    We had a great experience with ServPro of Stone Oak! We had an unexpected pipe burst which caused water damage in the kitchen. We had no idea what to do, as we’ve never been through something like this before, but our insurance company recommend we talk to a water mitigation company first. A mutual friend had a similar water damage experience and recommended ServPro.Paul from the water mitigation team talked us through the process of water mitigation and handled the demolition, pack in and pack out efficiently.Mike managed the renovation work from start to finish, answered all our questions, and worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy with the build back on our home. The renovation was completed in less time than anticipated and we were able to move back home a few days earlier. Our house looks better than before the water leak thanks to ServPro of Stone Oak. Highly recommend!

    I had a very positive experience with Servpro! I had a dishwasher leak that resulted in needing to replace all the flooring downstairs in my home and rebuild my kitchen island. I hired Servpro to handle the mitigation and the build back. Paul, with mitigation, came out right away and took care of the removal of the damaged island and floor. Once that was complete, Mike Esquivel, with the build back team came in and got to work arranging everything. Mike did such a great job communicating with me about the time lines and what to expect. If you have a leak, Servpro will get you taken care of!

    I had an old copper pipe burst in my slab and ServPro was recommended by my handyman. I couldn’t be happier with how they handled the mitigation. I had a house full of guests and they managed the water damage and demo in a way that minimized the impact to us. They listened and didn’t force anything I didn’t want or was confused about. Sebastian led the team and was a top notch communicator! Just starting to work with the build back team and am hoping I have more of the same experience with them!

    After having a portion of my ceiling come down at 3 am in the morning as a result of an unconnected AC pipe the team from Servepro service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. After assessing that there was no significant water damage they offered to cut out the sections of the drywall that was wet and then covered the area to help to keep the ac in until I could have contractors come to repair and paint. They were exceptionally honest as they knew this was covered by insurance so could have done full water mitigation with fans and dehumidifiers but did not saving me and the insurance company money. I posted about their great service on my Facebook page as I kept my family and friends apprised of my ceiling collapse dilemma and was pleased to see several of my friends in the area had used them too all with a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

They are very professional, efficient, highly effective communicators, and the classy team I would recommend to anyone when faced with this type of unexpected situation.I am a first time homeowner, and less than a year after moving into my brand new home, a fire hydrant exploded on my 2nd floor (it seemed that way). My entire second floor, staircase, first floor & garage were soaked. My insurance agent reached out to Sean on my behalf, and Sean contacted me right away (11:30 PM Saturday night!), and let me know that his team would be in touch with me first thing in the morning.Sure enough, Krystal called right before 8 am to schedule a time for them to come out to my home.     Upon arrival Mr. Ramrio Gonzalez a friendly staff member & manager of his team of SERVPRO of Stone Oak located in San Antonio, Texas has made me & my family feel really welcome as he was called upon to survey our water damage to our home.     We called Servepro of Stone Oak when we had water dripping from a light fixture in our ceiling (our A/C units water pan overflowed). They came out the same day we called and assessed the water damage. They told us what they thought would fix the problem and left a dehumidifier and two fans to dry out the water damage. Also, they sprayed something on the water damaged area to stop bacteria from growing. They were professional and courteous. Their assessment was correct, and the wall dried out.

    I just had a water copper pipe leak in one of my bedrooms early Saturday. I called ServePro around 12:20 PM on that Saturday and within 10 minutes a representative of ServePro called me back and told me that they were coming to my house to take a look. Paul and Gabriel from ServePro arrived and were courteous and polite. They gave me an estimate right there and I accepted it. They went straight to do their work. They measured humidity levels and placed fans where they were needed. They also disinfected where it was needed. They removed all my damaged flooring that could be removed and disposed of it. I cannot complain at all. It was a 5 start job from top to bottom. Today, they came to the house, as they promised, to assess the situation and they declared my damaged room clean and dry. Although this location wasn’t the closest, Owner Sean Galligan was the first to respond and immediately met me on-site - a considerable drive from his location. . After testing the entire area with a moisture meter and physical sight check, no water was found. I asked how much I owed him - he insisted he was happy to be available to help if needed and since no work had been performed he would not be charging me a service call. He was professional and responsive. This business will be top of my list if needed in the future and I will happily recommend to anyone looking for this service!

    We had a flooded bathroom while in shelter amid Covid 19 Pandemic. The water got to next rooms. Called SERVPROStoneOak and they showed up quickly wearing masks and latex gloves to adhere to mandatory Social Distancing. Crystal and Brian are very knowledgeable, punctual and effective in fixing the water damage. SERVPROStoneOak pricing was very good & reasonable. The owner Sean was very kind, They had to leave the dehumidifier and air movers longer to make sure all the wooden floor outside the bathroom completely dry and he didn’t charge anything extra from the quote. They kept regular visits to the house to check on the progress and made sure the job was done right. I definitely would recommend them. Thank you everyone at SERVPROStoneOak for your help.

    When in distress, it is important to have help immediately. ServPro staff (Daniel and Crystal) came to our home in the dark of night, regarding a partially caved-in ceiling caused by water damage. They investigated the roof first. They were outstanding in giving us confidence. They determined the cause was a leaking pipe in the attic. From their, they began clean up - bagging sheetrock, insulation, etc... while our plumber arrived to repair the attic pipe. Ram, the project manager assessed the situation and determined the number of fans (quite a few) and dehumidifiers needed in the study and the adjacent foyer.They checked the moisture level each day until the areas were dry. In the foyer a portion of ceiling sheet rock was removed to allow that area to dry also. Antimicrobial spray was used to ensure we would not have mold issues in the attic, ceiling, etc. Ram, Daniel, Crystal and the entire ServPro team were professional, very timely, understanding and willing to help us feel that they would do everything possible to help us get back to normal.They got our house ready for the next step - reconstruction that would be handled by another company.     We developed a leak over Labor Day weekend and water was coming through the ceiling of our family room. We called ServPro bc we were worried about water damage and/or mold in attic and in walls/ceiling. Shawn came out to inspect the issue and was very nice, thorough & knowledgeable. He advised us that we didnt need any kind of mold remediation/water restoration services, so we definitely appreciated his honesty.

    A broken pipe caused extensive flooding to our two-story home and all but three rooms downstairs sustained damage. Water poured out of light fixtures, in between walls, and its weight on the ceilings caused a complete collapse in one of the rooms. SERVEPRO was there within an hour and took control of the situation while we just stood there, trying to understand what had happened to our home. Xavier, Andrew, R.J., and Isaac were all incredible to work with and they kept us informed during each stage of remediation. Professional, expedient, and empathetic, they were just who we needed to help us through this event.

    Even though it was a shame they had to show up under the circumstances—a flooded master bath and bedroom and a soaked living room ceiling, floor, and walls—Sean, Ram and the rest of the ServPro (Stone Oak) team were a breath of fresh (and dry) air.
