My family and I are beyond grateful for Jacob Zertuche and his team with Servpro. When a natural disaster strikes and your whole world changes in an instant having someone on your side, who is responsive at any time of the day, trustworthy and goes above and beyond is imperative. This team is all of that and more, I don’t know what we would have done without them. Servpro came out the same day we called for a quote and went out of their way to come out again when our adjuster was here from the insurance to try to make everything go as smoothly and efficiently as possible. They were extremely thorough and did an excellent job with the water remediation and demo. Jacob is highly experienced with natural disaster remediation and how to prevent further damage from occurring and how the paperwork/insurance works. He went above and beyond when we had difficulty with our adjuster with coverages and made sure we were taken care of. He has a heart of gold and more knowledge and wisdom/expertise with natural disaster damage than anyone I have ever met. When everything is in shambles and a mess around you, Jacob and his team are who you want.

Wow! We had a jet in our tub that was leaking. We looked behind the wall to find there was water damage and mold. We called the office and Amber answered. She was knowledgeable, listened and put us at ease. She sent Fabian and Aidan out first thing the following morning. They were courteous and professional. They explained(and showed us) everything they found and we had a lot of questions for all three of them and they took the time to explain, make sure we understood what was happening (and had the potential of happening). All three of them were available every step of the way. They turn to scary situation into a situation. we were comfortable with and understood. We couldn’t be more pleased with results!

From mitigation to packing and storing my household goods to repairing the walls, replacing baseboards, painting etc. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. Special kudos and thanks to Fredy Garcia and star employee Garrett and team who handled mitigation and pack out, storage and return of my household goods and also to Brayden Terry who oversaw and coordinated the reconstruction portion of my insurance claim. My first impression of this company was positive when a real live person answered the phone and I did not have to navigate menus, robots and wait time. I called after 8:00 A.M. and the technician was here by 10:00. He was courteous and efficient and solved my problem immediately. Before he left he gave me some valuable advice on having some valves replaced in order to avoid future problems. The Servpro of North Central San Antonio came to my home after a flood affected my master bedroom flooring. They were courteous, efficient and professional as they walked me through the process and estimated the job. Their systems are amazing to measure and estimate the job. These guys communicated well and quickly went to work. Each day they would check in to review the progress and worked with my schedule to accommodate it. After the room was dried, they picked up the equipment and cleaned up. This team made an unfortunate flood experience so much better. I highly recommend their services.

The condensate from an HVAC unit drains into an upstairs bathroom sin. Because the sink’s p-trap was cracked and the seal defective, water was spraying out and leaking through the floor to the downstairs ceiling causing water damage to the ceiling as well as the upstairs floor. ServPro -North Central responded quickly to my call and sent Garrett Cooke out to assess the situation and start remediation. Garrett was methodical and thorough in assessing the damage, knowledgeable in explaining the situation, and careful in clearing up questions about the estimate—which was acreasonable one, considering the work and equipment involved. Throughout the remediation process, Garrett was considerate and courteous and followed through on what he had said he would do at the time he had said he would do it. If he needed to re-schedule a visit, he called or texted to let me know. The experience with ServPro—North Central was a very good one, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again myself or recommend them to friends.

The team at ServPro of North Central San Antonio receive a well deserved 5-stars (from the owner Jared, to his professionally experienced crew…Michael, Angel, Freddy and Mark). A large-loss fire and water damage claim sustained at my home was what led me to search for a qualified SATX firm that had a solid reputation for dealing with such significant types of damage(s). This ServPro firm used three vans full of the industrial grade restoration equipment that was necessary for the very large job. Angel & Freddy were very experienced and professionally trained regarding the use of all of it.I worked hands on with most of the ServPro crew for almost just over three weeks straight in the beginning. They were always on schedule and kept me well informed regarding any important aspects of the day to day plan(s), along with having answers to the many questions I posed throughout the process. The entire crew were always super helpful on various levels, whether related to the array of equipment being used, to the treatment & drying process along with timelines, to the listing and inventory of salvageable and unsalvageable contents, to the cleaning and storing of contents. This ServPro firm also packed, moved, treated, cleaned, and stored a large amount of my contents from the property for several months. The owner and three crew members were always easy to contact and very good about returning texts and/or phone calls.

Wanted to take a moment to express mine and my husbands sincere appreciation for the quality personnel sent to our home to access and rectify an extreme amount of water damage. They came as soon as my husband contacted them. My first impression of Fredy, Angel and the two young man with them was that they were all very mannerable, professional and approachable. They explained all problems in detail to us. Secondly, we met Brayden, who once we learned that he could take care of the contruction piece we were extremely happy. We certainly, did not want to deal with a lot of vendors/contractors. Brayden is an extremely impressive individual and quite smart. Simply put we were so impressed with Fredy, Angel (their 2 guys) and Brayden. So far the best service we have received while staying in SA.

Excellent response....within 45 minutes they were at our home, spending 4 hours the first night removing standing water and securing personal property from damage. During the next week they worked closely with our insurance, packed and moved our personal items for us, dried and dehumidified all affected areas and did so with great care, professionalism, courtesy and compassion for the situation. I enthusiastically recommend them if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having a damaging water event.

I had a flood in home, they were the 2nd of three water mitigation companies that I requested quotes from which they made feel included in the whole process by showing me the gages and explaining the process that I would expect from them and my insurance company. Even when I had trouble getting in touch with my adjuster, Jared was able to reach them and patched a 3-way call to help us get the process moving. After that, his team was polite to my kids, they were extremely diligent with their process from detection of the water damage, demolition, cleaning, drying us out, repair and clean up.My rating is in 3 phase:1. My experience with Servpro of North Central San Antonio has been excellent from start to finish. They made a very stressful situation extremely easy to deal with starting from the 3 am wake up call. My house was dried after a water loss and my floors had to be replaced so Servpro took my belongings and stored them for 30 days in their climate controlled facility. Upon return of my belongings everything was put back in it original place and NOTHING was broken! I am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Servpro of North Central San Antonio to EVERYONE in this area!
