Wife and own home in Edinburg. Suffered water leak in kitchen. Repaired leak. Obvious water damage. Contacted ServPro. Insurance authorized. Marcos of ServPro arrived Wednesday and him and his assistants checked the kitchen with humidity sensors and hydrometers. Their results were sent to insurance company. Adjuster authorized demo of kitchen area. Rest of day was spent preparing kitchen for encapsulation within plastic sheets. Marcos and his crew worked long hours to fully prep the kitchen for demolition. Well doneThe second day brought Thomas Garcia and his crew out. All day long demolishing the kitchen counters, cabinets and all walls. Cleaning, vacuuming and leaving the enclosed kitchen ready for the three days of de-humidifiers and air scrubbers. They personally wiped every exposed wooden surface to prevent growth of contaminants.Now once a day for 3 days someone from ServPro has to come by to check the machines to ensure that they are de-humidifying the exposed water damaged wooden beams in the kitchen. Thomas’s crew’s work is vital to the successful de-humidifying effort. Nice job guys. I’ m sure that ServPro’s efforts are enough. I can’t wait till reconstruction begins. I like their motto “like it never happened.”There will definitely be a follow up on this message.

Dealt with their repairs department for a little over 6 weeks (on and off); satisfied with their work and customer service. Courteous, great communication, and on time. Had some unexpected damage to a floor tile that they fixed and took care of promptly.

Both the mitigation and reconconstruction guys were great. They made sure everything was complete and to my personal (and their professional) satisfaction. It was a big job. The construction guys were especially sensitive to making sure everything was perfect. Even the most minor issue was dealt with that day! Truly, they were far more interested in getting it right rather than good enough. They showed up on time for each appointment, worked efficiently, and were extremely courteous. Obviously, I was very impressed in all aspects of their work.
