Servpros water mitigation team was excellent! From the moment, Will came out for the initial evaluation through getting the water out of the house, the team was professional, prompt and kind. Chris and Will dud an excellent job. They came out immediately on Friday afternoon and stayed until things were in shape. They set up all the equipment to prevent mold and get things properly dried. Throughout demolition and clean up of the water damage, Chris and Carlos were careful to protect my home and respectful of our property. Always cheerful and polite. I would definitely recommend them.

This SERVPRO oversaw the mitigation process after our house flood. The workers were all respectful of my property and seem to have packed it well. Josh S oversaw the work and he took time to explain things to me and do a walk through each day before they left. When I had to leave town and wasnt there for the final couple of days, Josh sent me some update photos and a short report message. He and his superior, Jose G, were quick to answer text messages, polite, and kind during our difficult circumstances. Jose did a final walk through with my husband and I today and again took time to talk with us.The only thing I would improve is that the storage pods with our belongings are not navigable. They took photos and had barcodes for the boxes of belongings, but we cannot get to the boxes now that the storage pods are filled so we cannot retrieve anything.They salvaged some of the items that were not damaged (countertops of sink cabinets, for instance). Our insurance adjuster said it looked like a great job and we think so, too.Thanks Josh, Jose, and team.

We had a hose break under the kitchen sink while we were out for a several hours that flooded part of the kitchen, the dining room, the master bedroom, and master bath. A friend recommended ServePro so I called them. They were there within an hour. Will, the project manager, assessed the situation very quickly and professionally in accordance with insurance norms. They removed the baseboards and flooring in the affected areas. We had only been living in the brand new, custom home for a couple of weeks. They were sensitive to our pain to see it demo’sThe fans and dehumidifiers that they left behind dried out all the wall board areas over a long weekend. The fan noise was a bit of trouble, so I recommend not staying in your house if you have an option to go elsewhere, which we did not, because of a situation with our pets. The super polite young technician, Greg, was especially sensitive to my wife’s anxiety over drilling and cutting air holes into the custom kitchen cabinets. He called his boss for an alternative, and used his wetness meter to check them instead, which worked.I am happy with the team of guys who worked on our disaster. They are all well trained, empathetic, customer focused, and polite. I highly recommend ServePro for your water catastrophe needs.

Jeric Flores came out this afternoon to assess the damage to our home after a broken pipe in our wall caused considerable damage to several rooms, including the master bedroom, bathroom and living room.Needless to say, this kind of thing is not fun. In fact it is downright stressful! The people you deal with from the various companies (Insurance Agent, Pack Out , Demolition, Engineers, Plumbers, etc) play a very big part in your stress level at the end of the day.Jeric Flores was nothing short of amazing! He showed professionalism and knowledge, yes, but his positive, friendly and outgoing attitude added to that to leave us confident that our home would be taken care of by people who really cared about making all of this as easy and hassle-free as possible. How can words really describe the feeling you get when the person who comes to your house relates to you and seems to emphasize with your situation, has an upbeat and positive attitude and they leave you feeling like it is all going to be just fine!Since Servpro clearly hires excellent people, based on our visit today, we do highly recommend them to anyone seeking a restoration/construction company.It is our hope that those in upper management at Servpro can see what an asset Jeric Flores is to their company and make sure he has a very long career at Servpro!

I have found him to be first of all concerned and he carried that concern into being efficient and thoroughly explained process as well, and I felt he did an outstanding job in restoring my confidence in the fact the job would be well handled and he has to this point not failed to do an outstanding job. Erik his technician went above and beyond and fixed some things that had failed. Such as making sure my front door closed tightly. Other crews were wonderful did there job thoroughly and quickly. The return of my belongings was delayed several times due to other jobs taking priority. It seems as if they might be understaffed, which is understandable due to the nature of the work. I would have appreciated more transparent communication to adjust my expectations regarding the timeline for delivery and understanding their internal processes. A few electronics elements were missing when I unpacked my belongings, and I am working with ServPro to arrange reimbursement or replacement. Overall, I would highly recommend their services as they were very kind and empathetic during a challenging and stressful time.

Then the following day Rick & Derrick came out to provide the actual service. They did a very good job and even paid extra attention to some spots we had in the carpet without being asked. My plumber recommended ServPro after part of the ceiling in our master bedroom collapsed one morning just before Christmas 2021. Our upstairs water heater was old and had a slow leak. Id never had water damage like this before and didnt know where to begin. Tammy Dorsett from ServPro quickly assessed the damage and what our needs would be. She got us on the schedule quickly and proactively worked with our home insurance. Once her team showed up, they worked quickly and efficiently to clean potential molded areas and dry everything else. The project leader, Anthony, was a total pro who shepherded us through the process every day. Everyone was communicative about what was happening and when and what next steps would be. While I certainly hope I dont need ServPro again, if I need this kind of service in the future, theyll be my first call.

I was very reluctant after a family member shared their experience with a Servpro location around the Houston area and wasnt pleased with the results. But, my mom had used the San Marcos location before and they had done an outstanding job so we hired them for my house. From the get go, Servpro was very knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very comfortable with the entire cleaning process. They worked for about a week at my house and did an outstanding job. There was a small hick up with our bill once the work was finished but they got it corrected right away and were very nice about it. Throughout the entire project, they were easy to work with and helpful when something was needed. I would highly recommend this location.

They didnt think they could get me in that day but made an effort and Tammy was able to squeeze me in between her previous appointments and came over almost right away. I scheduled ServPro for duct cleaning of my duplex after Tammy Dorset, Manager, worked with me on the initial estimate. On the day of the scheduled service, Rick and his team members Mari and Brendon showed up and began prepping to start the job. Within a few minutes of looking into my ducts, Rick explained to me that my duct system has dampers inside it. These dampers are about 2.5 feet back and make cleaning the ducts fairly “pointless” using ServPro’s system.In my mind, most companies would have just done what they could, charged me all the same and left. And maybe I wouldn’t have been the wiser. However, Rick and Tammy gave me the option after explaining why it might not help to proceed. They were totally honest with me even though that meant they weren’t going to make any money. This type of integrity seems rare and deserves 10 🌟.I elected not to have the duct cleaning job done at this time. The team was really nice about it and their professionalism and honesty is why they get a 5 star 🌟 review from me. They cleaned all the vents, and air ducts, dryer vent, and performed an ozone treatment. They explained everything they did and were very patient with questions we had as they worked. Part of our agreement was that the client have the house ready for flooring installation. For some reason that did not happen. I hired Servpro San Marcos for a residential carpet clean. I had a year old, huge coffee stain on carpets and a 3 year old, hard, maple syrup stain on thick carpets with pad. Both came completely out. The pretreatment, rotary scrubbing and extraction was done in every inch. They even moved furniture around and blocked it up on pads to dry before leaving. They also set up commercial fans during the process to help it dry faster. They were very polite and knowledgeable and explained step by step what they did. They arrived at lightning speed and placed air movers to clean and clear the air in my house and scrub as much soot from the walls and ceiling as possible. They worked together to determine what was salvageable and what could be cleaned. The most impressive part was when my contents were returned was how clean and professionally packed they were. Each box was clearly labeled and the contents wrapped such as they would not have broken even if dropped from 10 feet! Multiple layers of paper and then bubble wrap after that, around each and every item! There were a couple of issues but Tammy was already aware of them due her due diligence and managing the situation. The end result was that Tammy and ServPro provided excellent services above and beyond what one would expect out of such an event like this. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing the services they provide.
