Each one knew their different role functions and executed them efficiently and smoothly. What impressed me most was their pleasant and cordial disposition- it was obvious that they loved what they were doing. What blew my mind was when my husband needed his reading glasses which was packed away. They just asked the location thereof, pulled up the picture and he identified it and it was in his hands within 5 minutes. Excellent work ladies!!!! Keep up your excellent work ethic!!

I cant overstate the quality of service Ive received after the disastrous leak that has ruined the downstairs living area of my home. State Farms replacement cost insurance policy sent Linda Frence to evaluate damage. She sent a top team of competent young men who worked diligently to get floors, walls and other content dried out. Next a team of very pleasant young women started the monumental task of wrapping furniture and accessories for a storage warehouse. Each piece is clearly labeled with my name and room from which the item was removed. All the boxes now go to a warehouse for safe storage until the damage and restoration is complete and Ill have a home again.This has been extremely distressing but the confidence I have in SERVPRO helps tremendously.Many thanks to all those who have worked so carefully to preserve my furnishings for when I can return home and resume a normal life again.Such dedication is not to be taken for granted,Sincerely,Susan Cohrs

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Sol Hernandez and her team did a fantastic job packing the contents of our home. They were very courteous, professional, organized, and always on time. They took extra care of fragile items with additional bubble wrap, etc. Everything was well documented and inventoried, each box had a QR code on the label identifying the contents of the box, and pictures were taken of all the areas that were packed. When items were unpacked, they were all in the same place they were before. Sol and her team have the process down to a science. I highly recommend!

A shower pan leaked in our home for a long period of time. We discovered the leak and removed the wet material, but then became concerned that mold may be an issue. We called three mold removal companies and one explained their pricing. We reached out to Servpro in Flower Mound. The company sent two technicians to assess if there was mold. They were very professional and thorough. The techs and the company were very honest with us on the scope of our issue. I will use this company again in the future.

Eric Coco went well beyond our expectations during our restoration after home was completely flooded. He moved what was salvageable into storage for 13 months and upon move in date him and his team packed our rental and moved us back into home. Eric did everything I asked without hesitation including hoisting our media room couch up our two story home because it was too big to go up the stairwell! That is superior service and I highly recommend AND on top of that there was very little to no damage done to our walls, floors or contents. After a slab leak leaving 60% of our home uninhabitable, repairs required a COMPLETE pack out of all our belongings. JB was very efficient and thorough, explaining as needed and being available for our questions. When his packing team came in, I was amazed. They were so fast, and thorough, and worked really well together. They treated our belongings with respect and made sure everyone was protected and identified for the move to storage. I had some renovations done in my home due to a water leak. ServePro came in packed my entire house, stored my belongings and brought them back and restored my house back to its original condition after the work was completed. Mr. Eric Coco was the supervisor of the crews working in my house. Mr. Coco explained the process, and followed the process as outlined. He did a fantastic job, was very professional, prompt and responsive. His team was also responsive and professional. This renovation process was very challenging and had many moving parts. However, working with ServePro was very seamless and was 1 less thing I had to worry about. I highly recommend ServePro, and you’re fortunate if you get to work with Eric and his team.

Where can I begin? So there really aren’t enough words to describe my gratitude and praise for this company. We lost our entire house in the 2021 Snowmageddon and I immediately contacted Linda French at Servpro. She was amazing!! Not only did she comfort and counsel me on the process, she immediately coordinated the cleanup, demo, move out and remediation process and pushed to get it done as quickly as possible. Throughout the process and despite the severity of the situation given that there were millions of people similarly situated so there was a severe lack of resources, we were helped daily until their work was complete. The workers were courteous, concerned, clean and thorough and experienced. The process with the reimbursement from our insurance was seamless with their help. They truly are my heroes!! They packed up our entire house with great care, moved everything out and cleaned everything up. Months later (almost a year later to be exact,) when we were ready to move back on they cleaned our air ducts and our entire house In such fine detail and then returned all my clean furniture and unpacked and placed everything back where it was before the storm. It was like a dream. I love these people. They are hands down the absolute best in the industry!!!

Brent and his Servpro crew are the absolute best. From the second they showed up to our flooded house they were polite, professional, organized, and apathetic. Their experience and knowledge helped give us comfort during a terrible event in our lives. Brent helped us to fully understand the process from water mitigation to fully inventorying and packing out our house. He coordinated with our insurance company and adjuster and ensured that we were taken care of in a timely manner. He also drove multiple times 1.5hrs+ to meet us at the house and ensure we were “in the know” and taken care of. He constantly communicated with us both during the week and on the weekend and was available to answer any and all questions we had. I recently had a house fire. Linda and her ladies went through everything: packed and removed everything that could be cleaned and restored and identified everything that could not be salvaged. The took meticulous photos of every single item in the house, no matter how small. On a Sunday night in October 2019 our Dallas home was hit by a tornado. We were in shock and uncertain where to turn. Our insurance company sent Servpro over Monday and Linda French, with her immense expertise, calmed our nerves and took charge. With Linda and her team we gained direction and a feeling we were in good hands. They took pictures of all norecoverable items, which were many, packed up the rest with tremendous care, moved some to their storage unit for safe keeping, and moved and unpacked items in our temporary housing. They sent us and our insurance company a detailed list of all lost items with pictures which was used for insurance reimbursement. Fifteen months later, when it was time to move back, they packed items from our temporary housing and moved those boxes and the ones from storage home. They labeled with a QR code and use an iPad to list every detail including not only which room to return items, but which shelf and drawer to put everything. Their attention to assembled furniture that survived the tornado was much appreciated. They truly cared about helping and doing what it took to move us back home. In times of crisis this is who you want to help! Would definitely recommend them!

He was beyond professional and displayed unparalleled knowledge of the pandemic we are all facing. SERVPRO of Northwest Dallas was a tremendous help to me in November 2018-January 2019. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded about 1000 sf of wood flooring. The water also damaged the bedroom below. Servpro worked with USAA Insurance and managed the whole project. Dusty York of Servpro acted as project manager and was very professional, detailed oriented, and immediately put my mind at ease. He handled most of the phone calls with USAA and brought in experts in mitigation, flooring, painting and cleanup to name a few.I would highly recommend SERVPRO when a disaster strikes your home or business.

They were extremely thorough in their explanation and work to get the damage under control, the water out of the house, and prevent further mold issues.
