I highly recommend Serv-Pro of Olmos Park. I had water damage from a leak in my home. From mitigation to packing and storing my household goods to repairing the walls, replacing baseboards, painting etc. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. Special kudos and thanks to Fredy Garcia and star employee Garrett and team who handled mitigation and pack out, storage and return of my household goods and also to Brayden Terry who oversaw and coordinated the reconstruction portion of my insurance claim. Don’t hesitate to use Serv Pro of Olmos Park should you have an incident that requires repairs due to a flood or fire. They are trustworthy and provide excellent client care.

We had already removed the water damaged flooring and had Servpro come to check for mold. Fortunately, there was none but instead had mildew and rotted wood smell. Freddie arranged to have the room sprayed with disinfectant so that we could continue to have the floor put back together. He provided us with very helpful information was very professional and courteous.

Their commitment to excellent service and transparency is the reason we will never use another restoration company. We recently had some flood damage. Got home from work to the ice maker line leaking all over my house. The whole house was flooded! Googled Servpro and called them. I am so glad I got the best Servpro EVER! They arrived within the hour and began extracting all the water. They set up their drying equipment and within a few days my house was back to normal. Like it never even happened! Had a water damage in the middle of the night. Called Servpro of Olmos Park. Within an hour, Angel was at my door and took care of the damage. He came back everyday to check the status of the equipment and to make sure the drying process was on track. He cleaned up after himself every time he came to my house. I would recommend Servpro of Olmos to anyone who has damage or need help. They do a lot more then water damages also.

I experienced a flood at one one of my commercial buildings that resulted in damage to five floors. Mark and his crew were on site promptly and worked diligently to remove the moisture that was trapped between walls and under flooring, with minimal effort on my part.I will be calling Servpro of Olmos Park for any future needs, and requesting that Angel and his crew return, to ease the pain of these types of events.

Greatest experience in a very trying time. My house flooded from a broken ice maker line while I was at work. Engel was there within 45 minutes and had the water extracted lightning fast.
