    The team that came out to clean up after my water heater busted and flooded our office for 8 hours. With in 2 hours all standing water was gone, fans and dehumidifiers we placed. They crushed it and made a bad day better. Communication was excellent the entire time. I would recommend them to everyone!

They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. When our A/C drip line became clogged, and caused the drip pan to overflow causing water damage.     Had the pleasure of working with Miguel and his team from ServPro. They helped me recover from a flood in my main living space caused by a bad dishwasher. The crew were all professional and courteous, and worked quickly at every step.Meanwhile, Miguel made everything effortless for me, working with my insurance company, coordinating his crew through the various phases (clean up, pack up, demo, etc.), all while keeping me in the loop with great communication. It was a real life saver having someone knowledgable take care of it all, and relieve me of a bunch of stress. Highly recommended.

    We woke up to ankle deep water, covering the whole downstairs of our home after spending an Easter weekend away. It was a complete nightmare! We had gone to bed really late the night before because of plane delays. Within hours we awoke to find water everywhere. I immediately pulled up water extraction companies on the internet only to find horrible reviews and stories with 1-2 star ratings. I had no idea who to call or what to do next so I called our insurance company. They highly recommended ServPro. We are so thankful that they did. I called the main number and within an hour Brandt and his team were at our house. They were incredible.They were very professional and explained what was about to happen They came prepared and immediately started removing the water. Afterwards they brought in fans and humidifiers and started the drying out process. They spent the next week running fans and humidifiers while removing baseboards, trim and sheetrock as needed — thoroughly checking for water that had been visible but also looking for moisture behind the walls. We are confident that they have alleviated any future problems that could be caused from the water. ServPro provided a team of women that helped identify the damaged items and made a list for our insurance company. Clothing and rugs that were wet from the water were sent to the cleaners and documented. To our disappointment, within a few days it was clear that our wood floors were buckling and could not be saved. They packed, moved and set up storage for our first floor furniture and personal items. We have started the repairs but will be calling ServPro to come in and do a professional cleaning once this is completed. This has been a very challenging and stressful situation that we’ve not experienced before.There have been many tears and frustration having to move out of our house for the water extraction, demolition repairs and remediation but this team has shown us respect and kindness. They have helped navigate and lead us through the whole process. We trust them completely and highly recommend them. Often in our world today companies do “just enough” but ServPro went above and beyond during this experience. If you have any kind of water problem in your home don’t hesitate — call them!     Several weeks ago we had a floor company at our house to remove and replace some ceramic tiles in our hallway. The person who removed the tiles with a small jackhammer did not do any containment of the excessive dust that was generated. The amount of concrete dust was so bad that it covered the floor, went under doors into bedrooms and was sucked into the air duct system. I even had trouble breathing in the house.. We had to spend that night in a motel. We called Servpro immediately at around 5PM. They arrived the next morning and soon returned with a team of eight people with heavy duty vacuums and large air scrubbers. They cleaned so well that day that we were able to stay overnight in our house. They came back the next morning to complete the work. The team did an outstanding job and we would certainly use them again if we ever needed them.

    I would recommend the ServPro to anyone in need of fast, courteous, punctual and professional services. The crews were prompt, worked with no supervision from my side. They did an awesome job of water remediation, attic cleanup, and removing any garbage and debris. They gave me a status report on a daily basis and dealt with the insurance company directly.     The service we received after the Texas Freeze causing water damage from broken pipes was professional and the employees were very friendly. Because of so many people needing this same service it took a while before we received the service but we felt like it was worth the wait. We felt comfortable with the assessment that was done and the water damage was more than we realized. Everything that was done was explained step by step. The damaged drywall was removed and then blowers were placed in the house to try to prevent mold. We highly recommend the service and wouldnt hesitate to use them again. During a very stressful event we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you Servpro!

    We had an accidental water discharge from the washer which spilled into 9 rooms, including the kitchen, one bathroom, and the entire hardwood floor area in the house was covered with water. The SERVPRO responded to my call very promptly, send 2 crews who very efficiently evaluated the extend of the water spill and installed 19 fans/ dehumidifiers throughout the house to assure quick drying. The also did mold preventing treatment after completion of their process. They remove damaged baseboard and cleaned very thoroughly all the waste and removed it from the property. Unlike many Houstonians, we have never been flooded before, and professional service provided by the SERVPRO in our situation was a true blessing. I definitely recommend their services to those in need.

    Our home was hit by burst pipes after the Big Freeze. Due to miscommunication by the insurance company our need for ServPro services was not known for a month. By then I was convinced it would take forever to have them get here. I was amazed they had crews in the neighborhood and were able to work us in. The crew swooped in, thoroughly did their job, did the demo they needed to get done, left fans to dry out the area, treated with mold prevention and cleaned up in record time. Now if only my insurance company was this responsive.

    After waiting forever for ServPro from another office to show up after the ceiling and wall in my garage flooded during the Feb freeze, a friend of ours put us onto ServPro of West Fort Bend County. They arrived the very next day. They removed the damaged drywall, dried out the wall, inspected for mold and treated the area within about 2.5 hours. Very professional, responsive, efficient. I will never call another office for this type of service aver again.

    When I had several pipes burst in my home during dreaded winter storm, I had lots of water damage. SERVPRO came in and removed all the carpeting and sheetrock and provided fans and dehumidifiers to help dry everything out and keep any mold from growing. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

    Excellent experience. My family suffered a significant loss and our things were brought back to us in pretty bad shape. I originally reached out to a different Servpro who was not helpful at all.
