    My AC leaked and flooded my house. Servpro arrived on time to save my base boards and walls from being replaced. They used the equipment necessary to help save our house from water damage. They were considerate and work around my schedule. We had to change our floors because they were hardwood, luckily we have new floors. I hope I never have to go through this experience again but if I do I will not think twice about calling them. My stressful days become easier because of their accessibility. Thank you for helping us!

    Servpro Crew answered my call in the middle of the storm. They were great in customer Service. They came to my house and took care of the flood as soon as possible. It was very cold inside my house because the electricity was out. The technicians got the work done and explained everything they were doing. They completed our job start to finish with no complaints. They worked with my insurance adjuster every step of the way! Thank you Servpro!! We finally get to move back into our home!

    Ive called on Servpro of North Irving before when I had a small water damage at my house, and they responded so quickly and did a good job that I thought Id try them again. This time I needed help cleaning my linens. They are too big for my washing machine and I couldnt get them cleaned correctly. After I found out they also sanitize pet beds, I decided to give that a try. They picked up and dropped off everything at my house and were very nice and professional. When I asked how they were going to clean my items, they gave me a full explanation and showed me a video on the spot. A few days later, everything came back smelling great and feeling light and fresh. My pet beds are also x-large and it wasnt a problem for them. They got rid of their stains and now they look cleaner than when I got them from the store. My house smells great now with the fragrance they used (which is optional and free, but it smells so good its worth getting). They even gave my dogs a box of treats! Ill call on this Servpro office for anything else I need in the future. I recommend them highly.

    Had an unexpected water leak from my bathroom that ended up damaging my bedroom floor. Ive done business with these guys before so I was sure I would get a great service. I was more than pleased. They provided a special formula to kill any mold or bacteria since I have carpet in my bedroom and it worked great. Their equipment to clean up the water damage was perfect for the job. Thanks for the reliability and hard work as always!

    We were affected by the recent flood in Ellis County and we immediately called. They answered promptly and the owner, Micheal, personally came came out the same day with a humidifier and fans. Then technicians then came out every day over the next 5 days to see if the drying process was on schedule. They explained the process in detail, assessed the damage in the house, and operated very quickly with the equipment. Everything was handled very smoothly and professionally, which helped ease the stress of having had the house flooded. Very appreciative of this company and everything they did for us.

    I have not had the best of luck lately. I am now going on my second water damage in a matter of just a couple months. I reached out to this Servpro because they handled my first water damage and did an amazing job. I called them out again and they rushed right over in the middle of the night to help get all of the water out of my home. There technicians and managers are very helpful. I will definitely call upon them again.

    I woke up in the middle of the night to more then half my home filled with standing water. I called Servpro at 2 AM and a team headed straight over to start extracting the water. They explained everything in great details and kept me full of knowledge throughout the whole process. I found that their whole team between the crews, the office, and the management were all very helpful. The general manager was also very helpful with all of my needs.I recommend them to all of my family and friends.I will definitely use them again in the future!

    My washer hose was installed incorrectly and before I noticed my whole bathroom was flooded. It was late but I called and Jessiica was so nice and made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen. Would recommend to anyone!

    I will sing the praises of ServPro to any one who will listen. They do something very rare these days - they value their customer by listening to their concerns, then respecting their needs. We had a mold problem that required quite a bit of dismantling and removing. Obstacles were encountered, and each was met with appropriate professional response. Of particular help was Chuck Hutchins who went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied.

    If you see nothing else of this review just know this: If you are asking yourself, Should I call Servpro of North Irving? the answer is yes. You should call Servpro of North Irving.To add a little more detail, in November we discovered that our closet was full of water. Also, our neighbor had disappeared in the middle of the night - I mean gone. Every stick of furniture, as if by magic, had vanished. The only thing left behind was a hole in the upstairs plumbing, which poured enough water to collapse the floor below, dumping water into the entire first floor like a very undesirable indoor waterfall. This eventually flooded the first floor and, as physics would have it, brought water through the wall and into our apartment. Our apartment manager, sadly, was not impressed and despite a lot of emails, phone calls, etc, nothing was done. I was out of options so I just called Servpro.TJ came out for a free inspection at exactly the scheduled time, knew everything there was to know about water damage / mold, and was generous with his time and expertise. He explained what should have been done initially and what could be done now. In the end, he applied a spray of Sporocidin right then and there - as part of the free inspection. The moldy smell is gone and we can live in our apartment for a few more months.Thank you TJ and thank you Servpro. If I find myself in a similar situation again, I know who Ill be calling first thing.
