    I appreciate the promptness of Servpro specifically Ian Taylor in calling me as soon as possible with regards to water leak in my AC vent. Together with work mate Dalton both are professional in their conduct, walking me through the process from the beginning till the end in what I can expect from them in their work. Ian and Dalton are very mindful of all concerns and address them all accordingly and if I don’t understand or accept the explanation they both will answer my question respectfully until I was able to understand it all. Overall I have a very pleasant and amazing experience with Servpro Northeast San Antonio. High praises to Ian and Dalton as well as Aaron and Angel who help my AC guy from Texas Air Repair Caesar to find the origin of the water leak. Aaron and Angel are both professional, very mindful and respectful.

    I was actually away from home when one of my water heaters burst and water started gushing from my garage. My neighbor noticed it and contacted me right away. Before I was able to panic, the neighbors had called ServPro Water Mitigation specialists and they went right away to my house. They called me to get my permission to enter the home (always make sure a neighbor can access your home) and immediately began the process of mitigating the water damage. They called me daily and sent me pictures of what they were doing. They even referred a plumber who was able to reasonably install new water heaters. When I got home five days later, everything was completed and my house was as clean and tidy as I had left it. These guys really took care of business and I was able to carry on with my trip without stress or worries. They were also very professional, caring, courteous and respectful of me and my home. I cannot thank them enough for responding right away and taking care of all the water issues ensuring that there was no damage to my home.     After a recent household flood, Servpro NE was contracted to complete pack out and storage of my entire house contents.     I had a wonderful experience with SERVPRO. Veronica and her team members were wonderful. They were expedient and went beyond my wildest team. My house looked awesome when they finished and I could go to everything as it was before everything was remove. On both load out and return nothing was broken and I had very very heavy furnitureOnly one screw was missing but thats like a drop of a rock in the ocean. Thanks for your wonderful staff.

    Claudia and April and Rosemary could not be any better than what they did what they did here they came all the way from San Antonio they did well they worked. They never took time to sit down.     Our experience has been one of top service & customer service. From the first phone call until day when project was complete. The team that unpack our belongings & brought back our furniture did an outstanding job. Veronica & the team who helped her putting our home back in order. Due to the water damage in January we were out of the house for 2 months, but tonight we sit here in our home thankful for ALL the ServPro professionals who walked through our doors did their jobs in an excellent manner.     Top notch service! ServePro sent out a crew at 9:00 on a Sunday evening to place fans and dehumidifiers after our leak. They followed up multiple times to take dampness readings and start demolition of our ruined floors.Their moving crew came out today to pack and load our belongings so that the floors can be replaced. Connie and her crew were professional, careful with our belongings and pleasant to talk to.They have coordinated with our insurance throughout the whole process making things progress smoothly.We would not hesitate to use ServePro of NESA again!

    These guys were fantastic. We had to move out of our home for three months while some flooring was replaced. Joel and his crew packed everything up from our downstairs and stored it for the duration of the project, then meticulously put everything back exactly the way it was. The moose and the grand piano came through totally unscathed. Couldnt be happier! I highly recommend!

    Reggie and his crew were awesome. They came in and checked everything before making a plan. Came back this morning and took care of each room affected one by one. The house is full of equipment for the overnight dry out. They were fun to talk with and didnt leave a single spec of mess behind.     Once notified of the damage to our home from an attic water pipe leak, Servpro was called in to clean up the mess. Servpro technicians Charles and Jose were awesome in everything they did. They removed appliances to be stored, took down a large storage cabinet, and before leaving they cleaned up after the work was done. The y quickly removed all water-soaked drywall, insulation and baseboards quickly, professionally and friendly. They brought in three blowers and a dehumidifier which took days to dry all the water-soaked wall studs, bottom and top plates. They All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. We couldnt have expected better or more professional treatment than Servpro gave us. Everyone from their front office to their technicians were excellent. Strongly recommend their services to anyone having a disaster, large or even small like ours.

    Some work has not started yet, but I give my trust to Stephen Pierce, he is honest, reliable. Our house will get repaired and I will post another review on the finished project. My house was damaged by a neighbors house fire. Unfortunately they lost their home, but ours had smoke and half of my home got fire damage. Stephen has been informing every step of the way and we are happy with his service. I recommend serv pro of NE.

    This was by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time in terms of craftsmanship, professionalism, and overall work ethics. Gary Brown, Andrew Johnsen, and Xavier Urias should be commended for a job well done. Despite the severe damage caused by a leak in my master bedroom, these guys did what appeared to be the impossible and recovered the damaged area with purpose, precision, and passion. The team treated my home like it was theirs. They were meticulous in ensuring nothing was damaged in the recovery process, managing all debris, and completely covering all floors and carpet to ensure maximum preservation. I would personally recommend Gary Brown, Andrew Johnsen, and Xavier Urias for future remediation projects.

    I recently had a leak in my wall. After I contacted our insurance company and a plumbing company, I received a call from Serve Pro. They were out in a flash with fans and a dehumidifier. The technicians came out daily for days to check the moisture levels until the area was dry. The technicians were timely, professional, and courteous. Most of all they got the job done! I would highly recommend them!!

From the initial water leak assessment up until the most recent pack out experience I have been impressed with Servpro’s care, candor and professionalism. After they performed their initial assessment of the water damage they brought the necessary equipment to mitigate further damage. They made daily visits to monitor and re-assess the situation for several days until they deemed it suitable to remove the equipment. They arrived on time every time. They kept me informed of what they were doing. They clearly know how to treat their customers! They know their business—— and it shows. I am blessed that my insurance company provided Servpro as a water mitigation resource!

    This is a great business! they are not going to try and sell you more than you need and they will shoot you straight. Im always a little weary of a business that deals in something I know nothing about because I feel like it would be so easy to be taken advantage of. Alan was super friendly and shot me straight. Im came out of their visit feeling way better than going in. If you need any of their services I highly recommend Servpro. This is the only business I have ever taken the time to review, so that says something.
