We live in a high-rise building and the condo above us had a leak. Before we could get it stopped our baths were flooded and water had gone between the walls.Servpro arrived quickly and decided to first address the wet sheetrock. They brought in two huge fans and opened up the wall at the base tile and ceiling. After two days of blowing the moisture had gone away!We were able to patch and reinstall the tiles and you cannot tell at all.We would definitely recommend them for turning a disaster into a great solution.They also worked with the insurance company to make it seamless.Thank you!!!

We used SERVPRO of Southeast Dallas County to sanitize our whole home and air ducts. They were referred to me by someone I trust, and now they have my trust. When I was trying to determine what I needed to do for my house, Richard personally jumped in with his Team and a partner company to help me take the right approach. My decision to use a company again or recommend a company to someone is based on two things, quality of service and customer service. Customer service includes how they respond if things do not go as expected. We had one thing that did not go as expected and they fully met it and went above and beyond to serve my family. The cleaners were very thorough, more thorough than I expected. Example: they cleaned and sanitized my toilet plunger. I highly recommend them and would personally use them again.

Had the pleasure of working with Brooks, Fernando and Aaron. This was a stressful situation for me and these guys made iIt 100% better. They were knowledgeable, I could tell they cared, and their communication was great. I wouldn’t wish for this incident to occur ever again but if it did, I wouldn’t hesitate to call servepro and make a special request for this same team.

We had the unfortunate reality of a slab leak and Servpro went above and beyond to make an uncomfortable situation as comfortable as possible during their time working with us. Nathan came out almost immediately after claim was filed, explained in detail what the process would look like and what to expect in the days/weeks/months ahead of us. He introduced us to Curtis Franklin and Richard Rivas and explained the part they would play in the process. At the time I had no idea how much of a blessing these 3 guys and the Servpro move out crew would be! The care and compassion that was shown to our family by this entire staff was phenomenal and made such an impact on each of us in such an a whirlwind of unknowns and displacement. They notified of each visit prior to the visit and what to expect in that visit. They answered any and all questions about the process from their side as well as knowledge of the process outside of what they handle. They took care and concern for not only our family but our belongings. Their performance could not have been any greater! The level of respect shown to us made all the difference. They never wavered during all the emotions I displayed getting through the process and made us all just have such peace of mind. I cannot recommend them enough, I will forever be grateful and the impact they had on our family will never be forgotten! Through all the people and companies we have worked with through the whole process I can say Servpro, Nathan, Curtis, Richard and the whole move out crew will be the most memorable because of the professionalism, compassion and respect shown. ServPro and their team went above and beyond expectations for helping us after a water leak ruined the whole first floor of our house. They helped dry the house then a team packed all of our possessions and moved them into climate controlled storage. Having grown up in the Military my expectations for moving back in was a lot of unpacking. The guys moved furniture efficiently and carefully. The ladies unpacked our boxes and had taken pictures when they packed so that they could place items exactly as they were before. Very thankful and grateful for all of them during what should have been a stressful time. Thanks to all of the team!

The workers did an amazing job! The guys loaded and unload everything super well and went the extra mile. Eric was awesome! He helped coordinated everything and even went to get batteries for our thermostat. That’s definitely going the extra mile! The girls did great with the packing and unpacking. My home recently sustained some significant water damage. In order to save the original 1930 hardwood floors, the entire house had to be packed and sent to storage. At the time I did not realize just how big of a project this was. My parents recently used SERVPRO of Southeast Dallas County for water damage-related cleanup and highly recommended them. Linda French with SERVPRO was at my house the next day and immediately I knew she was the one for this job. Linda is one of the most punctual and organized people with a great smile and personality. When you are dealing with fire or water damage to your home, this is the kind of person you want in charge of getting your things back in order. I was told it would take a week to pack up my home, however Linda and her crew are so efficient it literally took less than 2 days. Not only did they move my things to storage, but also moved my clothes and other necessities to the Airbnb I was staying at. Linda was also a great resource in helping me with the insurance company, making sure I was fully aware of policy holder rights and obstacles to avoid. Water damage to a home, especially one built in 1930, can definitely push you to a breaking point. Linda French and her team at SERVPRO of Southeast Dallas County will help ensure that does not happen.

Recovering from our fire would have been hard to imagine without the help from the Servpro Team. Every person we encountered was friendly, caring and helpful. They wasted no time getting to work and took care of our belongings as we would. We know there were others behind the scenes as well and we wish them all a heartfelt thank you.Linda was our point person and she was a blessing. She guided us through the shock, reminded us of things we needed to know or do and basically held our hands is the most critical time. She’s committed to quality outcomes and went above and beyond. Finding out the ServPro Team would not only return our cleaned items they would also unpack, and haul off the boxes and paper was like discovering Santa left you the toy you always wanted. Again, they were all a God send!!

SERV/PRO arrived right on time this morning to pack up our belongings in order to prepare my home for a floor replacement following water damage due to a stopped up drain. Over the last two days SERV/PRO had a crew of two ladies who very carefully packed our belonging to prepare for the move. The care with which those SERV/PRO employees packed our belongings was commendable. Today, SERV/PRO arrived right on time at 8:00 to finalize the packing of the very heavy items with a crew of four men. All these SERV/PRO employees were most courteous and very careful with the packing and loading of our belongings. During the final packing and loading, their Supervisor, Eric Coco, arrived. Eric was most approachable and eager to ensure that everything was done correctly and that no details were missed. In particular, there were several items that we had overlooked during the original walk through that needed to be added. One item was the kitchen island. They added that item and packed it in such a manner that it could not be damaged. Another item of concern was our dishwasher. This dishwasher was very difficult to remove from under the kitchen countertop. Eric Coco, took on that project and personally removed the dishwasher from under the kitchencountertop, ensuring that there was no damage to the dishwasher and that there was no leakage after the dishwasher was removed. The dishwasher remained at the house so it could be reinstalled under the countertop as the new flooring was laid. Supervisor Coco was obviously in charge and his experience was evident in everything he did with regard to the pack up and move out. His on-scene appearance and his bearing gives us every confidence that our belongings will be well cared for and returned in the same condition that they were delivered. Eric Coco and the entire SERV/PRO Team that we have dealt with were most professional and we highly recommend SERV/PRO when such a need should arise.William Smith03/24/2023
