Kyle, Pete and their team came to assist us in remediating the basement of a commercial building after Hurricane Beryl. They were timely, communicative and very easy to work with! They were detailed oriented and always came to inform us if anything from the original scope of work needed to change. I felt confident that the work was being done well and to completion. They were very patient as we waited on other service vendors and willingly assisted us in removing unnecessary items from the basement, even though it wasnt originally requested. We were very grateful to have Kyle and Pete onsite and their team was quick and efficient! Thank you for all of your help!

I highly recommend Servpro of Sherman/Denison. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and provide great ongoing communication. It is very chaotic and disruptive to have large amounts of water in your house after a water break. One call and they were promptly onsite (even late weekend) for water remediation and drying out of the property. Special mention of Brandon who provided outstanding support and customer service making sure we understood the process and what needed to be done. Thank you!

Trey, Sam, Jarrod, Sean, Henry, Dakota and Alex were an amazing help mitigating our loss due to a tornado at The Children’s Place. They arrived and had a game plan to help us feel at ease as soon as they got on site. We were able to continue with our inventory while they began working to get us back up and running. All of them were a huge help and I would definitely recommend using them again if we ever have another loss due to water damage

Broderick, Tim, Terry and the crew were incredibly helpful in drying out our home in as quick and efficient a manner as possible. They also removed all that was damaged and packed away what could be salvaged. Once our home was fixed, they returned all of our things in a timely manner. They were so helpful in the chaos that comes with a house flood.

Jim Taylor was very kind, compassionate, professional, and quick to respond. I would be what they would call a “difficult indecisive” client but Jim NEVER made me feel that way! He almost always answered my calls within the first couple of rings. If he happened to miss my call, I received a call or text back within 30 minutes. He was very patient and took the time to explain my 500 questions in detail. He even followed up a few times after the job was complete to make sure that I was still happy with the outcome. Outstanding service Jim!!

A huge thank you to the amazing staff at Servpro of Sherman Denison! Andrew and Brittany specifically.We had a water heater break over night a month ago and flooded half our house. We freaked out but luckily Brittany had Andrew to us in no time. Brittany calmed us down immediately and explained the process- we were so impressed just by her conversation alone. Then when Andrew showed up we were shocked. He was kind, caring, and explained each and every step he was taking. He explained that he has children and a family at home so he will ensure our home is taken care of like his. Within a few days our house was all dry and our insurance had the contractors lined up. Brittany wrapped everything up for us with billing our insurance and explaining our deductible.Again so so impressed with the staff and how much effort they put in. I hope we never have this happen to us or family/friends but we know who to call from now on!!!!!THANK YOU!

This has happened before but this last time was the worst that I have seen it and I honestly felt hopeless. Ron and Courtney were able to get in and get everything taken care of and made me feel way more comfortable about the situation which I might add is a hard thing to do considering how I am wired. But they did it and for that I have to give them props.
