We had a flood in our house and our insurance company sent us to Servpro of Park cities. We were in a difficult situation, but Servpro was wonderful to work with. The whole team was very helpful, but I have to say Jamison Miller was the star of the team. He was very respectful and polite. He was very responsive to every need. He kept us informed, and was quick to reply when we had questions. Jamison made the process stress and worry free. We highly recommend working with this company, especially with Jamison as the conduit to the other team members.

The Servpro crew did an exceptional job of restoring my parents hallway, laundry room and floors after flooding caused by burst pipes. Special thanks to Ajay, Jose, and Dora, who listened carefully to our quite complex needs and responded effectively. The timeline was tight because my father was due back from a lengthy hospitalization, and although all the work had to be done during the holidays, they did a quality job in record time. My mother and her caregiver remained in the home throughout the work, and reported that everyone who came was extremely polite and respectful of their health and privacy. Highly recommended.

A pipe burst in our kitchen, which flooded it and caused lots of damage. Our insurance company recommended SERVPRO to mitigate the water damage. Skylar and his team did an excellent job drying out our house and removing the damage. Once that was over, we chose SERVPRO as our contractor to restore our kitchen to working order. Again, an excellent job by Aaron and Vanessa. They worked hard to get us through the renovation process and we are so pleased.

They responded the same day we called.They always showed up on time or early.Byron did a great job of explaining and executing the remediation (drying) process. They ran the fans and dehumidifiers for 5 days and fully dried out the area. This reduced the actual repairs that were required.Jamison managed the repairs. He showed up on time, communicated well with me and our tenant. The repairs were finished in one day. His crew was polite and efficient.State Farm paid based on ServePro estimates without sending their own adjuster.The administrative office handled billing and scheduling politely and accurately.I will definitely recommend ServPro Park Cities to any of my friends that need water remediation and repair.

The week of Thanksgiving, my business was vandalized along with several other businesses in the shopping center. Both of the storefront windows were shattered. ServPro of Park Cities showed up in a timely manner, were very professional and did an amazing job cleaning up all the glass! Will definitely use them for future jobs!

A recent second floor toilet overflow caused water damage to the kitchen ceiling on the first floor below. After calling Servpro, a mitigation team was quickly dispatched and removed water-soaked ceiling drywall and set up fans to dry any structural wood above the ceiling. They carefully taped up plastic sheets to cover cabinets, counters and floors to prevent damage before doing any work. The team was friendly and efficient in getting things dried out in two days. For the ceiling repair, including new drywall and repainting, I used Servpro’s contracting team with Jamison Miller as the manager. He was very professional and timely in staying in touch to get a dry wall installer and painter scheduled. They installed the new ceiling and repainted in a day. Also, they scheduled an electrician to come check the electrical and remove a water-damaged light fixture. I was very happy with the mitigation team and contractors. Everyone was good about contacting me for scheduling and were professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend them.

Markus went above and beyond with impeccable communication and graciousness. He treated us like family and showed genuine care to do the job right and dry our house up. Roland took the lead on moving us out and was a pleasure to work with. He was so kind to make sure we had everything we needed. Not to mention he let our dogs in and out of the house and made sure they had food and water. It would have been easy for both these guys to just do their job and get to the next one, but they took their time to do it right. And make sure we were comfortable with every step of the process.

I had the opportunity to work with Servpro Park Cities last week after having 2 pipes burst during the winter storm, causing flooding most of downstairs.Joey and his crew were the first to come out and assess everything, and they were great! A couple of days later, James came out with his crew and they were just as great! These guys are very very knowledgeable in their business. They showed me damages, meter readings, etc and explained why they were positioning fans and dehumidifiers here and there. Servpro was a USAA referral and I was extremely satisfied with the work performed at my home. The level of professionalism displayed was above excellent! My home is dry and ready to rebuild thanks to the Park Cities Servpro team!

They were responsive to our needs and helped us address remodeling needs while we were working on the damaged kitchen and flooring. I never got around to expressing how satisfied and pleased my wife and I were with the care, professionalism, and attention to detail we experienced with Servpro of Park Cities.Our home was set on fire when the neighbors house caught fire. Our garage caught fire but was extinguished before the whole house went up. We had water and smoke damage in a lot of our home, along with fire damage. We had never suffered any kind of loss before, so the experience was completely new and alien to us.Servpro Park Cities was called in by our insurance company; they arrived within 8 hours after the fire with a full crew to do emergency tarping and securing of the premises. From then on for several days they were here in force separating what could be cleaned or salvaged and what was ruined.My wife and I were in a state of shock after the fire. The Servpro staff helped us come to terms with our loss and the cleanup. I would recommend Servpro Park Cities to anyone needing emergency services to cope with a loss like ours. When we finally moved back into our home 3 months later, they brought our salvaged property back, cleaned, carefully wrapped, and intact. A few months later they found in their warehouse some family photos that we thought were lost; Shannon with Servpro actually personally delivered the photos to our daughter in Dallas. Service above and beyond the call of duty in my book, for which I thank Shannon and Servpro.

I used them during this past rain storm as I had two basements flood. The first one was at 3:45 am... yes am .. when I called I talked with Donna which was so nice and friendly at 3:45 am and told me that her team would be out but it might be later as they had several other as well. Then she got me other Servpro companies in the area and one of them was able to help. On the second one, which was the next day, I called Donna and she was able to get a team to my house that was under construction. Heather and her team kept me informed all through the process and was able to not only get the water out but dried everything so I would not have any issues. Even my contractor was impressed which is hard to do. He said he will be using them as well. Just like their commercials say they made it like it never even happened
