Servpro came to our house the morning after the storm that blew through Houston on 5/17. The first crew was responsive and moved the wet insulation. The next crew that came in was as amazing. Noah Birdsall was professional and thorough. He led the crew with expertise and communicated with me through the entire process. Noah and Ben Henry worked hard to ensure my family’s home was properly taken care of - carefully taking water saturation measurements to only demo what needed to be demoed. They were also kind and recognized the stress of the event. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions. Noah did an exceptional job managing multiple workers, leading the team to efficiently begin mitigating damage due to the water, all while being respectful to me and my home. If you experience an event that requires water mitigation, I highly recommend ServPro and to specifically request Noah.

Eman, Mark, Devin, Manny, Leroy, Vern, Dori, and Ty did a great job! A pipe burst in my attic over the garage. There was extensive drywall damage. They got the drywall pretty dry, over a 6 day period. On the last day, they removed the parts that were pretty dry, but, had too much water damage to salvage. I have had drywall removal before, and it was a disaster. Not this time!!! They were very CLEAN!!! I am so grateful! Thank you, guys, for all of your hard work!

Everyone at Servpro communicated well and was great to work with throughout the project. My outdoor kitchen/gazebo was destroyed by a huge pine tree that fell directly on the outdoor kitchen when we had a tornado come through our neighborhood. Jesse was our PM and he did a good job of coordinating all the subs and each of there subs from what I can tell were skilled craftsmen, especially the flagstone worker who was able to match the damage flagstone on the outdoor kitchen table and counter. His manager Robert got involved when there was a potential material question/problem and resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction.I will call them first the next time I need a contractor for my house.David T JenkinsCypress, Texas

We have recently experienced the restoration/rebuilding process in our home after a sudden and accidental water leak that caused extensive damage. Servpro Spring/Tomball is wonderful! Robert Cryer oversaw the work, and his care for us and our home was so professional and comforting. He was helpful, attentive, and responsive every step of the way. Every worker and craftsman who shared in the restoration project was amazing. We are so thankful the work is completed, but we actually miss their smiling faces and encouraging demeanors. I was out of state when tornado in Houston blew huge tree onto my roof. The same night of the storm ServPro contacted me to set up tarring and any other emergency work that was needed. The following morning , I was connected to Julie Nguyen who with patience and kindness talked me “down from the ledge” of my stress, anxiety and nervous ,breakdown. I called Julie not once, not twice, but at least 5 times over a period of a few hours and she made me feel supported and at ease. You better hang on to her!

I had a water disaster at 2am. I cleaned up the water and called in Servpro who arrived promptly working until 2am the next morning. Mark Williams and Bryce Parker we’re first on the scene. Extremely professional and went straight to work. Very impressed with the work, service, thoroughness, and documentation. Took about 4 days for drying and someone was there everyday rechecking moisture levels and equipment. If you have a problem, this is who you call. I’m very confident in the results and when you have water, dryness is everything. Thanks guys!

We had a water heater pipe pour water from our attic all the way down to the first floor and it created a huge mess. I just so happened to be working from home that day and catch it but the mess was still horrible. ServPro came out quick, helped us find the leak so we could stop it completely, and just handled everything from detailed photos to the clean up. The crew had great personalities and were funny, making the situation much better.Even the repair division was thorough to get us a quote for putting our house back together and work directly with the insurance. SERVEPRO of Spring/Tomball did a great job cleaning up water damage for us after our water heater above the laundry room sprayed water in the attic above the laundry room and garage while we were out of town. Yikes! What a mess! It was raining in our house!Steven Sanchez, Manny, and the rest of the crew were on time, very knowledgeable, and courteous. Mr. Sanchez was in contact with our insurance company and was able to get approval for all the actions that needed to be taken. We highly recommend the remediation team at SERVEPRO and look forward to working with the reconstruction side of SERVEPRO to get our house back to looking like it never even happened.

I live in North Fort Myers, Florida, we were hit by hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022. ServPro came to help with the cleanup. My husband and I lost our roof along with other damages. We are senior citizens and unable to get up on our roof to put tarps down. We went at the end of their work day to inquire if anyone was laying tarps. A wonderful young man named Richard McAdams came to our home after a 10 hour day and covered our roof. He was so professional and did a great job, even as it was getting dark and there was weather threatening all around us. I would recommend ServPro to anyone in need of any disaster cleanup. We returned from a two-week vacation to find that a water line had been leaking and soaked a bathroom and two closets. I immediately removed the carpet and pads, and cleaned up the standing water before calling Servpro Spring/Tomball. Servpro came out within an hour of my call, they quickly accessed the situation and placed two large dehumidifiers.Austin and his crew returned the next day to remove baseboards, drywall and further access .. they then placed 11 large fans to speed the dry out process.Within 3 days all dry-out and mold mitigation was complete, and I can start the restoration process.Throughout, Austin and team were prompt, neat, and professional while completing the work that needed to be done, and no more.

Some friends of mine had used Servpro of Spring/Tomball in a similar situation and raved about their people, so I called them. It literally took them less than 30 minutes to be at our home and immediately got to work. Vernal was great in explaining the cleanup process as well as selling me on the one stop shop for repairs. Vernal and his technicians Kelly and Antonio were all very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Robert was sent over to handle the repairs and I couldn’t have asked for better service and workmanship in getting my house put back together. I had a water line busted on my stair way and created a mess. They came down and cut all the damaged rock sheet and treated my house to prevent mold and other problems related with humidity. I call my insurance company to report the damaged and they pay servpro Directly they also took care of my damage furniture and fixed. I had to come here to this site because after the hurricane hit us in North Fort Myers, everything has been frustrating and irritating, but today Mel and his group of guys showed that integrity in humanity still exists while they picked up the trash left behind by the hurricane. he realized I was having trouble with my car as he left me stranded on the side of the road and stopped what he was doing to help me give it a boost, he introduced himself in a very professional manner and they continued loading his truck I was impressed that he didnt want to take anything from me, I hope Servpro appreciates it.
