Had a pipe break under my kitchen sink that flooded my lower cabinets. Company was sent out by my insurance to remove damaged cabinets and Sheetrock. Company did great and even boxed up my items that were in my cabinets. I would recommend them and use them again if something like this happens again.

The team showed up in a very timely manner and got started immediately determining the areas needing attention. Their knowledge, professionalism and communication were top notch. I could not be more satisfied at this time with their performance and would highly recommend them to anyone.

ServPro of Needville showed up within the hour of my neighbor hiring an inexperienced and him flooring my house. With it being two weeks before Christmas you can imagine how much of a headache this has caused but ServPro has been the bright light in a darn time. They showed up within the hour to start cleaning the house and got all their equipment set up. Very thankful for ServPro.

The pricing was reasonable and the service was very speedy. Only feedback was making sure you understand that the remediation and repair after the remediation are two separate costs. Miguel and his team were great.

Update:We heard from their GM after posting the initial review. It seems what we had was a series of miscommunications combined with busy schedules on both ends. Our floor damage has now been rectified and I am sure were all ready to move on.Original Review:Overall, this companys work was good, but unfortunately I cannot recommend them. We had a leak in our home and hired ServPro to remediate. While working, they dragged my refrigerator across our tile floor in the kitchen damaging the tiles. In the beginning, they committed to repairing the damage at their expense, but I never once heard from the general manager nor did they ever have someone come out. After repeated calls have gone unanswered I am left with a damaged floor that they caused.It really is too bad, because when focusing on the remediation work alone, they did a good job. The crew chief was in constant communication and the crew did a good job of tearing things down and drying our floor and walls out. The general contractor we hired even complimented how well the ServPro team prepped things.

Miguel was very knowledgable and showed up to meet our insurance aduster which was extremely helpful. Servpro has been in contact with us every step of the way and has gone above and beyond to make sure we get all damages covered by the insurance.
