    This is my second water accident in a year, and Servpro was definitely the better company. We went with Restoration Experts (an affiliate of Your Home Experts) the first time (very unfortunately for us, as this was a nightmare experience. Side note, do NOT hire those snakes. Protect yourself and your family from those awful people. Both of those companies are TERRIBLE).Zach was professional, kind, helpful, and just a seemingly good person. He was prompt and responsive. He tried his best to do less, something you don’t typically see from these mitigation companies working with people in distress. Brad was the weekend guy and he was good as well. I can’t remember the names of the rest of the crew, but they were helpful in answering questions and being professional.

They minimized the negative impact and limited potential further damage to our personal belongings. What was unexpected but greatly appreciated was the level of professionalism of every single team member. All had great attitudes, were very respectful of our time, belongings and especially our 14 year old lab. Zac did a great job coordinating the efforts, monitoring results and effectively communicating with us.     The entire Servpro team (Jorge, Justin, Ronny, JC, and Jose Perez) who worked on my home after the water pressure valve failed in the wall and flooded the garage and bedroom was prompt, personable, courteous, intelligent, knowledgeable, and informative. They were careful to explain the whole process of remediation to me as they worked to alleviate the problem. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and integrity. All were excellent representatives of Servpro which is the most dependable company.

    The ServPro water mitigation team was very responsive and efficient. They arrived within an hour to help clean up water flooded in my kitchen and other areas. The team lead, Jacob, was a godsend throughout the entire mitigation process, from arriving to assess the cleanup needs, deploying crews, working with my insurance, to providing clear explanations to me as the homeowner. He walked me through the entire ordeal. The crews were also fantastic. Justin helped with water cleanup and later with cabinet tear out in the kitchen. He was very friendly and helped find pet friendly solutions on top of taking care of everything quickly and thoroughly. He effectively remediated mold in the area, and everything he did, he did quickly and easily. The cabinet tear out crew members, Ronny and Josue, were also extremely fast, proficient, and kind. I couldn’t believe how quickly they pulled everything out, and they worked with me as I cleared out cabinets. Flooring tear out was done by Jaim and TJ, both of whom were thoughtful and kind in their handling of the process. They were very patient and understanding when needing to coordinate on insurance documentation. The entire team was compassionate and treated my home and me as they would wish to be treated in similar circumstances. I am very grateful that this company and this team handled my water mitigation case.

    We had a water leak from an upstairs bathroom that went through the ceiling into our laundry room and the garage. Such a mess, but I called ServPro, and they were fantastic to work with! The crew, Jaim, Jacob M, Justin M, TJ, Chris M, Joshua, Gomez, came in like a “Wrecking Ball”, but a good one. They removed all the damaged materials, set up fans and a dehumidifier, to help dry out the water in our subfloor, ceilings, carpet, etc. They made sure that any openings to outside, were covered to help keep insects and the hot Texas heat from entering our home. They were very helpful, friendly and efficient. They were in and out in no time. They helped ease a pretty stressful situation! Thank you guys for a job well done.     While out of town, we had a flood in an upstairs bathroom that caused fairly extensive damage both upstairs and down. We have used Servpro for other water damage issues in the past, and chose to use them again for both mitigation and rebuild. As expected, they did a great job. Justin and Javier were fantastic to work with and made juggling this repair on top of other important issues I was also dealing with much easier than I expected it to be. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again should the need arise.

    About 10:00pm on Dec. 23, we discovered our washer had overflowed and water went everywhere. Servpro was here within 30 minutes and took care of the water, removed baseboards and carpet padding. They set up a dehumidifier and many dryers blowing. We were very pleased with Jose, Skyler, Josue, and Tyree. They were kind, considerate, efficient, and very professional with their work. Servpro is the one to call for taking care of water damage! They’re also reasonably priced, in my opinion.

    I had a plumbing leak in my home. I fixed the leak, but water had traversed through my home. I was very worried about the cleanup and damage done, or potential mold.Jose Perez arrived in a couple of hours after calling, on time and with a smile on his face. He took time to listen to what happened and figure out where/how the water traveled. He then measured all of the walls and checked for wetness and moisture.After several checks in all of the rooms impacted, he explained to me how the water traveled and why I was fine. I had no water damage and no mold concerns. I asked him how much it would cost and he said, Nothing! He packed his things, shook my hand and left the house.This place is solid and I would highly recommend them to anyone with any water damage.

    We had a major mishap with the grinding of tile in our home which resulted in tile dust everywhere. It was horrific! However, I reached out to ServPro of South Frisco/The Colony and they were absolutely fantastic. Taylor assisted me immediately by sending someone out to access the situation and to provide a bid to us within the hour. She then scheduled a crew to come and do the clean up the very next day! It was simply amazing. George was the crew leader, and he had his team did an absolutely outstanding job of restoring our home back to normal. They worked diligently throughout the entire day cleaning every room affected by the tile dust. They all took great pride in their work, and George taught us so much about the process involved. The bright spot to our day of disaster were the people involved with this company. We highly recommend them. They were all just wonderful. He responded quickly and did a great job to mitigate the water damage with knowledge, as well as the equipment needed to dry the walls and floor.     Christmas Eve, we happened to stop by our clinic to find water flooding out of it. Pipes froze and burst in the unit next door which then flooded our place.     When my wife and I returned home after running some errands, we were shocked to see water all over our garage floor. We opened the door from the garage leading to the inside of the house and was once again shocked to see water all over the kitchen floor. It was not just a little water but lots of water flowing over the floor. The source of the water originated from our utility room. We shut off the flow of water from our Washing machine. We immediately knew this was something we could not handle on our own so we call ServPro for assistance. Jose from ServPro came out and mapped out all the areas that had sustained water damage. He was very thorough and professional in his approach in evaluating the water damage. Jose contacted his team of professionals (Tyler, Forte and company) who brought out fans and dehumidifiers and set them up in strategic area to dry out the floors and walls). His team removed baseboards and drill holes in the affected areas to help with the drying process. Jose also acted as intermediary between us and our insurance adjuster to make sure all the damaged areas were addressed.
