We had a bathroom leak a few months ago. Our insurance recommended us to servpro and I am glad they did. I was very hesitant to get the remodel done because of so many horror stories about contractors not finishing a job or taking my money and running. It is hard to trust anyone especially during this pandemic. Liz was my main point of contact during the remodel and she did an amazing job assuring me that everything would be done. It is a process like any remodel but a few weeks later my bathroom is brand new and I am so happy we chose Servpro. ❤Thank you to Liz, David and Luis for making sure the job was done and that we were 100% satisfied.God forbid I ever need their services again but if I do Servpro is the way I will go.Thank you

Water leaks and flooding are horrible no matter what time of year they happen but it seemed much more stressful 1 week before Christmas with family expected in a few days. Joshua from Servpro showed up at our house within 1 hour of calling them and he not only took charge of the situation and got his guys to work, he put our minds at ease that, no matter how bad it looked, they were there to take care of it and walk with us through the entire process. Joshua was very professional and respectful the entire time. He worked seamlessly with both our insurance company and the contractor we selected for the repairs. He always showed up when he promised. The couple of times he had an unexpected conflict he always called us ahead of time to reschedule. We knew he had other jobs in progress but he always made us feel as if we were his only obligation. He knew and communicated the entire process to us as we went along. He explained the various steps and the equipment that was being used. He was even able to explain how it worked in terms we could understand. If something like this happens to you, I can very confidently recommend and endorse not just Servpro and but especially Joshua. If you have to deal with this kind of mess, these are the guys to help.
