my attic. We finally trapped and raccoon-proofed the attic but we were left with a lot of poop. Servpro of The Hill Country did a wonderful job of cleaning the attic and deodorizing everything. They were completely professional and I highly recommend them!!

    I’m writing a review about Servpro/Hill Country and their wonderful staff Patricio and Ben. I had a frozen pipe in my attic that caused a flood of water damage in my house. Pat and Ben were sent to my home shortly after my call. They got to work immediately assessing the damage, taking pictures, testing walls, and removing wet insulation. Pat gave me total confidence that he had the knowledge and expertise to get my home dry/prevent mold no matter what it took. Removing my baseboards, drilling holes, 22 fans, 2 dehumidifiers, and a few holes in my drywall. They came to my home several times as the days progressed to assess my drying progress. They also took my big area rugs to be cleaned. My house is dry!! My biggest compliment to Pat and Ben is their knowledge level, the confidence that they give me, and superior customer service skills.

    We had a flood caused by a broken hot water supply line that resulted in about an inch of water throughout the entire house. After problems and further damage caused by a different company, this Servpro team was brought in and did a great job of fixing everything and restoring the house. Everything had to be packed up and removed, cleaned, and then brought back and unpacked after all repairs were complete. Special thanks are due to the team that packed and unpacked all our belongings as well as doing the final cleanup. Shirley, Annie, Lisa, and Emily on this team did a fantastic job. Overall, all the teams did their jobs well and were very professional. After the accident and the false start, they were life savers.

    We dried out our house on our own after a flood from our washing machine. Joe and Jeff came out to provide a moisture check. They spent and hour with us and pointed out some spots that needed additional drying. They offered very helpful advice, giving us options including how to finish the job on our own. I was very grateful for the time they spent and the good communication. They were extremely generous with their time and the charge was very reasonable. It seems like a challenge these days to find trustworthy help, but Joe and Jeff were exceptional.

    I’ve used ServPro/Comfort, Texas twice in a 15 year span..and I can honestly say they are head and shoulders above any other service we’ve ever used. Quality work..easy to contact and communicate with..staff is so detailed and thorough it’s incredible. Their service area is large as our home is somewhat remote in Leakey Texas.

    We have recently had ServPro to our house to mitigate water inside our house. The team of Jorge, Mario and Kings have been very professional and diligent in removing moisture from all parts of the house. I am confident in their approach in monitoring data points of moisture each day and adjusting fans accordingly to ensure we are all dry before starting any reconstruction. They are a great representation for ServPro as they are customer service oriented, always available to answer our questions and work with us during a very challenging time.

    Unknowing to us, we had a very tiny leak in our plumbing. It must have been leaking for years. What a mess! After the contractor did the demo, we called ServPro of the HIll Country to help us! These people are wonderful! They took care not only of the wet surfaces, but made sure the environment was safe for us. Each of the people that came displayed professional and courteous behavior. They checked on us several times during the drying out process. The cleanup they performed was beautiful. We simply could not have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommend these folks!

    I am a building contractor just finished up a new house. The clients complained of a musty smell coming from the shower. We called Alan from ServPro to advise us, he came over the next day and tested for excess moisture or mold. His opinion was we had a plumbing issue not a mold issue. He did not try to oversell us just provided some good advice and the contact information for an air hygienist if needed. He was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. For that I am going with five stars. Would definitely use him again.

    I issued a 1 star rating and left a very bad review on this location... problem is I had the wrong location completely. I know the owner of this ServPro, hes a customer of mine and I feel horrible that I left that unwarranted review. Allen, the owner of this location is a great guy who takes enormous pride in his locations and how they get the job done right the first time. I owe Allen and his entire staff my deepest apologies for the previous rating and review. Again, they were not warranted for this location, This ServPro does excellent work with fantastic customer service. If I had a second chance they would have handled my home fire clean up. Instead I used the Braun Station location.... they deserved the bad review, dont go there!! Call Allens location, ServPro of The Hill Country and you wont be sorry like I am... Had I used him to begin with I would be a very happy customer. Again, Allen and staff.... Please accept my apology for the mistake.... when I found out I was mortified that I had put the review on the wrong location... especially because Allen is a customer of mine and we know him well enough for me to put mine and my companies name out there supporting him and his locations. He has honesty, integrity, and pride in everything he does. I wish I had used his location to begin with and I wouldnt have had the problems I did.... my mistake.... I wont make that one again. Allen will be who I do business with now when I need Fire restoration work done. And Allen, thank you so much for your understanding of my mistake even as bad as it was!! Truly a Gentleman and Honest Businessman, my hats off to you all.

    We had a very quick response to our needs when ceiling fell down due to an Air conditioner leak.Patricio and Luciano, both met our needs. They expeditiously diagnosed the source of our water damage and developed a plan to resolve it. Once put into action their plan corrected the issue within 2 days.We appreciate their professionalism and personal demeanor. They kept us informed of what they were doing and why through the whole process.We would recommend them and SERVPRO for anyone needing this type of service.We want to thank them, again, for their quick response and awesome job well done!

    I have 20ft.ceilings with big beams and ceiling fans, high ceilings in kitchen with stainless traclighting and beams, return vents and lots of hugh windows and wooden blinds and two double 8ft wooden doors to be cleaned and treated. They sent me two crews, Angela, Joe, Shirley, Annie and Denny. They were professional, well organized, polite, hard working and very efficient at their jobs. The work was excellent and I am very happy. I will have them back again and I give all of them 5 stars. Thank you Servpro and I have to mention Clay who is the Marketing Representative who was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

    What a Relief! A water pipe burst causing damage inside walls and into two bedrooms it felt overwhelming until Servepro showed up. They called hours after I reported the problem to my insurance company and scheduled for the following morning. First of all they showed up on time, followed by nonstop diligence removing the damaged flooring, treating for mold and mold prevention, placing multiple the dehumidifiers, and they hauled off the debris! Polite, hardworking, thoughtful of my belongings and they returned to check on the progress each day, and again on time! A big shout out of gratitude to Jeff Bilby and Shane for doing such a great job and bringing their skills along with wonderful attitudes to my home!

    My husband and I bought a home a little over a year ago. Our beautiful bathtub leaked and flooded our bathroom and bedroom. It was such a relief to be able to pick up the phone and immediately call Servpro.     This company is amazing! Jason came to our house at 3 am on a holiday as water was pouring through the ceiling from a water leak. Jason was so kind and helpful to bring in huge fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the house. He pulled up the carpet to dry it and removed the baseboards so we wouldn’t have mold from the leak. He worked very hard for hours until the job was done and he was very optimistic about the damage all being fixed soon. He came back every day until the house was dry and checked the moisture levels. We appreciate Serve Pro Hill Country very much and we don’t know what we would’ve done without them!

    Oh my goodness… So many wonderful things to say about Alan and his team! After 30 years of luxury retail sales and management, I’m totally blown away by the outstanding customer service I received from everyone I dealt with at Hill Country Servepro. We are looking at a potential property for my grandma and given the dilapidated state of the house, we weren’t sure if the $ we would spend to fix the very obvious mold problem was worth the investment. The owners gave us 4 days to do our due diligence and I needed an expert opinion FAST! After the team read the inspectors report, Alan drove way out of his way, early in the morning to have a look and assess the potential expenditure.Having been through a few mold remediation situations in the past, I had a fair idea of what to expect. But woah- I’ve never felt such authentic attention, honest answers to my questions, and been given viable ways to save money along the way (since you never quite know with mold). I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone’s earnest help and their ability to hop into action to help a potential client. Because of their efforts, we were able to counter our own offer now that we were armed with real knowledge to make an educated decision. We’re still negotiating, so we haven’t used them yet, but if we do, I have full confidence we will be in trustworthy and very capable hands. Thank you so much Alan and team Hill Country!

    We recently had water damage to the floor of our guest house. Having never had a situation like this before, we did not know how to handle it.We were advised by a contractor to contact ServPro of the Hill Country in Comfort, Tx for their help. Within a couple of hours, Jeff and Lui arrived to immediately remove damaged wood flooring and baseboards, set up numerous fans, and a dehumidifier. Jeff and Lui were polite, knowledgeable, and professional in every aspect. For the next four days, they were on time and focused on getting the house dried out. They explained their procedures precisely. They have all the equipment to take readings and documentation as to the progress of the job.     Our experience with Servpro was outstanding. You are lucky to have the two men who worked at our home. I can’t find the card he left but I think his name was Jerry Arispe.He was professional and very personable. He always had a smile and obviously likes his job.     Our local SERVPRO did the two things that mattered most to me:1. One of their field staff came within some 6 hours after the SERVPRO office had been contacted by our insurance agent Justin Hamilton of Kerrville, TX (what a relief!), and2. Jerry Arispe worked hard and conscientiously to open up spaces that gave him access to whetted areas, removed wet material, measured wall humidity and installed fans where needed. Doing that, along with installing a dehumidifier, only took about two hours (amazing and most welcomed).

They inspected the possible problem area and assessed it. They informed us there was no moisture or water leakage in that area. They believed it may be rust and suggested options we will pursue.     Our Farmers Insurance office is in an old home that is mostly pier and beam. Recently we had a critter die under our kitchen area and it was really stinking up the place. We called Jim at Serv Pro to get some advice on how to get rid of the smell. He brought us a machine that ran all weekend and it cleared the smell out totally and even had a technician go under the house and retrieve it.     We experienced fire and smoke damage. I called Servpro of the TexasHill Country, Comfort, TX and they were very prompt to respond and viewthe damage. Smoke damage had penetrated the entire residence. They began cleanup almost immediately and did a meticulous job, including washing and dry-cleaning everything in closets and drawers. The entire house had to be repainted. Two kitchen appliances were replaced, the cabinets were removed, cleaned and repainted. Granite counter top repaired, fluorescent lights were replaced, chandeliers and antique clock collection finely cleaned, etc. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We were monitoring water damage from out of state and the attention given by Jim and Pat was second to none.     Angel Ruiz and his workmate were very good. However I Expected that the heavy work would be done by them. I expected that they would empty the closets in order to vacuum up the water and then put the stuff back. I had to do that and it was very difficult. That I was disappointing.
