    Very outstanding experience! Representatives Jon and Christian from Nacogdoches were kind during a very stressful situation. They explained each step of the process and sent daily updates.     SERVPRO worked extremely fast with an army of employees and equipment to get our band hall at Nacogdoches High School dry after it flooded during a freeze. This was a huge undertaking of over 10,000 sq.ft. After the initial cleanup, we used them for the renovation- drywall, flooring, paint etc. Great group of people to work with and top quality!     Jessica and Anna was a wonderful pack out crew. They did an amazing job with packing our belongings and labeling every box with the contents. They were very courteous and friendly and was very patient with our dog.As far as the move back crew, Ulises and his crew, Noe, Brandon, Chris, & Angel were also wonderful. They were very friendly and respectful. The did a wonderful job moving our very heavy furniture back into place. When they placed every piece they asked me to tell them exactly where I wanted it and would literally pick it up and move it if it needed to be moved. They placed blankets on the floor from the door into the sections of the house that they had to move furniture back so as not to damage the floor. They were very careful to not push the furniture across our new flooring.They all did a wonderful job.

That is a blessing on so many levels. Not only did they did great work, but they communicated often with me (and the insurance company)...and stuck to what they said.     Colton, ulisise , jessica, deserie, brandon and fernando all did a great job of the packing and their assigned jobs. We had a small fire on the 2nd floor of our house and Servpro was immediately dispatched. However after they left i guess the ball was dropped. No dryers or fans where left do to the fact we had to wait for an asbestos inspection. We put put our own dryers. The only problem i have with Servpro is lack of communication and scheduling. They just showed up. The ballwas dropped

Hector and the guys did a great job drying out the house and getting it ready for reconstruction. Caroline in the office was extremely helpful and courteous. From drying out to packing to getting our furniture back in our newly renovated house, everything went smoothly and was very well done.     Called ServPro about carpet cleaning info for Stella Hill Memorial Library and possible price quote. Office staff was very helpful and Candace Scott came to inspect carpet . She came and said our carpet was holding up well and did not not need the restorative cleaning at this time that we were concerned about. Gave us advice on continuing care also . When we said we would pay for her trouble to come inspect our carpet She said no .. that is not necessary. Our being a non-profit that supports our Library, we were very appreciative of their kindness and professionalism . They are a 5 star company …. Thank you!!

    They came out and cleaned all my duct work. They cleaned up afterwards. The only indication they had even been here was clean ducts, intake ducts, and air vents.     I could not be happier given the situation! My family and I came home from over a weeklong vacation to a flooded home from a leaking pipe connected to the refrigerator. We got home around 10pm and didn’t know what to do. After taking to ServPro, they came straight out and worked into the night to get the water out and brought in the dehumidifiers and fans galore to make sure damage was mitigated.     Plumbers left water on in our home after some broken pipes were discovered..I called Servpro Lufkin & within no time they were to the property..I thought there was more damage than it looked like but thank goodness it was upstairs bathroom leaked into downstairs bathtub so water mainly went down drain of tub.. technician stated to me it was not that bad so I was excited to see that.. Patrick Costillo was great with communication,he explained everything to me in detail even sent pictures to me after clean up and explained I would need to pay the bill and I could file my insurance..so there was no surprises.I was very pleased with these guys services so far.He stated on Monday I would receive my bill.These guys were very professional I must say..you will be very pleased with thier service.Our neighbors have cameras & he stated everything they told me..was just as they said..they cleaned up mess as if never happened!!Im out of town so this was wonderful to be able to trust these guys..Thank you Lufkin Texas Servpro..This is second time in years you have come thru for us!!

    I was so pleased with Serpro. My air conditioner froze & then wet my carpet. I was out of town & it was several days before I called. Serpro was right there, fixed the problem & then offered to come back if I felt the problem was not fixed at no cost to me. I could not be happier. Thank you Serpro.
