To the ServPro water mitigation Team that began as an unwanted gift during this Christmas season, but has now become a much appreciated and and best gift ever! This past Friday ServPro responded to my emergency call for help (water flooding) by sending out Kings and Josiyah, which I identified as my Dynamic Duo. On Saturday, Dylan and Daniel was sent out to continue rhe work. Then yesterday and today (Monday and Tuesday), Jonathan and Jeremy came out to do necessary demo work. The progression from a dynamuc duo to a SUPER-6 team leaves me with a deep and sincere appreciation for their concerted efforts, dedicated work ethics, proficiency and pride in what they do. No one wants this situation to happen, least of all during the holidays, but I applaud my SUPER -6 ServPro team as they continued to provide unrivalled service to minimize an overwhelming situation from a customers (Me) point of view. Thank you Super-6 for caring enough!

Loved John, Art, and Mario!!!!! I swear they are the cleanest people I have ever met! They tore out some sheet rock in our living room, office, and laundry. Not a speck of dust was left behind. Not to mention they wear the nicest guys! I hope we never have an emergency situation again but if we do, we are soooooooooo calling them back! They were AWESOME!!! They are absolutely a five star business with five star people!!

We experienced water damage that was much more extensive than it first appeared. Servepro was sent by our insurance company to handle the water mitigation. The initial team was led by Logan along with Antonio and John. They were very professional, polite, and pleasant. Later, Beatrice, Victor, and Pedro arrived to continue the packing up. They too were very pleasant to have in our home during what is a stressful event. They did a very professional and careful job of packing up all of our belongings. I cannot say enough good things about both of these Servepro teams.

We had a busted pipe in our laundry room and these guys were sent out to mitigate. Sebastian was extremely helpful and patient while getting the situation under control for the night. He explained everything he was doing and what the next steps were going to be. Marshal and Kings were also vey helpful in taking care of the remaining mitigation the next day. No concerns from any of them while there were in my home, they went straight to work and were quick and courteous. We’re thankful they came out!

I came over to fill in for my daughter for her water leak....I met Robert and Kings and they were so helpful in making a horrible situation more bearable. I am a homeowner as well and I made sure to take their information just in I have to deal with the bad issue of a water leak. They helped transfer all the clothing from the damaged area with me, and the plumbers and the they also helped move debris stored by the water heater. Their positivity assured me that some businesses still care about providing the best customer service at all cost while being courteous and informative. I will make sure that all my friends, and family use them if ever needed.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with my remediation team. Having never had to deal with something like this I was worried. Jonathan came in and set the tone for the experience. He was friendly and explained everything that was going to happen during the evaluation of the water damage. Then came Hector, he dove in deeper into what would follow and what the game plan was for the removal of damaged items. They both answered all the questions I had and never made me feel like I was a bother . The next day Jonathan and Jeremy came back to do the demo. They were very courteous and again answered all my questions. They remove all the debris and cleaned up the area they worked in completely. Went above and beyond to lay out plastic so while they cut drywall it wouldnt leave a mess. When they left it didn’t look like anything happened besides the fans and the drywall that was cut out.

Fortunately, out of disaster sometimes comes an experience that helps blunt the frustration and fatigue of damage to your home. We want to recognize the deconstruction crew with ServePro NW in San Antonio. We experienced a water leak that affected the kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and laundry room. We called ServePro since they had performed well in the past.First, I would like to thank a few guys who are truly outstanding. Gary Porter who oversees mold remediation for ServePro is a delight and well respected by his coworkers. He kept us informed throughout the process as did Ramon Oquendo who is crew chief. His workers, Larenzo, King and Don, were also very competent, polite and friendly. Ramon was especially thorough in his daily explanation of exactly what they were doing and would have to do in the future. Unfortunately, we had similar work done about 20 months ago (afterward I tried to install a leak detector, but it failed). The deconstruction work went faster than before. I cannot stress enough what efficient and fast work they accomplished with unusual sensitivity to special medical conditions that we needed. They even helped take items out of kitchen drawers when we forgot to empty them.I have no reservations in highly recommending the outstanding mold remediation and deconstruction crew at ServePro NW San Antonio.Ben

While most water went outside to the yard, some water did infiltrate a bedroom.Servpro team were on time and courteous, they tested the drywall and ceramic tile and explained how even though the wall was dry to touch, it was wet below the surface and this posed a risk for mold growth, and they explained what needed to be done. They covered all the furniture with plastic sheeting , then cut the Sheetrock while using a vacuum to collect as much dust as possible. They then brought in fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the wall. They have stopped by twice now to check on the progress.Now, on to reconstruction.

I had a kitchen Fire a couple of weeks ago and my insurance company set up ServPro to take care of the cleanup. Only two days after the Fire Becky from ServPro came for an inspection (about 45 minutes after the insurance adjuster) and explained the process and exactly what they were going to be able to assist me with. She organized a textile business to come from Austin to pick up affected clothing, bedding, even some of my son’s favorite stuffies. This is my first Fire so I didn’t realize so many things would be affected. Her crew came out and cleaned in my house for several days and I must say that everything they cleaned was done thoroughly. I wasn’t really pleased with the floors because there’s still a black buildup that is really visible. After speaking with her today I am confident that the corrections will be completed. My washer overflowed on a Saturday and really did a number on my carpet. I was so busy taking out all the carpet, the bottom layer, the tackboards, and cleaning between Saturday and Sunday, that I didnt call my home insurance until late Sunday night to make the claim but didnt request clean-up until 10am Monday morning. My insurance contracted ServPro. They arrived a few hours later and did a wonderful job! My crew was Eduardo Esparza and Greg. They complimented me on a great job with the removal I had done lol! Eduardo explained each step of the process, and removed the remaining carpet that I hadnt seen that had moisture. They also removed all the pieces of underlay and carpet that I had thrown on my back porch. I would definitely recommend this company and this particular crew, Eduardo and Greg, for your water clean- up.

Mother in Law had a water heater leak that damaged the water heater compartment, bedroom closet and some of the bedroom. Greg had his team come in and clean all out, move items to the garage, fix walls, carpets, etc and then had all items put back in place. Of course, between all that there was lots of drying time.I would recommend him and his team to anyone that has a restoration project in the future. They are 5 star quality!

Recently, my home flooded due to a faulty pressure tank while we were away on an extended vacation. When we returned, we discovered that all our hardwood floors had buckled, the walls were mildewed, and every door in the house was warped.We called Servpro of Northwest San Antonio to assist us with this massive heart breaking mess. They came immediately and removed all contents, including valuable antiques, and remediated the water damage, so that we could begin the repair process.Servpro painstakingly dried, wrapped and stored our contents until we finished repairs. Three months later, they brought back our contents, unpacked them, and place them back in their original locations.Bea, Roxanne, Alba, and Becky handled this process efficiently, professionally, and with the utmost care. I want to express my sincere gratitude to them for a job well done!I consider myself to be a very particular and demanding customer. These ladies, as well as the management crew far exceeded my expectations! Hopefully, I wont have to experience this type of damage ever again, but if I do, there is absolutely no one else that I will call.

SERVPRO NW to my rescue!I wanted to start off my morning on the right foot and make myself a healthy smoothie and a workout! But then…. as I am headed downstairs, I pick up my smoothie of chocolate, blueberries, strawberries, etc. and my glass slips out of my hand and spills all over my white sofa and chair!! I panic!! It is everywhere!! What do I do and who can help me!?!? I decide to call SERVEPRO and see if they can advise me before I try and clean it myself and make it worse. They were able to send someone out that afternoon to take a look at it! Mario with SERVEPRO showed up right at the scheduled time and spent some time working on cleaning up my mess.
