Kierra, who lead the team, was a great communicator and took time to answer all of my questions. I would have them out again without hesitation.

Serve Pro was truly a blessing. Hurricane Beryl made landfall Monday morning July 8th. The Houston Serve Pro office was out of commission due to the hurricane, the Austin office answered their calls and had a crew at our church Tuesday morning July 9th at 8:00 AM. The crew stayed at an Air BNB that had no power and never complained. Awesome group of people, hard working and dependable.

10/10 experience every time. Weve used their services 3 times now and Jasmin and Omar always kill it and keep us informed through the ENTIRE process. We had a large unit flood at 3am and they were there within an hour with a full crew.

The walls and flooring were removed very quickly - way above my expectations - and everyone was so nice and helpful to work with which I really appreciated. The mold was treated and fans left on for 4 days which dried everything out completely. My one small concern was that the unremoved vinyl was not taped and became a trip hazard for me so I taped it myself in order not to suffer a fall. They were great.
