Big thanks to SERVPRO Texarkana! Our house flooded Friday, 9/27/24, and they were on-site within 2 hours of the flood! They surveyed, did moisture testing, and set up their fans and dehumidifiers, while talking my husband and I through the entire process. Corey King was extremely professional, timely, and helpful in ways that I cannot even express! He came to see how the house was progressing on Monday, 9/30/24, and came back Tuesday, 10/1/24 for all of their equipment. He even swept the house prior to leaving! These guys are great and I would recommend them time and time again. Thank you so much, Corey King! We appreciate all you have done for us in this time of need. (Pictures before, during, after…)

We had an HVAC leak above the air intake crawl space. I had a fan on it for over a week, it just wouldnt dry, and the whole house started to smell like mildew. Servpro sent Corey King. He arrived on time and ready to fix our problem. The crawl space was still at 100% saturation. He treated the area for mold and then set up a dehydrator, fan, and a drain line. He said it would take 3 days to dry completely. He arrived 3 days later. He tested multiple areas of the crawl space to make sure it was dry, pulled all the equipment out and then he treated the crawl space and the hvac cabinet above it for mold one more time at my request. Corey was so professional and he was so patient with all our questions. I would definitely recommend Servpro to clean up after a leak/flood.

Very professional and friendly service. They handled getting the tree off and roof tarped and did the mitigation for water damage. Very pleased! Letting them handle the repairs also.

Everyone I encountered has been very friendly and professional Corey the assistant manager and the mitigation crew along with the construction estimator, Steven. I felt a lot of stress after experiencing some flooding in my home but these guys lifted that off my shoulders. They dealt with the insurance adjuster directly and I didn’t have much interaction with the insurance claim adjuster. So my “big” disaster felt like a minor inconvenience after working with Servpro.

I must Corey and his team came in and delivered nothing but EXCELLENT service. There are some things or should I characteristics a person should have when working with the public. Corey communicated with me the steps they would have to take and when insurance should respond or reach out to me. Even if there was a delay Corey was professional and called me and gave me an update. He was honest and he remained consistent. He treated his team with respect and they too were very knowledgeable and informed me on their tasks. They made sure I didnt lift a finger. It is hard trying to find reliable, honest, dedicated, professional and overall people who want to work in 2024. I pray that Servpro values them because after my 5 day experience with them I can proudly say I value them and I WILL NOT hesitate to call them or refer them to anyone in the future!

It’s never fun waking up at 1:30 AM to discover half of your home flooded. After immediately contacting my insurance company, I called ServPro to assist in the cleanup process. Later that morning, Corey and his teammate started working on my home. From the moment Corey entered my home, I felt a sense of trust with him. He was able to answer all of my questions, many of which were probably outside the scope of his job. When my insurance agent/company was not there to answer my questions, Corey was. They were able to get everything torn up in my home to prevent further damage and began placing fans and dehumidifiers all throughout my home almost immediately upon arrival. After 3-4 days, we were back in our home and currently awaiting the re-construction process. I would highly recommend ServPro Texarkana for your restoration needs. Thanks, Corey!

I am so thankful that I called SERVPRO for help after a water-related disaster at my home. They are some of the nicest, most professional people I have worked with in a very long time. The ladies in the office, the gentlemen who came out to determine the scope of work (Corey and Reggie,) and the gentlemen who are putting my house back to normal (Dakota, Darryl, and Reggie) are all amazing. Every person I had contact with did everything possible to make me happy and reduce the stress of this situation. After I explained that I am racing a new grandbabys arrival to get this mess cleaned up they bent over backwards to make it happen! They showed up exactly when I was told they would, explained every step before they did it, and worked without stopping until I was happy. Two different supervisors stopped by to see how everything was progressing and make sure that I was satisfied. It’s been a couple of months since my emergency, but I wanted to send huge CHEERS to SERVPRO. I walked into my living room and heard a sssshing sound. Thinking it was my gas logs, I ignored it -until I went into the hallway and my shoes sunk down in a stream of water from a burst washing machine hose. It was after 5:00pm and had no idea what to do. I thought of a business I had seen at Wake Village with bright green trucks. SERVPRO! A crew was here in a matter of minutes. My go-to guy was Coy Bradford. If I had any questions or wanted to make changes, he handled everything. He worked with my State Farm Insurance and their assessor who was at my house the next day. No worries. All the crews were friendly and very professional. I would recommend SERVPRO without hesitation for any job, especially an emergency like I had! Thanks Guys!!

I hope you never need them, but if you do, I can assure you ServPro of Texarkana is one of the best companies I have dealt with, along with Germania Insurance.We had smut damage to our entire house, carpet was black, furniture, blinds, paint , A/C duct work and vents all salvaged and replaced. First, entire house and belongings had to be washed down, ceilings, walls, furniture, fixtures, etc., etc, it looked so overwhelming to my husband and I. ServPro came in and did exactly as they are advertised. Fast and efficient service for water remediation. We had a our rooms flooded with water which got all the walls, floor and even the ceilings all soaked. They tore everything down and cleared out the whole area to make sure there was no spreading of mold. If you have water damage to your home or building they can take care of it. They even offer drying service if the water has not caused too much damage. I would recommend.

My insurance company hired servpro to service my home after I had smoke and soot damage from a duplex fire. I was very reluctant to have them service and move my belongings. I thought I could do it myself. My insurance adjuster assured me and I hesitantly agreed to have these strangers invade my belongings. I was personally devastated and so overwhelmed to have this going on in my life. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO WRONG! I WAS RUSHED TO MOVE ALL MY BELONGINGS IN 8 HOURS AND SERVPRO REALLY SAVED THE DAY.
