Our business was partially flooded in October 2024 and Servepro of South Arlington/North Arlington/Grand Prairie saved the day! As depressing as it all was, we are looking forward to our next flood just so we can experience their awesome service again. Servepro worked with our staff to take care of the buildings needs while still allowing us to stay open and operational. Thank you to Nicole and Nathan and the entire team.

We experienced a house fire in mid July of this year which took a major portion of the attic and a big portion of our garage. Its been quite an experience that I wish nobody ever has to deal with. DeWayne came out a day or 2 after the fire and walked us through the entire process moving forward in cleaning and beginning with the restoration process. He was very descriptive and helpful and so were the rest of the Servepro associates that were assisting along the process. DeWayne was very responsive with any questions we had regarding the details of the process, and with any assistance he could provide throughout this restoration. I would recommend reaching out to South Arlington Servepro as they will definitely walk you through the process and next steps including other work that does not entail their scope of work. It can be a very overwhelming process during a house fire and the restoration, so having someone willing to walk you through the process is very helpful during this unfortunate event.

This team is professional and they are absolutely the nicest people. We called them when a pipe broke and flooded our downstairs, Nathan and his team were here in minutes and quickly had a plan in place to get our home back to normal. It was extremely stressful to have this happen in our home but the compassion and expertise this team has made all the difference. The follow up and care along the way is 5 star. I never had to call they were already on the way to check in. I hope you never need this service but if you do this is who you call.

Matt Harding is TRULY a man of INTEGRITY! He hires QUALITY workers with an EXCEPTIONAL WORK ETHIC.My home restoration was COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE ANTICIPATED COMPLETION DATE and was done with STATE OF THE ART CRAFTSMANSHIP.Javier was his crew chief for my home restoration project. He guided his workers in every aspect of completion. I watched quality-check every aspect of the job. Servpro of South Arlington did an outstanding job when our water heater flooded the back of our house. They came in got all the water up, tore out all the wood flooring, removed it from the house, and they were done in less than 2 hours. The drying equipment they used was top-notch. They were totally professional, I will use them again and would recommend them to anybody.
